一、学情分析
初一学生，已经学了四年的英语，学生程度参差不齐，按照大多数学生的程度来讲授。
二、教材分析
衔接三年级起始版，初一上册侧重于对小学内容的复习，有少量延伸。
2.学生为主体体现的不明显。因为面对的是新学生，上课时好多指令配合不是很默契；我说了过多的废话，导致教师还是占据了课堂大量的时间。
3.再就是让学生选取东西这一环节，也浪费了一定的时间，还导致了几分钟的压堂。应该在最开始的时候让学生上台，也能缓解学生紧张的气氛，增加师生默契，还能活跃气氛。
4.对于本单元的重点句型：Would you like…? I’d like…操练足够，一节课下来，学生掌握较好。

5.为了节省时间，我把所有的听音和看视频环节都插入到了课件里。效果很好。
6.最后令我自己比较满意的是情景教学的运用。从一开始的时候让学生选取购物篮，紧接着通过得分的形式来选取自己小组的物品，最终看谁的购物篮东西最多，谁就获胜。

十二、反思
这是我第一次面对100个以上学生的班级，刚开始的时候心里真是忐忑不安。但是开始上课之后，感觉好很多，因为这班学生真的非常优秀，也非常整齐。心里由衷的佩服这个班级的老师，真是教导有方。再想想自己的学生，就好像一盘散沙。这也全都是因为老师的管理不当。
对于这节课，我总结了以下几点：
1.学生们对分组比赛的形式可能是刚刚接触，而且回答问题之后要读自己小组所选择的单词，刚开始的时候学生们显得有点不知所措。但是到后半节课真正显现出分组比赛的效果。如果是自己的学生，不会一堂课前后不一致。
