5、肉片变色时倒入青菜，下盐和芝麻油调味。
二、红枣竹笋肉片汤1.原料：新鲜竹笋，猪肉，若羌红枣做法：2.猪肉切片。
3.加入少许盐，白胡椒粉及啤酒腌制15分钟，这里用啤酒是为了去除猪肉的腥味。
4.竹笋切块。
5.入开水锅中焯2分钟，以去除竹笋的涩味。
6.焯好的竹笋。
7.腌好的肉片入开水锅中焯至变色。
8.盛出后用开水冲掉浮沫。
9.锅中加适量开水，加入若羌红枣，焯好的竹笋和肉片，文火慢煲2小时，出锅前加少许食盐调味。
三、茶树菇丝瓜肉片汤用料：茶树菇20克，黑木耳5克，丝瓜2根，猪肉60克，盐、姜蒜、淀粉适量，葱花少许做法：1.黑木耳和茶树菇用清水浸泡至涨发，捞出，洗去杂质。
浸泡茶树菇的水静置澄清，倒出表面澄清液备用。
丝瓜切片，备用。
2.猪肉切片，加适量盐和淀粉，用少许清水调匀。
姜蒜切片，备用。
3.锅中加入浸泡茶树菇的水和适量清水，加入姜蒜片，煮沸，加入茶树菇和木耳，煮15-20分钟。
加入丝瓜煮至软熟，下肉片，汆熟，放盐，搅拌均匀，出锅装碗，撒上葱花，即可。
