in the library教学反思
In the library教学反思本节课结束后的最大感想是仍然还有很多学生没有掌握单词。
由于是本单元的第一课时，所以对学生来说学习内容较多，难度较大。
每次在教学每个单元的第一课时时，总会觉得教学效果不太明显，因为对于学生来说学习的内容都是新授内容。
所以都需要在第二课时的教学中加以巩固和强化。
其次，在本节课教授单词时形式也比较少，应该寻找更多的方法和手段去帮助学生记忆单词。
在教授单词时，也可以结合身体语言帮助学生记忆，如：sleep、shout等，借助动作帮助学生更深刻地记忆。
本节课结束以后，陈校给了我很多的建议和意见，让我看到了本节课中存在的更多的不足和缺点，让我受益匪浅。
首先就是一个一直都存在的一个问题，作为一个英语老师，我们应该学会重组教材，制定我们自己心中的教学目标。
这也是我以上陈述的困扰我的问题，每个单元的第一课时总会觉得内容量较大，所以我们可以重新组合教材，设定我们自己的教学目标。
也可以融合我们整本书中前后出现的知识点，将后面将要学习的内容前置。
我觉得也可以尝试下这种方法，也许教学效果会更加明显。
不断地更新自己的教学方法和理念也会促进我们更快地成长。
其次，在教学中应该想方设法地促进学生智能的发展，而不是禁锢他们的思想。
尤其是在单词教学中，应该帮助学生寻找记忆的方法，而不是死记硬背。
光靠死记硬背的学生的思维总是很狭隘。
而我们的使命就是促进学生的综合能力的发展。
如：在教授单词时，可以列出更多的类似的发音，鼓励学生从中寻找规律，而不是要求他们死记硬背，这样只会打击他们的学习兴趣。
另外，在本节课的导入部分较为生硬，我原先的意图是通过对上一单元的复习来开始本节课的学习内容，但却忽视了导入部分的过渡环节过于僵硬。
在be a teaher和revie the rhme部分的过渡比较突然。
在导入部分可以借助实际课堂来开展本节课的内容。
最后，课堂氛围还需加强。
在调动学生积极性方面还需再进一步增强。
作为一个老师，应该想方设法地调动学生的学习积极性和兴趣，而不只是部分人的积极性，倘若还有学生没有跟上你的节奏，那这节课就是失败的。
