V型混料机使用操作规程一、设备连接图辊道窑V型混料机气体净化器真空泵空压机二、性能参数1、本机适用于一切流动性较好的干性粉状及颗粒状物料的混合。

2、混料机体积为3000升,物料装载系数为0.6,总装载重量不超过1500公斤(以氧化钇密度0.8g/cm3计)。

3、混料机负压承受能力不超过200毫米汞柱(即0.26Mpa)。

三、操作规程1、使用前应进行一次空运转试车,试车应达到无明显的噪音、抖动,运转平稳为准,如有异常,应检查调整好后方可混料作业。

2、准备好物料至塑料桶内。

3、合上总电源,启动混料机主机,缓慢调整电磁调速电机控制器,使V型混料桶缓慢转动至水平位置,以方便接管为宜时,调电磁调速控制器至零停止运转,将吸气、吸料软管接上接口,关好密封蝶阀,拧紧检查人孔压紧螺栓。

一切妥当后,再次启动混料机主机,并缓慢调整电磁调速控制器,使混料筒缓慢转动至垂直位置后,调整电磁调速电机控制器至零,停止混料筒转动,然后关主机电源。

4、打开真空泵冷却水阀门,按下真空泵启动按钮,启动真空泵,将吸料嘴插入料筒物料内,并调整吸料口适当抽带部分空气,使物料能顺利吸送。

5、物料吸完后,关闭真空泵电源及冷却水阀门,启动混料机电源,并缓慢调整电磁调速控制器使混料筒转动至近水平位置,以方便拆卸接管为宜时,调电磁调速控制器至零,停止混料桶运转,拆除吸气、吸料软管,将原堵头盖上拧紧。

6、启动混料机主机电源,并缓慢调整电磁调速控制器使混料筒转动,转速控制在每分钟8转范围,开始混料,混料时间10分钟,待混合均匀后慢慢降低转速并使出料口在最低处时停止混料桶运转。

7、将接料桶放置在混料机出料口底下相应位置,缓慢打开密封蝶阀出料,出料完后关闭密封蝶阀。

8、每次混料完后拆下清扫混料机内滤袋粘附之物料,用清洁无油的压缩空气吹扫气体净化器内覆膜滤袋,以确保下次吸料工作效率,打开气体净化器底阀,放净收集的粉尘,回收利用。

四、注意事项1、每次混料检查补充减速机、真空泵润滑油,检查调整皮带磨损程度和松紧程度,每半年更换减速机润滑油,每三个月更换真空泵油。

三、特点该混合机主要由如前所述筒体、机架及动力设备三部分构成,总体结构简单;控制系统采用电器设备自动控制,按钮操作,整套设备操作简单,使用安全;筒体自动进行正反转,更有效、更快速的使物料进行混合,到达预定目标。

该混合机可以根据用户的不同需要,和使用场合的不同,用不同材料制作或在其整个系统流程中添加准备工序设备或后续设备。

四、用途混合机V型筒体内的物料在筒内作落差较大的交叉运动,被混合物料在混合过程中会因彼此间的碰撞而细化、粉化,较大的颗粒变成细小颗粒。

另外,物料的粘度和含水量也有限制。

因为物料是在筒体内作不规则的交叉运动,如果物料的粘度或含水量很大,就会出现粘壁、结块等现象,难以达到应有的混合效果。

综合各种因素,V型混合机适用于医疗、化工、食品、冶金等,粉粒状物料的快速混合。

五、电器说明1、电器原理图(附录一)。

2、电控柜接通电源,不带负载检查,各按钮指示灯是否正常,各接触器反应是否灵敏,时间继电器延迟时间调整一致(要求正反转时间一致,换向间隙时间一致)。

Machine descriptionMACHINE DESCRIPTION AND USE:The SILVER VE mixing machines are designed for professional use only, to mix water and flour-based food dough for bread-making and pastry workshops. A spiral rotates mixing, refining and oxygenating the mix contained in a rotary bowl and, thanks to the vigorous mechanical action performed by the system, the mix is quickly and effectively prepared.As specified above, the machines are for professional use only, by educated, trained and authorised personnel. Any other use is forbidden, any particular needs and specifications must be examined by the SELLER on request. Once the bowl on the trolley is filled with water and additives (in this order and in the amounts described later on), the trolley can be taken to its position, with the head up. The head lowers (by means of a hydraulic system) once the trolley is blocked (by means of an electro-magnetic system). Once this operation is complete, the machine can be started by means of the control panel. At this point the spiral rotates together with the bowl mixing the ingredients. To empty the bowl, stop the machine by pressing the stop button and lift the head to remove the trolley. Description of the adjustment and commissioning operations5.2.1.InstallationThe machine must be positioned vertically on a smooth surface and able to support the weight (floor with resistance above 20 kgcm 2). The walls and the floor must be in good condition and easy to clean. If there is a risk of overturning, anchor the machine to the floor using 4 wedges or bolts with tensile strength greater than 300 kg (M8) with the specific anchors that can be supplied on request.5.2.2. Electric line connectionThe electrical connection must be done by a qualified electrician, according to the methods and regulations in force in the country of installation.The machine is supplied with power cable without plug. The cable must be kept away from hot and/or moving parts and must not obstruct the movement or transiting of people and things. The socket into which the plug will be inserted must have adequate features to the maximum current of absorption of the load and comply with the laws and regulations in force (including being correctly connected to the earthing system, which must be periodically checked by an authorised and competent technician).Make sure that the system voltage and frequency match those on the machine identification plate, incorrect connection voids the warranty.6. User instructions6.1. Operating instructions6.1.1. To start the machineThe machine is equipped with a master switch on the right side and it is controlled from the front electro-mechanical control panel (see chap. 10.2).To work the machine, place the master switch at ON. Using the two timers, select the desired time for the first and second speeds (by turning the cap), and press start to start the dough. Press STOP to stop the machine.6.2. Working with the machine.The machine is now ready to mix. Follow some simple rules: •Firstly, pour the necessary amount of water in the bowl.•Add the correct amount of flour, the dough will gradually harden until the right consistency is obtained. To vacuum the dust, use aprofessional vacuum equipped with adequate filters depending on the grain size of theflour.Cleaning the bowl: use a damp cloth and/or PLASTIC spatulas with water only.N.B.: it is not advisable to use metal spatulas to clean the bowl.Cleaning the column and spiral: use a damp cloth with water only. 1.目的:明确V型混合机使用的标准操作规程。

2.范围:V型混合机。

3.责任:压片班生产操作人员。

4.内容:
4.1 V型混合机系颗粒总混合的机械。

4.2 使用前检查内、外壁,应清洁,标识完整,按生产部标识管理规
程处理。

4.3 接通电源,声明“开机”,按启动“绿”钮,此时机器开始运转,
点动“黄”钮启动离合器,调整装料口到适当位置,停机。

4.4将出料口蝶阀套上洁净的布关紧、检查各部位是否连接牢固。


进料管插入料桶,打开真空泵,将物料吸入混合机内,注意物料的装量不得超过混合机容量的2/3,关闭真空泵,拆下真空管和吸料管。

关闭填料门,上紧卡箍(密封严密)。

4.5 拉上防护链条,混合区内不可站人、存物。

4.6 在控制板上,按工艺要求设置所需的混合时间,声明“开机”,按
启动“绿”钮,开机混合,到时后自动停止。

4.7 停机后如出口位置不适,可点动“黄”钮离合器调整到适宜的位
置,打开密闭的蝶阀,开始出料操作。

4.8 混合工作完毕后,关闭红色停止钮,切断电源,按V型混合机清
洁SOP进行清洁。

5. 培训:
5.1 培训对象:压片班操作人员。

5.2 培训时间:二小时。

日常保养:
1.加料时防止损坏加料口法兰及桶内抛光镜面,以防止密封不严与物料粘积。

2.注意保持清洁。

2.连接真空管接着及吸料接头,该接头均为快装接口形式,只需对准套入,顺时针方向转运约50度左右以旋紧为准,将吸料管插入物料容器。
3.启动真空泵约在0.025Mpa真空度时开启阀门,此时即开始吸料。
4.吸料完毕,先关闭阀门,截止真空,后关真空泵以免水倒灌入物料机污染物料。
5.卸下真空吸管接头及吸料管卡接头,装上阀盖接头,方法同第二条(卸时逆时针旋转)。

2、确认电、气供应正常。

3、检查加料口盖是否密封严,放料阀是否关闭。

4、检查设备各部件的紧固程度。

5、确认转动正常,筒体密封良好。

6、确认真空上料机运行正常,无漏料情况。

二、使用操作步骤1、旋紧混合器压盖,把吸料管接到吸料口上,把真空上料机接到真空口,关闭放料阀。

2、调整混合机倾斜角度约45度,把吸料管插入待混物料中,开启真空上料机。

3、待进料结束后,关闭真空上料机。

4、拆下吸料管和真空上料管道,关闭进料口和真空口。

5或者人工进料,打开大进料盖,关闭放料阀,投入待混物料,结束后关闭大进料盖。

6、开启混合器电源按正转按钮后,旋转调速器缓慢的调速至工艺要求的转速,依据工艺要求设置混合时间。

7、混合结束后旋转调速器使简体停到合适的出料位置,关闭混合器电源。

8、打开放料阀将物料放入准备好的容器。

9、启动设备前需确认旋转半径内无人员无物品,并确保设备运行时人员和移动物平不得进入旋转半径。

三、注意事项1、设备各联接部位要联接紧固、可靠。

2、开机前要求设备操作人员离开混料桶一米以外,以免运动中的筒体撞伤人员。

四、维护保养1、每班次工作完成检查地脚螺栓是否松动。

8、每6个月对涡轮减速机换油一次,注油时应防止污物进入减速箱。

9、设备两侧机架内轴承运行5000h更换油脂一次。

一、概况与原理
本机适用于一切流动性较好的干性粉状及颗粒物料的混合。

它广泛使用于制药,化工,食品,塑料。

化妆品,陶瓷,冶金等工业。

本设备吸取国外同类产品的优点进行设计,因组成两圆柱筒的长度是不相等的,故形成不对称。

当混合机回转时,物料从分解和组合势能不同,就形成轴向逐层交替的扩散混合,由于物料在筒体内壁所处平面的不同,相互间也具有不同的势能产生横向对流混合。

上述混合作用连续重复进行,使物料非常均匀的随机混合状态。

本机因采用重力混合,故对物料压馈较小,混合均匀度高并且采用不锈钢制造筒体,内外壁抛光Ra≤0.4,功耗省,效率高。

易清洗,符合GMP要求。

设备可采用人工进料和真空自动进料两种方式,放料采用真空蝶阀,可实现无尘操作,换批时清洗方便,是新一代的粉体混合理想设备。

二、结构原理
本机主要由:机架、减速装置、混料筒,三部分组成。

固定在机架上的电机通过皮带轮,三角带传动给减速器。

然后,再由减速器通过小链轮,大链轮传动给混料筒,达到减速目的,从而使混料筒获得0-10转/分的匀速回转运动。

三、使用说明
1.由专业机械安装人员将设备安装在基础上,保证水平。

检查减速机是否加油。

2.使用前应进行一次空转试车,试车应达到无明显的噪音、
抖动、运转平稳为准。

3.物料如需真空加料,开启真空泵,将吸嘴插入料筒物料
内,调整好放空阀,真空度约为200毫米汞柱,以物料
能顺利吸送为准。

4.装料量为有效容积的50±10%
5.对易燃物料在真空进料过程中,为防止吸料软管中产生
静电火花,用户应该采取相应的静电接地装置。

6.根据物料的性质和混合要求,确定恰当的混合时间。

7.在混合过程中,如发现机器有明显的抖动、噪音应该立
即停车,查明原因后,排除故障,方能重新工作。

8.结束时,出料口调整在最底处,将出料筒放置在相应的
位置,缓慢打开出料口蝶阀出料。

9.一次使用完毕应取出剩余物料,刷清机器各个部分。


止残余物料影响下一批混合物料的质量。

四、注意事项
1.启动设备时,必须注意并确定筒体运行空间无人和无物,
并保证设备运行时人员或移动物不得进入运行空间。

2.设备未停稳,人员不得进入运行空间操作设备。

五、维护与保养
1.新机运行时,蜗杆减速箱需在二星期后换油。
