I like the feeling of space so there’s no unnecessary furniture – just a sofa, a small wardrobe, a bookshelf, and a computer desk. 地点类话题和物品类话题出现频率差不多，每季度占25%-30%左右，描述地点和物品要注意细节。
Part 1：地点类话题分析
1.地点类话题分类
分类常考话题
●建筑类（较小的地点）学校、公园、饭馆、博物馆、图书馆、酒店、放松的场所、街道、近水之地、一个房间、理想的房子等。
●景点类（较大的地点）国家、城市、历史景点（遗迹）、自然风光、你喜欢的地方等。
2. 建筑类话题答题
拿到建筑类的话题答题思路大致是：先交代一下位置，描述一下此建筑+2个答题点+自己的感受做总结，所以剩下的3个观点选1点作答即可，可以自己灵活组合，可以作为答题点的有以下几个：
Location先交代建筑的地理位置
Exterior/Interior请描述建筑的外观/内在
History这个建筑有没有什么特殊或有趣的历史故事
Users/Visitors-Functions建筑的使用者/游客--它的功能，什么样的人喜欢来这里Atmosphere这个建筑地点所营造的氛围—轻松、庄严、宗教气息等
My own feelings 不管阐述哪一类口语话题，自己的感觉一定是最重要的，这是考官最想要听到的，所以考生一定要说说自己的感受：喜欢这个地方吗，它给你带来怎样的感觉等。

1.物品类话题分类：
分类常考话题
●具体类事物具体：喜欢的书、画、电影、电视剧、节目、衣服、礼物、工艺品、信、照片、交通工具、食物、动物（宠物&野生）等。
特点：部分生活化词汇、专业词汇的缺乏
●抽象类事物抽象：艺术形式、建议、新闻、法律、你的小成就、机会、擅长的技巧、做的决定、天气（季节）等。
特点：抽象的东西不好描述。
2. 具体类物品答题
拿到具体事物类的话题，先确定是什么东西，描述一下这个东西，这个东西的特征（说2个点），这个东西对我的影响以及我对它的感触。
What什么东西，怎么得到的（如果是礼物）
Exterior描述这个东西（外观、颜色、大小、特征）
Function有什么功能（如果是电器、电子产品）
Role in my life这个东西对我的影响、给我的生活带来的改变
My own feelings我的感触，我喜欢它吗？为什么？
3. 抽象类物品答题
面对抽象类事物最好的化解办法就是化抽象为具体，抽象名词具体化——即把题目当中提到的任何看不到摸不着的东西落实到具体生活中的具体事物中去。
如：题目为描述一次你得到的机会
答题思路：什么机会？怎么得到的？在这次机会中你做了什么？给你带来了什么改变（生活中、心理上或思想上）？你从中得到/学到了什么？
