·在中国如何办理留学生 ___不论你现在是在英国留学中，还是已经回国了的毕业生，只要你曾在英国留过学，获得过本科或以上的学位，或者曾经持有学术访问签证，就可以办理这个证明。
只要一来到英国，就可以到中国驻英使馆教育处的留学生报道登记系统上注册，需要填写一些关于你学业的基本信息，如下图所示：注册了以后请大家务必保留登录信息，方便在完成学业拿到毕业证要回国的时候，提交相关材料办理留学回国人员证明。
请注意，当你注册一个月后系统才能打印出带登记序列号的《留学人员报到登记表》（这个是给 ___老师盖章用的，所以是办理很重要的一个材料哦！）。
另外要注意的就是办理这个证明是完全的，我们不用花一分钱，所以如果有人跟你申请要付费，或者给钱帮你代办，可就要注意咯！这个证明不能找第三方或中介代办，一定要通过大使馆教育处。
留学回国人员证明一共有三联，第一联和第二联由我们自己妥善保存，第三联是由英国驻英使馆教育处（或驻曼城总领馆教育组）保存留底。
那如果想申请这个留学回国证明，我们都要具备什么条件？第一种情况，你在英国需要持有效学生签证（Tier 4），并且在英国就读的是全日制（full time）本科及本科以上学位。
第二种情况，你是持有学术访问签证（Academic Visitor）并在英国高校进修6个月以上或者持有工签（Work Permit）在英国高校、研究所从事6个月以上的博士后研究人员。
这两种情况的申请人所就读、进修或工作的英国高校必须是被中国认可并被列入中英两国政府学位证书互认框架协议所包括的高等教育机构 ___里。
不管你是准备从英国办理，还是准备回国后在国内办理，要准备的材料大致相同，如下所示：申请所需材料1. 准备带序列号的报到登记表（这个可以自行在登记系统上下载打印），可不贴照片。
2. 同意驻英使馆教育处向你原就读院校核实情况的授权信（须本人签名），授权信下载地址。
3. 凡攻读学位的留学人员，需提供本人已获得学位证书的复印件。
如尚未领取学位证书，请提供就读学校出具的完成学业，将于何时获得学位的证明信原件（内容须包括：说明从何时至何时在何校何专业注册攻读何种学位，将于何时毕业并获得何种学位，相关负责人签名及单位盖章，签发证明信人员的 ___、传真和邮件地址）。
