本人安装环境：winxp_sp3+solidworks2010_sp5均为32位，64位及win7环境下无测试。
言归正传：首先下载solidworks2010sp5集成安装包和crack文件的种子，其连接为:/discuz/viewthread.php?ti d=997812&extra=page%3D1然后刻盘或虚拟镜像加载iso文件：加载iso文件后，虚拟光驱自动弹出安装界面，如下图（如无自动弹出，可进虚拟光盘文件，点击setup安装）：我使用的安装序列号如下图，设置也如下图所示：如出现此对话框，按下图点“取消”即可:接着进入“摘要”菜单，因为是个人学习安装，在安装插件选项中没选择pdm及二次开发项目，各位因人而异。
然后更改安装位置等设置，如不做更改，默认路径为C:\Program Files\。
接下来，一步步等待安装完成：安装完成：至此安装完成后，就是让人头疼的crack了。
见下详解：补丁包下载同安装包的下载链接。
注意：crack包容易报毒，我的ess就是，只好关闭病毒软件再安装。
破解solidworks主程序：1首先导入系统注册表文件“sw2010_win32_SSQ.reg”，双击导入即可。
2将破解包中的“license.dat”文件放入下面这个路径的文件夹中：我的安装路径为D盘，如果不一样，请仔细看好了。

第一步：运行setup.exe文件
注意：可以使用虚拟光驱直接载入iso文件安装，也可以直接用压缩软件解压来安装。
如果是用压缩软件解压的话，安装的程序所在地路径尽量的不要有中文字符。
第二步：选择“单机安装“如下图所示：
第三步：输入序列号：0001 0001 0736 0361 JK3Q HDJ3如下图所示：
出现下图所示的对话框点击取消就可以了：
第四步：选择安装选项，如下图所示：
第五步：选择安装路径，如下图所示：
第六步：安装产品，安装过程会时间长一点，请耐性等待。
如下图所示：
整个过程20多分钟
第七步：安装完成，运行程序，如下图所示：
第八步：激活软件操作步骤如下图所示：
没crack前只能试用30天，点完成后打开solidworks，然后关掉。
接下来打开SW2012_SP0.0_Win64_Full_Multilanguage_SSQ.iso里边的crack文件夹
运行SW2010-2012.Activator.SSQ.exe
接着按几次是就ok了。
出现下面的对话框点击是：
接下来的几个对话框就一直点击是就可以了，这个就不一一给大家截图了。
第九步：再次启动solidworks2012，这次就不再有试用30天的应用提示，如下图
所示：。

最简单的傻瓜型办法用破解包里面的文件替换完对应的安装目录下的文件即可;如果安装目录下找不到要替换的文件请跳过那步，因为如果你不安装该插件的话就没有该文件夹，也就是说只有在完全安装所有插件的时候才能用完破解包的文件。

记住，没有破解的文件还需要另外下载，文件的名称为：（SolidWorks.2010.SP0.0.Win32_64.Cracks-SolidSQU

点击“产品”一栏后面的更改，把选择项目全部打开，这里要全部选择。
否则有的时候会丢失文件到时候，在破解的过程中会出错。
按装完成后先不要重启计算机
