三、监理工作开展情况（一）与施工单位之间的沟通、管理和协调1、积极与施工方进行沟通和协调，每天到现场了解施工安排和掌握工程进度，给予监督和指导。
监理部自进驻以来共到现场检查指导230余人次，发现施工中存在的管理、安全等各类问题达90余条，下发指导书6份、监理通知1份、要求报送管理人员和特殊工种资格通知一份、副井及风井开工前需要完成的工作一份、副井风井开工前验收的建议一份、审查施工措施3份，并提出多处修改意见。
2、自9月30日副井排水清淤结束达到下井条件以来监理人员共下井190余人次。
3、协助施工项目部加强人员的劳动配备以及组织管理，确保安全生产。
4、对材料、工器具的购进、安装、调试给予了指导和督促。
5、要求对材料、构配件报验产品合格证和质量证明书及复检报告。
6、监理部组织召开监理例会13次，解决施工中存在的问题70余条。
7、排出了监理值班表，初步规范了监理和施工项目部的工作，使各项管理逐步走向正规。
8、参加施工单位内部协调会8次，发表监理意见，努力改进施工单位的工作。
9、监理部组织召开施工单位班组长以上工作会议。

（二）与设计院的沟通自监理进驻以来。
我们充分发挥与设计院一家的优势，积极与设计院沟通协调，急业主之所急。
