整车环模试验方法(冷却和空调试验)
整车环模实验试验方法一、最大制冷环境模拟实验：1、环境温度。
a）试验温度：（38+1）℃b）相对湿度：40%c）阳光负荷（在车顶中内测量）：1000W/m^22、实验过程2.1．车辆准备：车辆按布点要求布好测试传感器，检查车况良好，加好实验用的燃油，进入实验室按实验室要求固定好车辆，确认测试传感器正常工作。
2.2 加热、预浸、沉浸2.2.1加热。
a) 风速：根据需要调节风速的大小b) 温度：试验温度c) 发动机：关d) 鼓风机：中档e) 电池：与充电器连接f) 车窗：根据需要调节其开度或者关闭g) 空气方向：空调出口管模式h) 阳光负荷：开i)时间：直到车身整体（如，座椅固定导轨）温度达到试验温度。

冷却系统系统设计指南1、概述：汽车发动机大多为内燃机，内燃机将燃料的化学能通过燃烧转化为机械能来驱动汽车行驶，工作时会产生大量热量，为确保发动机在一个合适的温度下有效的工作，需要对发动机本身，尤其是发动机缸体进行及时的冷却。
冷却系统中的散热器就承担着给发动机进行散热的任务。
对于大多数柴油机而言，都采用了增压器以改善发动机的燃烧和功率。
从增压器出来的空气温度是比较高的，不利于发动机的工作。
为此需要对进入发动机前的空气进行冷却。
冷却系统中的中冷器就起到了这样一个作用。
冷却系统设计的好坏直接影响发动机的性能和可靠性，从而影响整车的性能和可靠性。
2、冷却系统的作用冷却系统的功能是保证发动机保持在合适的温度环境中工作，提高发动机的性能和寿命。
3、冷却系统的组成冷却系统主要部件为散热器、中冷器、膨胀水箱和连接管路等，其设计质量直接影响着发动机的性能和可靠性。

二、冷却系统各种参数的确定1. 散热器和风扇之间距离的选择根据各车型的布置经验和发动机厂推荐的安装规范，风扇前端与散热器芯子距离选50～100mm较为合适，在这个范围之内尽量取大一些。
2.散热器的计算（1）首先要知道发动机的一些性能参数，如：额定功率Ne(kW)、额定功率时转速n(r/min)、最大扭矩Me(N.m)、最大扭矩时转速n1(r/min)等等。
（2）设计工况点的选择冷却系的设计要以额定功率点为设计点，以最大扭矩点作校核。
（3）发动机水套散热量Qw因无发动机水套散热量Qw的试验数据，现按经验公式计算QwQw=（0.5～0.7）×Ne（kW）（4）散热器的最大散热能力Qmax由于散热器使用一段时间后，散热能力一般下降10%左右；另外压力盖的泄漏以及气流分布不均等原因，也会造成散热器性能的下降，因此散热器的最大散热能力Qmax要比设计工况的水套散热量要高，最大散热量系数定为K，一般K 取1.15。

）1定义1.1 汽车动力总成automotive powertrain指汽车上生成动力并将其传递至路面的一系列零部件总成，由发动机、离合器、变速器、万向节、传动轴、主减速器、差速器和驱动轮等构成。

2 环境风洞要求2.1 总则环境风洞要求是指对风洞内空气温度、空气湿度、日照强度、车速、风速、边界层的要求。
其中风洞内的空气温度、空气湿度、日照强度、车速、风速参数必须每年至少由国家认可的实验室计量标定一次，如有差异，可通过软件修正方式调整。
2.2 空气温度空气温度也称为干球温度,其控制范围应为20℃至55℃，控制精度为±0.5℃。
在测试过程中，应该持续监测温度并将结果记录在试验报告中（见表A.1）。
测量位置应位于风洞主热交换器后到出风口之间，使用精密温度探针或RTD（电阻式温度传感器）进行测量。
2.3 空气湿度空气湿度的控制范围应为30%RH至85%RH，控制精度为±5%RH。
在测试过程中，应持续监测湿度并将结果记录在《试验报告》中（见表A.1）。
测量位置应该靠近空气温度的测量位置并遵循相同位置标准，使用相对湿度计进行测量。
2.4 日照强度用于阳光模拟的灯光系统应满足整体日照区域不小于2m*5m，高度不少于1米的可调节范围，日照强度在600 W/m²至1200W/m²可调，控制精度在±3%至5%以内。
在日照范围内，基准面（25cm*25cm）上的强度均匀度不大于±7.5%，为此每盏灯应可独立控制与调节，以便于局部温度补偿。
光源推荐采用金属卤素灯。
日照光谱应尽可能接近全光谱。
如若不能满足要求，应在《风洞信息表》中（见表B.1）记录日照光源的类型和光谱。

汽车发动机冷却系冷却能力道路试验方法
1主题内容与适用范围
本标准规定了在整车条件下测定汽车发动机冷却系冷却能力的道路试验方法。
本标准适用于装用强制循环液冷式发动机的汽车。

3术语
3.1环境温度
汽车行驶时，周围环境阴影下的空气温度。
3.2发动机热平衡
发动机各部分的温度(如冷却液温度、润滑机油温度等)与环境温度的差值达至稳定。
3.3冷却液冷却常数
发动机热平衡时，冷却液出口温度与环境温度的差值。
3.4机油冷却常数
发动机热平衡时，发动机润滑机油温度与环境温度的差值。
3.5许用冷却液最高温度
发动机正常工作所允许的冷却液出口处最高温度(由发动机生产厂给定)。
3.6许用最高油温
发动机正常工作所允许的最高润滑机油温度(由发动机生产厂给定)。
3.7许用环境最高温度
汽车受发动机冷却液温度和润滑机油温度的限制而允许使用的最高环境温度。
4试验条件
4.1试验道路按GB/T12534的规定。
4.2试验期间气象条件
a.天气无雨无雾，相对湿度不超过85%(湿热地区除外)；
b.环境温度5℃以上；
c.风速3m/s以下。
4.3试验仪器和设备
a.多点远程温度计，最小读数1℃；
b.温度传感器，最小读数1℃；
c.发动机转速计，精度2%；
d.记时器，最小读数
e.负荷拖车或其他等效设备。
5.试验准备［TOP］
5.1车辆准备按GB/T12534进行。
5.2试验前确认发动机经过台架试验，其动力性、经济性符合技术条件。
5.3按汽车使用说明书规定的汽车总质量装载，载荷均布。
5.4按汽车使用说明书规定的型号、数量更换新的冷却液和发动机润滑机油。
5.5节温器用强制顶开的方法使之固定在全开位置，并按正确的方法安装节温器和热器的压力盖。
5.6测量参数及传感器的安装要求
5.6.1环境温度
环境温度应随车测量，并遮蔽传感器使之不受阳光辐射和其他热源的影响。
5.6.2冷却液出口温度
测量冷却液出口温度的传感器应置于发动机冷却液出口与散热器入口之间的软管内被测液流的中心。
5.6.3机油温度
测量机油温度的传感器应置于主油道内油流的中心。
6试验方法
6.1汽车预热按GB/T12534进行。
6.2以刚性牵引方式联接汽车和负荷拖车。
若无负荷拖车，可用其他等效设备代替。
6.3汽车以变速器Ⅱ档，油门全开的状态行驶。
负荷拖车对汽车施加负荷，使汽车发动机稳定在最大扭矩转速，偏差在±30rpm以内。
6.3.1当所测各点的温度基本稳定后，以2min的时间间隔测量一次各点的温度并算出发动机冷却液出口温度与环境温度的差值(简称液气温差)和发动机润滑机油温度与环境温度的差值(简称油气温差)。
当在一个行驶方向上测得的至少连续四个液气温差及油气温差的变化在1℃以内，且无继续升高的趋势时，即认为在此行驶方向达到发动机热平衡。
以热平衡状态下的液气温差、油气温差及环境温度的均值作为该行驶方向的试验结果。
6.3.2汽车反向行驶，在相同的路段重复第6.3.1条。
6.3.3以正、反两个行驶方向的试验结果按均值计算冷却液冷却常数、机油冷却常数和环境温度。
同时计算试验期间的平均车速，一并记入试验记录表。
6.3.4试验期间如出现发动机“开锅”现象则应立即停止试验。
6.4以发动机标定功率转速重复第6.3条。
6.5以试验取得的冷却液冷却常数和机油冷却常数按式(1)和式(2)计算许用环境温度T，单位℃：
T=TC-KC (1)
T=T0-K0 (2)
式中：TC--许用冷却液最高温度，℃；
T0--许用最高油温，℃；
KC--冷却液冷却常数，发动机最大扭矩时为KC1，标定功率时为KC2，C；
K0--机油冷却常数，发动机最大扭矩时为K01，标定功率时为K02C。
由上式共得到两种试验工况的四个许用环境温度计算值，取其最小值作为汽车的许用环
境温度，并记入试验记录表。
