物流专业术语
1、公路零担运输：公路零担货物运输，指的是托运人一次托运的货物不足3吨（不含3吨）的零担货物。
按件托运的零担货物，单价体积一般不小于0.01立方米（单件重量超过10千克的除外），不大于1.5立方米;单件重量不超过200千克;货物长度、宽度、高度分别不超过3.5米、1.5米和1.3米。
公路零担货物运输的主要特点是一票托运量小,托运批次多,托运时间和到站分散,一辆货车所装货物往往由多个托运人的货物汇集而成并由几个收货人接货。
公路零担货物运输的组织形式主要有两种，一种是零担货运班车，它又有两种基本形式:普通零担货运班车和快件零担货运班车，对于大多零担物流企业而言，两种形式均兼而有之;另一种是不定期的零担货运班车。
公路零担物流的流程基本上是:营业网点收货——中心库区集中、分拣——专线方向配货装车——专线运输——到达各中转站（网络点）——进一步分拣——保管货物或二次运输——客户取货或上门送货。
