所给的文本是一个情景会话：孩子到医院看病，医生询问小患者时说What’s your name? How old are you ?学习询问年龄的句型以及数字six /seven/eight。
学情分析：这个阶段的儿童注意不稳定、不持久，难于长时间地注意同一件事物，容易被一些新奇刺激的事物所吸引。
所以他们对课件里的动画和能动发声的教具感兴趣，因此在复习和热身的环节设置了游戏宝瓶收妖和欣赏歌曲,让学生在老师的引导下自然的进入到教学的环境当中。
从情感的表现方式来看，三年级的孩子仍然显得情绪比较外露、易激动、不够稳定持久，控制情感能力逐步增强。
课标要求：通过英语学习使学生形成初步的综合语言运用能力，促进心智发展，提高综合人文素养。
教学目标:1.知识与技能：（1）掌握单词：six / seven /eight 。
（2）能掌握对话What’s your name? How old are you?2.过程与方法：让学生在语境中跟老师同学模仿练习，达到掌握并熟练应用的要求。
