The Outlook for the Development of the Auto Industry
Dear colleagues, leaders and respectable judges,
Good morning！
My name is Yinguangyuan. Come from master planning division. It is my honor to stand here to have a speech. Today my topic is "the outlook for the development of the auto industry". I will share with you my opinion from the two aspects below. I hope that you can like it and find some interesting topics.
First, I shall talk about new energy vehicles. New energy vehicles refer to vehicles powered by unconventional fuels, such as electricity, hydrogen, hybrid fuel, etc. New energy vehicles have the advantages of energy-saving, environmental friendliness, low cost, etc. In China, our government has introduced a series of regulations and actions such as tax breaks, subsidies, and government purchases to promote the sales of new energy vehicles. As a result, the number of new energy vehicles sold in China totaled 330,000 in 2015, with a year on year growth rate of 343%. They are popular especially in the second and third-tier cities in China. The momentum continued into this year. The sales number in January alone surged by 144% and reached 16100. It is expected that the boom of new energy vehicles has just begun.
Second, I shall talk about Internet-aided vehicles. With internet, cars can be linked to smart phones, tablets and other mobile terminal equipment. Coupled with artificial intelligence and sensors, cars are more convenient and intelligent. For example, a smart phone can give orders to a car through its voice system, or even automatically drive a car. Internet-aided cars have the advantages of intelligence, convenience, safety, etc.
On December 14, 2015, Baidu established its driverless automotive division. Within 3 three years, it is expected to set up pilot centers in ten cities and commercialize its driverless vehicles. Within 5 years, it is expected to achieve mass production. Within 10 years, 80% of its produced cars will be driverless. In the near future, every of you present can enjoy the benefits of computer-aided vehicles.

我很荣幸站在这里展示一段演讲，今天我的题目是“汽车行业未来发展的展望”，下面我将从以下两个方面来表述我的个人观点，希望大家能够喜欢，并且从中找到一些大家感兴趣的话题。
第一，新能源汽车。
新能源汽车是指采用非常规的车用燃料作为动力来源的汽车，比如电能、氢气以及混合燃料等。
新能源汽车具有节能、环保、使用成本低等的优势。
我国已出台包括减税、购车补贴和政府采购等各种法规和举措，促进新能源汽车销售。
2015年新能源电动车在中国达到了343%的增长幅度，售出约33万辆，倍受中国二三线城市喜欢。
这一增长势头也一样延续到了今年，单1月份新能源汽车销量同比就飙升了144%，达到1.61万。
可以预料，新能源汽车增长的热潮才刚刚开始。
第二，互联网汽车。
互联网汽车是利用互联网技术，使得汽车可以与手机、平板电脑等移动终端设备相连，配合先进的人工智能及传感技术，实现司机对汽车更加便捷、智能化的控制，如通过智能手机来控制汽车，用语音来给汽车下达指令甚至自动驾驶等。
互联网汽车具有智能、方便、安全等优势。
2015年12月14日，百度宣布正式成立自动驾驶事业部，预计3年内在全国十个城市划分示范区，实现自动驾驶汽车的商用化，5年实现量产，10年后，将有80%新出厂的汽车可实现自动驾驶。
相信在不远的将来，在座的每一位都可以享受到互联网汽车带来的便利。
