1.3 安全标识及符号说明

1.4 注意事项
安全
1.1 环境条件
为了安全使用本设备,请按照以下使用条件来安装。 (1)请根据以下所示的条件在室内安装本设备
.能正常使用的环境温度范围在(-5~+40℃) .能正常使用的相对湿度范围在 30%~85%之内 .能正常使用的海拔高度在 1000 米以下 .保证室内清洁与空气流通 .保证设备远离腐蚀气体、易燃易爆气体、蒸汽 (2)动力源:电压、频率请参照电机铭牌;气压在 0.4Mpa 以上。 (3)为便于使用、操作、保养、检查本设备,请为设备留有足够的空间。 (4)请将设备水平放置。 (5)在众多复杂环境的影响下承受的振动不能超过 12 mm·s-1 。

1.5 运输、保存与安装时的安全注意事项
(1) 设备的放置与搬运必须由专业工作人员来进行。 (2) 吊装时请用指定的工具(钢丝绳、起重机、吊车等),并按照指定的顺序及方法进行吊

装。 (3) 进行吊装作业时非工作人员请勿入内。 (4) 为防止重大伤亡事故的发生,吊装时,人不允许在吊起的设备底下。 (5) 吊运工具的允许负荷应大于设备的总重量。 (6) 暂时存放本设备时,请将设备水平放置并保持室内常温,清洁。 (7) 运输设备时,不允许捆扎损伤设备。如果运输工程中有损伤或零件有缺少,应立即报告。 (8) 安装时,应为设备留有足够的空间,以方便设备日后的维修与更换。 (9) 安装前,务必将机器零件保存在原来包装内。妥善遮盖机器零件和包装箱,应将它们存
