假设单位是英寸。
单击"插入"(Insert)>"元件"(Component)>"装配"(Assemble)。

选取block.prt。
"元件放置"(Component Placement) 对话框打开。
单击在缺省位置装配零件。
这将把此块体定义为基础主体。
单击"确定"(OK) 接受该定义。
1.1.2 创建第一个销钉接头单击"插入"(Insert)>"元件"(Component)>"装配"(Assemble)。
"打开"(Open) 对话框出现。
选择crank_shaft.prt。
打开"元件放置"(Component Placement) 对话框。
单击"连接"(Connections),展开对话框并显示"机械设计"接头连接定义。
在"连接类型"(Connection Type) 下,选取"插针"(Pin)(如有必要,双击缺省连接类型以显示选项菜单)。
对于"轴对齐"(Axis Alignment),选择block.prt 上的轴A-3 和crank_shaft.prt 上的轴A-1。
对于平移约束,在两个零件上选取Pnt0。

1.1.3 向组件中添加固定零件单击"插入"(Insert)>"元件"(Component)>"装配"(Assemble),并选取end_cap.prt。
打开"元件放置"(Component Placement) 对话框。
在end_cap.prt 和con_rod.prt 上选取轴A-4。
下图显示了机构旁的端盖。
(接受缺省的"自动类型"(Automatic Type)。
)"对齐"(Align) 约束出现在约束列表中。
在end_cap.prt 和con_rod.prt 上选取轴A-5。
另一个"对齐"(Align) 约束出现在约束列表中。
在end_cap.prt 和con_rod.prt 上选取平整曲面。
"重合匹配"约束出现在约束列表中。
元件被完全约束。
单击"确定"(OK) 接受该方向。
1.1.4 在滑块曲柄机构上封闭环单击"插入"(Insert)>"元件"(Component)>"装配"(Assemble) 并选取piston_head.prt。
打开"元件放置"(Component Placement) 对话框。
单击"连接"(Connections) 展开该对话框。
选取"圆柱"(Cylinder) 作为连接类型。
在piston_head.prt 上选取轴A-2,在con_rod.prt 上选取轴A-1。
单击并使类型为"圆柱"(Cylinder)。
在piston_head.prt 和block.prt 上选择轴A-1。
单击"确定"(OK) 接受该连接。
如果已经正确创建了所有连接,则"机械设计"将能够通过完成环连接来进行装配。
单击"应用程序"(Applications)>"机构"(Mechanism)。
出现"机构"(Mechanism) 菜单时,单击"机构"(Mechanism)>"连接"(Connect)。
打开"连接组件"(Connect Assembly) 对话框。
在"连接组件"(Connect Assembly) 对话框上单击"运行"(Run)。
出现一个显示机构装配是否成功的信息框。
单击"应用程序"(Application)>"标准"(Standard) 退出"机械设计"。
1.1.5 向基础中添加固定零件单击"插入"(Insert)>"元件"(Component)>"装配"(Assemble),并选取base.prt。
打开"元件放置"(Component Placement) 对话框。
选取base.prt 和block.prt 的曲面,如下图中红色部分所示。
"重合匹配"约束将出现在约束列表中。
单击并选取"对齐"(Align) 作为约束类型。
在base.prt 和block.prt 上选取"右"(RIGHT) 基准平面。
软件提示时,输入零作为偏移。
单击并在base.prt 和block.prt 上选取"前"(FRONT) 基准平面。
"对齐"(Align) 约束将出现在约束列表中。
放置现在被完全约束。
单击"确定"(OK) 接受该方向。
1.1.6 创建伺服电动机单击"机构"(Mechanism)>"伺服电动机"(Servo Motors)。
"伺服电动机"(Servo Motors) 对话框打开。
单击"新建"(New)。
"伺服电动机定义"(Servo Motor Definition) 对话框打开。
在"类型"(Type) 选项卡上,对于"从动图元"(Driven Entity),选取"连接轴"(Joint Axis),并选择将crank_shaft.prt 连接到block.prt 的销钉接头(connection_1._axis_1)。
在"轮廓"(Profile) 选项卡上,将"规范"(Specification) 改为"速度"(Velocity)。
"模"(Magnitude) 应为"常数"(Constant)。
为A 输入值72。
选取"位置"(Position) 复选框并单击。
绘图显示伺服电动机将在10 秒内完成两次旋转。
单击"确定"(OK)。
1.1.7 创建并运行运动学分析选取"机构"(Mechanism)>"分析"(Analyses)。
打开"分析"(Analyses) 对话框。
单击"新建"(New)。
打开"分析定义"(Analysis Definition) 对话框。
在"类型"(Type) 下,选取"运动"(Kinematic)。
接受缺省名称AnalysisDefinition1。
在"时域"(Time Domain) 选项卡上,接受缺省值。
在"电动机"(Motors) 选项卡上,确保列出了"伺服电动机1"(ServoMotor1)。
如果未列出,单击。
单击"运行"(Run)。
分析进程显示在模型窗口的底部,并且模型按指定运动进行移动。
1.1.8 保存并查看结果回放结果。
单击"机构"(Mechanism)>"回放"(Playback)。
在"回放"(Playbacks) 对话框中,单击。
打开"动画"(Animate) 对话框。
单击。
单击"关闭"(Close) 退出。
在"回放"(Playbacks) 对话框中,单击将结果保存为 .pbk 文件。
在"保存"(Save) 对话框中,接受缺省名称或改为另一个名称。
缺省目录为当前工作目录。
也可通过浏览查找另一个目录来保存文件。
单击并选取回放文件,可在后续进程中打开 .pbk 文件。
单击"关闭"(Close) 退出。
单击"机构"(Mechanism)>"测量"(Measures)。
打开"测量结果"(Measure Results) 对话框。
单击。
打开"测量定义"(Measure Definition) 对话框。
接受名称measure1。
在"类型"(Type) 下,选取"位置"(Position)。
在活塞头部选取一个顶点。
在"分量"(Component) 区域选取"Y 分量"(Y-component),并接受WCS 作为"坐标系"(Coordinate System)。
在"计算方法"(Evaluation Method) 下,接受"每一时间步距"(Each Time Step)。
单击"确定"(OK)。
在"测量结果"(Measure Results) 对话框中,选取"测量"(Measures) 下的measure1,并选取"结果集"(Result Set) 下的AnalysisDefinition1。
(如果改变了结果集的名称,请选取相应的名称。
)"图形类型"(Graph Type) 应为"测量与时间"(Measure vs. Time)。
单击查看测量的出图。
出图应为余弦曲线。
