They have a deep connection with nature and all the animals that live in their homeland. But the most special relationship they have is with the bear.In Ewenki culture, the bear is seen as a symbol of strength, wisdom, and protection. They believe that the bear is a guardian spirit that watches over them and guides them through the forest. The Ewenki people have a great respect for the bear and they never harm or hunt them. One day, a young Ewenki boy named Tuhe was out hunting with his father when they came across a bear cub who was lostand scared. Instead of running away, Tuhe approached the cub slowly and gently. The cub looked at him with big, curious eyes and Tuhe knew that he had to help him.Tuhe and his father brought the cub back to their village and cared for him like he was their own. They fed him, played with him, and taught him how to survive in the forest. The cub grew strong and healthy under their care and soon became a beloved member of the Ewenki community. As the years passed, the bear grew into a magnificent creature with thick fur and powerful paws. He became known as the Great Bear of the Ewenki people and was admired by all who knew him.

Goblin Night
L: You goblins better watch out. Tonight’s Goblin Night.
MB: My goodness!
FB: It’s a monster. Help!
L: Ha…. did I really scare you?
MB: You really did.
FB: And I’m sure you’ll scare the goblins tonight too.
L: Father Bear! That was you.
FB: But it could be a goblin. Remember tonight they’ll play tricks on anyone they meet.
L: Unless we can scare them away.
FB: Come here, you little monster.
MB: I think we have all the food for the bonfire. Here is the corn for roasting.
FB: And here is the pumpkin full of seeds for toasting.
L: Mmm…Corn and pumpkin seeds.
C: Happy Goblin Night, Little Bear!
L: Good costume, Cat.
C: Thank you, Little Bear. Everyone knows that black cats are scary.
L: Wow, very scary.
C: We’d better get going, Little Bear.
FB: Don’t you want to come with us?
L: We are going to take a short cut. Cat?
C: What?
L: Oh, Father Bear.
FB: Lots of goblins out tonight.
L: We are not afraid, are we, Cat?
C: Not a bit.
FB: All right, we’ll see you at bonfire.
L: Goblins like to play tricks.
C: Yeah, they love to pull your tail when you are not looking.
L: And jump out to scare you.
C: But I am fast, they can n’t catch me.
L: And I’m brave, they cann’t scare me.
L: Look out!
C: What was that?
L: Acorns, the wind knocked them out off the tree.
C: Or a goblin did, or a ghost did.
L: Oh, it’s just Owl.
O: No, it’s not. It’s a very scary ghost. Hoo,,,, Hey!
O: Well, you didn’t think it was so funny when the acorns fell on your head.
L: What was that sound?
C: What sound?
L: It’s coming from over there.
C: Maybe it’s goblin's.
O: They are heading this way.
L: Quick, let’s hide.
C: Owl, get your wing out of my eye.
O: I cann’t until Little Bear moves his tail. L: Cat’s sitting on my tail.
D: Wow!
All: Ha!
C: Duck.
D: Happy Goblin Night! Guess I scared you. L: No, not me.
O: I don’t think so.
C: Not me.
O: Who are you supposed to be anyway? D: Can’t you tell? I’m a thunder cloud.
C: What’s the can for?
D: My thunder. Isn’t it scary?
O: Well, I hope it scares the goblins.
C: Let’s get going.
O: I hear whistles. The goblins whistle? Cat: Only when they call other goblins. D: Why did they need other goblins?
L: To scare you.
D: I’m already scared.
MI: Wow!
O: What was that?
L: A goblin.
MI: Hey, scary Cat.
C: Who is that scary cat?
MI: You are.
L: Nice goblin costume, Mitzi.
MI: Thank you, Little Bear. Who is that whistling? L: Goblins
L: Real ones?
L: Duck down. The goblins are all around us. MI: What are we going to do? Hide?
D: You offer help?
L: No, we’ve got to scare the goblins off.
D: We do? No, we don’t.
L: Is everybody ready?
MI: OK. Yeah.
L: Follow me. Look!
MB: There you are.
FB: Where have you been?
L: We were scaring away the goblins.
O: They thought I was a ghost.
D: I am thunder.
MI: I’m a goblin but not a real one.
FB: Did you scare away all the real goblins?
L: Yes.
MB: Good! Then it will be safe to eat. D: Corn.
FB: And…
O: Pumpkin seeds.
FB: Hey, who was that? A goblin? L: Yes, a very big goblin.
L: I love Goblin Night.。
