三分钟英语演讲稿范文大全
篇一We Are The World ,We Are The Future世界是我们的,未来是我们的Someone said “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. I don’t know who wrote these words, but I’ve always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it to be. We are all in the position of the farmers. If we plant a good seed ,we reap a good harvest. If we plant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all.
We are young. “How to spend the youth?” It is a meaningful question. To answer it, first I have to ask “what do you understand by the word youth?” Youth is not a time of life, it’s a state of mind. It’s not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips or supple knees. It’s the matter of the will. It’s the freshness of the deep spring of life.
A poet said “To see a world in a grain of sand, and a heaven in a wild flower, hold infinity in the palm of your hand, and eternity in an hour. Several days ago, I had a chance to listen to a lecture. I learnt a lot there. I’d like to share it with all of you. Let’s show our right palms. We can see three lines that show how our love.career and life is. I have a short line of life. What about yours? I wondered whether we could see our future in this way. Well, let’s make a fist. Where is our future? Where is our love, career, and life? Tell me.Yeah, it is in our hands. It is held in ourselves.
We all want the future to be better than the past. But the future can go better itself. Don’t cry because it is over, smile because it happened. From the past, we’ve learnt that the life is tough, but we are tougher. We’ve learnt that we can’t choose how we feel, but we can choose what about it. Failure doesn’t mean you don’t have it, it does mean you should do it in a different way. Failure doesn’t mean you should give up, it does mean you must try harder.
As what I said at the beginning, “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. The past has gone. Nothing we do will change it. But the future is in front of us. Believe that what we give to the world, the world will give to us. And from today on, let’s be the owners of ourselves, and speak out “We are the world, we are the future.”
I'm sure everybody is interested in dream, so I will share a story with you. When we talk about dreams,we are so excited. We all have our own dreams, some want to be teachers, others want to be doctors, others want to be scientists. However, not all dreams can come true,as people always give them up for some reason.A dream is to a man what wings are to a bird. With a dream in the deep heart`s core, a man is spontaneously driven to hitch his wagon to a star. A dream is an inexhaustible source of energy that keeps our enthusiasm burning, and kindles our desire to enhance our spiritual cultivation, refine our character, and upgrade our quality of life. A life without a dream is like a bird with broken wings, confined to a cage and oblivious of what lies beyond the range of its vision. On the contrary, a man with a dream is like a warrior armed with ambition, foresight and gallantry, daring to step into an unknown domain to make a journey of adventure. It is dream that adds fullness, variety, and spice to our life and makes it worth living.I would like to take Liu Xiang as an example.Liu,as the first chinese man to win an Olympic track and field medal, dreamed of defending his Olympic title on home soil.To achieve this dream,he was bathed with sweat on the training ground every day. What’s more, now and then he suffered injuries. However, neither the injury nor the pressure has prevented him from striving to achieve the goal.Eventually,he kept or even renewed his record in the men’s 110-meter hurdle with his perseverance. It is true that barriers may sometimes stand in the way of your dreams, but remember success is hiding behind them.Instead of making dozens of excuses for your failure, just think about Liu Xiang’s story, hold on your dreams and never give up.If you do not want your dreams to come to naught, then hold fast to your dreams and never give up.Just as the saying goes,”Do not,for one repulse, forgo the purpose that you resolved to effect.”If you can do the following points, your dreams will come true one day.First, plant your dream in a fertilized soil.Second, water it with your diligence and give it the best food----knowledge.Third,remove the seeds of unhappiness for they can destory your dream. The most important is let the seed of your dream enjoy the beautiful sunshine,so what it can grow well. And however hard the situation is,o not give it up and always give it your best care. Then you will get a good harvest in the end.Dreams are what we pursue for a lifetime, with many dreams,we have motivation to fight for our life. The opposite side of dream is reality. We have to face reality everyday, reality is what we perceive in our life.Reality always frustrates us to be successful. We need to balance them.篇三Honourable judges, ladies and gentlemen,Good afternoon! Today I would like to talk about the importance of keeping optimistic. When we encounter difficulties in life, we notice that some of us choose to bury their heads in the sand. Unfortunately, however, this attitude will do you no good, because if you will have no courage even to face them, how can you conquer them? Thus, be optimistic, ladies and gentlemen, as it can give you confidence and help you see yourself through the hard times, just as Winston Churchill once said, “An optimist sees an opportunity in every calamity;a pessimist sees a calamity in every opportunity.”Ladies and Gentlemen, keeping optimistic, you will be able to realize, in spite of some hardship, there’s always hope waiting for you, which will lead you to the ultimate success. Historically as well as currently, there are too many optimists of this kind to enumerate. You see, Thomas Edison is optimistic; if not, the light of hope in his heart could not illuminate the whole world. Alfred Nobel is optimistic; if not, the explosives and the prestigious Nobel Prize would not have come into being. And Lance Armstrong is also optimistic; if not, the devil of cancer would have devoured his life and the world would not see a 5-time winner of the Tour De France.A rose may be beautiful, or maybe not; that depends on your attitude only, and so does success, so does life. Hindrances and difficulties do exist, but if you are optimistic, then they are only episodes on your long way to the throne of success; they are more bridges than obstacles! Now I prefer to end my speech with the great British poet Shelley’s lines: “If winter comes, can spring be far behind?” Thank you!。

3分钟经典英语演讲稿(精选20篇)3分钟经典英语篇1Imagine a car without a steering wheel. Tough to imagine, right? Well, actually that’s the image you see if a person has no faith. Faith helps to guide us in our lives, encourage us to persist, and give directions when we are lost.In this peaceful era, our life paths seem to be already well-planned and determined. What we have to do is to follow. Yes, we may face different sorts of challenges, but at least they are less harsh when compared to those in the past. We do not need to worry about starving to death, or how to earn enough money to buy food for our siblings and sustain our lives. It is like driving from a muddy road into a highway. In the muddy road, path, you would say, as it is formed only by crossing on it many times, flattening the ground to form a smoother area so we can pass. The road is so bumpy and rough, with holes here and there and rocks lying all over. When we drive along this road, we have to be very careful, having a firm grip on the steering wheel, ready for a sudden turn or a large boulder that may appear any second. However, when we drive on a highway, everything becomes different. The road is smooth, straight, and visible. Since there is no unseen obstacle, we may lower our guard, relax a bit, and loosen our grip on the steering wheel. One may even think, if we only have to drive on a smooth straight road like this highway, why would we need a steering wheel?Nevertheless, one cannot foresee the future. Accidents do happen. For example, a car may suddenly appear in front of you. At such times, if you did not have the steering wheel, how could you make a sudden turn? Just as no one could foresee theSichuan Earthquake nor the Japan Tsunami. If the one being trapped under the debris did not have faith, he/she would not have survived until being rescued. If we did not have faith, we could not recover from our sadness and rebuild our home.Faith is unique, just as happiness is. We feel happy for different reasons, we believe for different things. How can we know what we believe in? Recall the last time you are discouraged, and you felt you had lost all hopes in your life. What pulled you back into the world? What pushed you to stand up and continue to strive again? That is your faith, your belief. Faith is what makes you feel you can when others say you can’t.Faith is important…, faith is vital…, faith is necessary for us to live our lives. If we do not have faith, we are like a car without a steeling wheel. We can only afford to move along a straight and smooth path, and cannot meet any challenge in our lives. One must understand that no matter how smooth the road is, it is impossible for a car to go without a steering wheel. Or, put it in another way, have you ever seen a car without a steering wheel on the road? So, act now, my friends, find out what you believe in, find out your anchor in your life, hold on to your steeling wheel of your car, drive on, and reach your destination. Thank you very much.3分钟经典英语演讲稿篇2Sports are more than competitions. To me, they mean growth under the care of others. I learned this the hard way.I used to be very shy and often felt lonely. Although I did well in all the academic subjects, I was afraid of physical education. My classmates often laughed at me.“Look at that girl,” they said. “Her feet don’t leave the ground when she runs!”Their words embarrassed me. Moreover, whenever the teacher organized some competitive games, no one in the class liked to have me as their partner or team member. As a result, I often ended up looking at others enjoy their games.Things would go on like that if not for a sports meet in my high school. By mistake, my name was put on the list of those who would compete in the women’s 1500 meters race. By the time people found the mistake, it was too late to change. My desk-mate was a natural athlete. She said to me, “I couldn’t run that race in your place, because I’ve signed up for three items already.” Other athletic girls of the class said the same.I was utterly dumbfounded. 1500 meters! Running against the best runners from other classes! And in front of students of the entire school! It would be the worst nightmare I’d ever have!“You still have time to catch up because there is still one month before the sports meet,” they all said this to me, including my teacher. My desk-mate patted me on the shoulder, “Cool! You will run for our class! And we will do training together.” Yes, this is not just for myself, but for my class too, I said to myself. But still, 1500 meters to me was like Mount Everest to a beginning climber.I had no idea even how to start my preparation.Fortunately, my desk-mate gave me a hand. Every afternoon after class, several of us ran together. When the fear of being laughed at struck me, I saw others running right beside me. They gave me strengths. While we were running, some others would stand by the tracks cheering for us.One month certainly couldn’t make me a good runner. But when I was standing behind the start line, I no longer felt lonelyor afraid. I saw my classmates standing by the tracks waving at me as if about to run beside me.With the shot of the starting gun, I dashed out and ran as fast as I could, as if it were a 200-meter race. Soon I was out of breath and slowed down. Other runners passed me one by one, and gradually I had no idea how many of them were still behind me. My legs were getting heavier and heavier, and I might fall down at any moment. However, I suddenly heard my classmates chanting my name. My desk-mate even ran along the tracks beside me and cheered for me at the same time, just like the month-long training we did together. As expected, I was almost the last to cross the finish line. Immediately, my classmates held my arms and urged me to walk on my feet and not to sit down. I was surrounded, with all kinds of drinks handed to me. I felt a kind of warmth I had never felt before. Even though I was almost the last to finish the race, I was full of confidence that I would improve in the future. That sports meet was an unforgettable experience. The memory of my classmates cheering for me, holding my arms and handing me drinks stays fresh on my mind. Sports are no longer about winning or losing. They give me a lot of confidence, both confidence in my fellow students and confidence in my own potential. I am no longer lonely, no longer afraid. Sports have brought me close to my classmates and helped us grow together. Now, I participate in the sports meet every year. Even if I am not competing, I would help my classmates with their practice, just like the way my desk-mate and others ran with me.3分钟经典英语演讲稿篇3Good morning/afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. My topic is: faith does make a difference to our life. The recent earthquake in Japan has triggered a series of unexpected crises and even faith crisis among us. Are the increasing natural disasters echoing the 20xx prediction by Maya? Is our future really so vulnerable and tentative? I am trying to probe the answer.Last November, as a volunteer of the Global Sustainable Leaders Forum, I first came across the concept of social entrepreneurship. In the inspiring speeches, I saw the determination and faith of converting ideal into practice. I couldn’t help asking myself: what should I live fo r?The great thinker Russell once put in his essay: Three passions, simple but overwhelmingly strong have governed my life: the longing for love, the search for knowledge, and unbearable pity for the suffering of mankind.By launching donation campaigns and bearing social responsibility, Bill Gates reshaped the stereotyped faith of businessmen. Then, how can I make a difference? A talk with my father gave me some inspiration. My father is a superfan of traditional Chinese calligraphy. When I was a kid, I had the faintest idea why I should practise routinely this form of art. It was terribly boring. But Dad said seriously: As a Chinese, we need to pass down and promote our rich culture. It is our responsibility.Yang Lan, a well-known TV host once said: As a media worker, I want to track down the passage of time and history by conducting interviews. For me, the responsibility outweighs the occupation itself.Far back to Confucius, who was once obscure and humble, undertook the seemingly hopeless task of building a harmonioussociety. But with his strong faith, hemade a change by spreading the seeds of wisdom. The story about three craftsmen further illustrates the power of faith. When asked about their work, one said: I'm piling up the bricks. Another replied: I'm building the wall. The third responded: I'm designing a home for people. These three replies mirrored distinct insights toward work: Task, job, and undertaking. In my university, students majoring in National Defence choose to devote their golden years to safeguarding our mother land. They have interpreted faith with their own dynamic youth. My friends, musicians can not simply provide us with lyrical notes, but create melody to sooth our soul; Scientists can not merely invent machines, but utilize their wisdom to reshape our lifestyle; teachers can not just impart knowledge, but usher us to become a worthy person! So, my dear friends, life without faith is just like music without melody, and world without color. We are who we choose to be. It is faith t hat’ll remove our fear about future and stretch the radius of our life. Let faith light up all our young dreams.Thank you!3分钟经典英语演讲稿篇4I have a question for you. ‘Do you know how to breathe?’ Okay, I know what you are thinking now, “Girl, are you kiddin g me? Everybody knows how to breathe.” Actually, if I were you sitting down in there one year ago, I would think, “How did she make it to the final?”Alright, seriously speaking, what I am talking about is “the art of breathing”, and it’s about breathing i n a Yoga way: peacefully and always under control. What it reveals is the real essence of perseverance, “In order to achieve, sometimes, youneed to wait.” And when it comes to things you really want in life, it is as hard as it could possibly be.For me, singing is a life thing. When I am singing on the stage, I feel whole-heartedly involved, and the self-fulfillment it renders is inexplicably thrilling. But with all the realistic problems I need to face in life, all those I want seem too far to be true– so far that I am terrified that I will never ever be able to get there and that gradually I will be carried away by the currents and torrents of life. I’ve been drowned into this ambivalence for so long. Now, with a refined perspective towards self-realization, I am waiting, in a graceful posture, and knowing that I am going to get there. And on this, I should say, I owe Yoga a thank-you.I still remember, about one year ago, I attended a Yoga course for the very first time. And to tell you the truth, I went there for a nice figure. However, after practicing for some time, I discovered that there was an ineffable inner-strength burgeoning sneakily in me while I totally focused. In order not to let go this significant power, I started to picture all I wanted in my mind while I was fully concentrating, for I believe the wings of imagination could make things possible. I learned to breathe with my dreams, shaping the eagerness into this elegant gesture of persisting. And now, if you ask me what exactly is “the ar t of breathing”, I would say it is indeed “the art of living”. It combines the search of balance, the grace of patience, and the awareness of appreciation. So even though feelings are tied up with life routines, I could still hold onto that free EGO which I have always adored: the girl who is singing under the spotlight, with all her heart and soul; the girl who is persevering with all she believes in and alwaysfeels grateful for what has been bestowed on her. That girl is now standing right here in front of you, hoping that you are all as lucky as she is, living with dreams and love. No matter how tough things get, I tell myself, I tell myself that, every single thing I am doing now is every step closer to that very moment of my trajectory, just like every Yoga breath to every blossom moment of my life.3分钟经典英语演讲稿篇5How well are we in tune with the rhythm of life? In our busy day to day existence, we don’t often stop to ask ourselves this question. At least I don’t. And it wasn’t until I joined a competitive sporting event that I learned a most important lesson –we must place our mind in harmony with the natural order of things to be successful.Let me tell you what happened.I decided to take part in an International Marathon in my hometown last year. Being an ambitious person, I hoped to finish it within 5 hours, accompanied by my friend with whom I had trained. The big day finally arrived. "Ready...set...bang" And we were off.At first, we kept a rapid pace and ran nonstop. At this pace, we finished the first 20 kilometers in 2 hours and I thought running a marathon was a piece of cake. Then my running mate began to slow down. I urged him to keep running at the same pace but he said no, he wanted to conserve his energy. I felt I had partnered with the wrong person, therefore, I sprinted on and left him behind in the dust.A few kilometers later, I began to understand his strategy as my pace slowed to a jog then a walk. After that I was incapableof moving another step. I was humiliated as more and more people ran passed me. More than once I thought "Maybe I should quit." I started to doubt my ability to finish this race.At this moment, my running mate caught up with me and slapped me on the back. “Follow me,” he shouted. He had balanced his marathon pace and was encouraged me to do the same. For the rest of this grueling contest, we walked, jogged, ran a few miles, and walked again. Slowly, painfully but hopefully this time, we established the most suitable pace within the natural flow of our physical capabilities.Eventually we accomplished our first Marathon of 42 kilometers in 4 and half hours. I asked myself, what did this marathon mean to me? My Marathon experience became an influential metaphor for my life about how we must learn to pace ourselves in everything, by being in tune with the rhythm of life.Like the tide that ebbs and flows, we must listen to advice but make our own decisions. Like the show at dawn and dusk, we must learn to balance pride and modesty. And from the way the wind can both shout and whisper, we must learn when to be strong and when to be gentle, for everything moves in its own rhythm and its own yin and yang elements. It is the interaction of these complementary extremes that produces harmony, as Laozi said, extremes meet. Since the marathon, this notion of two opposite forces working together has been my running partner, so to speak. Yin and yang exist everywhere, constantly interacting, and never existing in an absolute condition.Ladies and Gentlemen, life is like running a marathon, let us discover, define and develop a natural rhythm of life, in order to achieve both harmony and success.Thank you for listening.3分钟经典英语演讲稿篇6Good afternoon ,ladies and gentlemen!I’m very honored to stand here and give you a short speech! my topic is Opportunities and Challenges.First, I would like to know, what does your destiny offer you? Happiness, wisdom, a strong body or something else. If I had asked this question to president Nixon, he would probably had said,”Our destiny offers not th e cup of despair, but the chalice of opportunity.”Needless to say, one of the biggest opportunities given to China is the 20xx Olympic Games. Till now, we have used two sevenths of the preparation time. How much changes have you seen? New roads, new subway lines, public-exercising equipments with beautiful colors, large blocks of grass fields, and also lots of modern gyms which are under construction.Other than those, there are even more good effects brought to us by the Olympic Games that cannot be seen directly. For example, more and more people will get to know China. I’m sure the mysterious Chinese culture will attract them strongly. And the games will also do good to the economy and environment, for it is gaining the attention of foreign investors and the awareness of environmental protection is being strengthened. What is more, Olympic Games give a unique opportunity to inspire and educate a new generation of Chinese youth with the Olympic values and the Olympic spirit. Now that we have seen so many advances, could you even imagine us losing the holding rights?I’ve already said a lot about the Olympics and China. But I think everyone should use some time to think of this question, ”Does the Olympic Games have any special meaningto you?”3分钟经典英语演讲稿篇7Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, today i am so happy to stand here to give you a speech.Or rather, a real story of mine.Though with time going by,i can still remember what you once told me.You should be a brave girl.Smiling, you looked into my eyes.Year in,year out, nearly most of my memories are fading little by little. But only this simple sentence remained, without being forgotten in my life.Again and again,i can not stop myself from thinking about it.So ordinary, but so impressive,so moving, just like the brightest sunshine,it helps me go through the darkest night.I am such a sensitive girl in your heart. You said,my sorroful facial expression made feel so distersssed. However, there is one thing i never tell you, that is ,i am becoming a big girl gradually with your words and smiles.I never tell you about it,for i believe oneday, you can see the great changes of mine for yourself. That is what i want to do in return. As i know, that will be the best gift for you.I suddenly think of a song named MY HEART WILL GO ON.There is a beautiful sentence going like this. You are safe in my heart.More than once,i was moved to tears by it.I know ,i am also safe in your heart.i have already forgotten when i told you i was going to leave for Australia this summer holiday. You just smiled as usual, gently speaking.Whatever you decide to do,i will be in favor of it,but, just onething, remember, when you fell lonely abroad,do not forget we are here ,praying for you.We are all around you,far across the distance and space between us.i closed my eyes, the flashback started. The memories we had together, once we played games on the palyground,we played jokes on each other, you always wrote a lot of sentences on myarticles to encourage me.And the most unforgetable thing, you told me,you believed m i could be a big girl.Sooner or later. At that specific moment,i suddenly understood the meaning of this sentence totally. So on that day,i smiled as you used to,looking at you.The last words i said were, keep walking in sunshine.Yes,keep walking in sunshine.I said to you ,also to myself.I know i am not alone wiht your company, and we can keep walking in sunshine till the last minute of our days.I promise,i will be a big girl.I promise,i will be a brave girl.I promise,i will keep walking in sunshine. That is my speech, thank you!3分钟经典英语演讲稿篇8A Young Idler,An Old BeggarAlmost everyone knows the famous Chinese saying:A young idler,an old beggar. Throughout history,we have seen many cases in which this saying has again and again proved to be true.It goes without saying that the youth is the best time of life, during which one's mental and physical states are at their peaks. It takes relatively less time and pains to learn or accept new things in a world full of changes and rapid developments. In addition, one is less likely to be under great pressure from career, family and health problems when young. Therefore,a fresh mind plus enormous energy will ensure success in different aspects of life.Of course,we all know:no pains,no gains. If we don't make every effort to make good use of the advantages youth brings us,it is impossible to achieve any goals. As students, weshould now try our best to learn all the subjects well so that we can be well prepared for the challenges that we will face in the future.3分钟经典英语演讲稿篇9Good afternoon ,ladies and gentlemen!I’m very honored to stand here and give you a short speech! my topic is Opportunities and Challenges.First, I would like to know, what does your destiny offer you? Because what we are waiting for is to do something significant as repaying the love given to us .The society is just like a ship, and in our dreams the captain is waving his hand and saying ”Hey! Come here and take the helm! ”How charming his voice is, but we have never heard of it in our true life. This morning, however, when we wake up, we will see the Olympic Games waving its hand. After chewing, most of us will have at least one plan about what to do for the Olympic Games. And mine is to be a “comforter” ----that is someone who will give comfort to others. At the end of my speech, I hope all the preparation will go well, and everyone will show their ability to the world. Let us seize opportunities and give a big smile to challenges.女士们,先生们,下午好!我很荣幸站在这里给你一个简短的讲话!我的主题是机遇和挑战。

3分钟英语演讲稿优秀范文(精选16篇)3分钟英语优秀范文篇1I"ll tell you an experience of myself happened last week. last thursday our school was tackling something about woking fou study. i wanted to have a try even though i knew the salary was so low and i had little chance, because the students who had the certificate were always thought to have priority to get the job. fortunately i was called at noon and a teacher said to me that she wanted me to work for her and asked if i could change my mind.At that moment i was so excited that immediately i accepted her idea. but later on,she found me that i"m not a student,so i had little chance and suggest me to get one. then an idea occurred to me that i could call my father and ask him to send me the letter. at the same time i was told that i was admitted to the job and don"t need the certificate. that time i forgot to remind my father, until the next day he called me that he had posted it and it would arrive in just one day.At that moment i was moved, and even moved into tears, because i knew my father was injured not long before, the process of helping me with the affairs was not so convenient for him. but he tried his best to help me. sometimes we may complain about unsatisfying things around us,and blame them on our parents, sometimes they"ll be angry with us, and sometimes we can"t quite understand what they are thinking about. but on balance, almost every parent is selfless to his or her child. They are ready to offer everything to us when we are in bad situation. we used to sharing sorrow with them, but do not forget to share our happiness with them, perhaps they will be much happier than we are. so from now on, let"s care more about ourparents and do not leave pity to them. that"s what i want to tell you today. thank you!3分钟英语演讲稿优秀范文篇2with the development of science and technology, change has penetrated into every aspect of our daily life. to illustrate that, i'd like to make a comparison of these two seemingly insignificant things: milkman and mailman, whose differences indicate our changing way of living with the times.home milk delivery has almost gone extinct in china now, also gone with it are the milkmen, who once delivered bottled fresh milk door-to-door. on the other hand, mailman's business or the courier service has thrived as online shopping gains popularity. however, in retrospect, i find something has been lost in this transition, something shakespeare called as “the milk of human kindness”。
英语演讲稿3分钟范文5篇
英语演讲稿3分钟范文5篇1. 演讲稿一Good morning everyone,I am honored to stand here today and speak to you about my passion – environmental conservation. As we all know, the planet we live on is facing tremendous challenges, from climate change to loss of biodiversity and environmental pollution. But I believe that it is not too late to turn things around, and that each and every one of us has a role to play in creating a more sustainable and livable future. To begin with, we need to recognize the interdependence of all living beings, and the delicate balance that exists in our ecosystems. We cannot continue to exploit natural resources without regard for the long-term consequences, or to pollute our air and water without taking responsibility for the harms we cause. As individuals, we can make a difference by reducing our own carbon footprint, by recycling and conserving resources, and by supporting policies and practices that protect the environment. But we also need to work together, as communities, businesses, and governments, to address the systemic causes of environmental degradation. This means investing in renewable energy, protecting wildlife habitats, and reducing the use of harmful chemicals in agriculture and industry. It means promoting sustainable tourism, designing cities with green spaces and public transportation, and promoting education and awareness about environmental issues. Most importantly, it means recognizing that environmental conservation is not a luxury or an afterthought, but a fundamental aspect of our survival and well-being. We cannot thrive on a planet that is dying, and we cannot achieve social justice and equity without addressing the environmental crises that disproportionately affect the most vulnerable communities. We must prioritize environmental conservation as a core value in our economy, our politics, and our daily lives. In closing, I urge everyone here today to take action in support of environmental conservation. Whether it is by recycling a bottle, volunteering at a local park, or advocating for policy change, every action counts. We owe it to ourselves, to future generations, and to the planet we call home. Thank you.2. 演讲稿二Ladies and gentlemen,It is an honor and privilege to be given the opportunity to speak to you today about such an important topic: diversity and inclusion in the workplace. As we all know, a diverse workforce is not only a moral imperative, but also a business imperative. Studies have shown that diverse teams outperform homogenous ones, and that companies with a diverse workforce are more innovative, adaptable, and profitable. But what does diversity and inclusion in the workplace actually mean? It goes beyond simply hiring people of different races, gender identities, and backgrounds. It means creating a workenvironment that is safe, respectful, and welcoming to all individuals, regardless of their identity or background. It means valuing and respecting the unique perspectives, skills, and experiences that each person brings to the table.Unfortunately, we still have a long way to go before we can say that diversity and inclusion are the norm in the workplace. Too often, individuals from underrepresented groups face obstacles in recruitment, retention, and promotion, due to bias, discrimination, and lack of access to opportunities. This not only harms those individuals, but also limits the potential of the entire organization to achieve its goals and mission. So, what can we do to promote diversity and inclusion in our own workplaces? I believe that there are several strategies that can make a difference. First, we need to acknowledge and address implicit bias. This means recognizing the ways in which our own unconscious biases may affect our decisions, and taking steps to mitigate their impact. It also means increasing our own cultural competence, by learning about different cultures, identities, and experiences.Secondly, we need to ensure that our recruitment and hiring processes are fair and inclusive. This means seeking out diverse candidates, widening the pool of applicants, and using objective criteria to assess qualifications. It also means providing support and training to new hires, to ensure that they feel valued and included from the start. Finally, we need to create a workplace culture that is supportive ofdiversity and inclusion. This means providing opportunities for all employees to learn, grow, and advance, regardless of their background or identity. It means fostering a sense of belonging and community, and encouraging open communication and dialogue. And it means holding ourselves and each other accountable for creating a workplace that reflects our values of respect, equality, and justice. In conclusion, promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace is not only the right thing to do, but also the smart thing to do. By creating a work environment that welcomes and values diversity, we can unlock the full potential of our workforce, and achieve greater innovation, productivity, and success. So let us commit ourselves to this cause, and work together to build a future in which diversity and inclusion are not just buzzwords, but a reality. Thank you.3. 演讲稿三Dear friends,Today, I want to talk to you about a topic that is incredibly close to my heart: mental health. Mental health is an issue that affects us all, whether directly or indirectly. It is estimated that one in four people will experience mental health problems at some point in their lives, and the COVID-19 pandemic has only exacerbated this trend, with rates of depression, anxiety, and stress on the rise around the world. The reasons for this are complex and varied. They include socialand economic inequality, discrimination and stigma, trauma and abuse, and pressures from work, school, and family. But whatever the cause, the impact on individuals and society is profound. Mental health problems can lead to reduced quality of life, impaired relationships, and even suicide. They can also have negative effects on physical health, productivity, and social cohesion. So, what can we do to promote mental health and well-being, both for ourselves and for those around us? First and foremost, we need to recognize that mental health is just as important as physical health, and that seeking help for mental health problems is not a sign of weakness, but of strength. We need to break down the barriers of shame and silence that prevent people from seeking support, and create a culture of openness, acceptance, and empathy.Secondly, we need to promote mental health literacy, by increasing awareness and understanding of mental health issues, and by providing education and training to help individuals and communities recognize the signs and symptoms of mental health problems, and know how to respond. We also need to ensure that mental health services are accessible, affordable, and effective, and that they are integrated with other health and social services. Finally, we need to work together, across sectors and disciplines,to address the root causes of mental health problems, and to create environments and policies that support mental health and well-being. This means investing in social determinants of health, such as housing, education, and employment, and promoting policies that reduce inequality and discrimination. It means providingadequate resources for mental health research, prevention, and treatment, and involving people with lived experience in all aspects of mental health care.In conclusion, mental health is a fundamental aspect of human well-being and dignity, and it is our collective responsibility to promote it. Let us work together to build a future in which mental health is valued, respected, and prioritized, and in which everyone has the opportunity to achieve their full potential. Thank you.4. 演讲稿四Dear fellow citizens,As we approach the next election, it is important that we reflect on the current state of our democracy, and consider the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. Democracy is not a static or fixed system, but a dynamic process that requires constant vigilance and engagement from all of us. We must recognize that democracy is not just a set of institutions and procedures, but a way of life, based on shared values of freedom, equality, and justice. Unfortunately, our democracy is facing a number of serious threats today. We are witnessing the erosion of democratic norms and values, the rise of authoritarianism and populism, and the delegitimization of the institutions and principles that underpin our democracy. We are also facing significant social and economic challenges, from inequality and polarization to racism and climate change, that require collective action and political will to address. But despite these challenges, I believe that there is reason for hope.I believe that we can strengthen our democracy and build a better future, by working together and engaging in meaningful dialogue and debate. I believe that we can address the root causes of social and economic inequality, and create a more just and equitable society. And I believe that we can recommit ourselves to the values of democracy, by defending the rule of law, promoting civil discourse, and respecting the rights of all individuals. To achieve these goals, we must begin by engaging in open and honest dialogue, across political and ideological divides. We must listen to each other's perspectives, and seek common ground and solutions that reflect the diversity and complexity of our society. We must also work to increase democratic participation and engagement, by promoting voter registration, expanding access to voting, and supporting civic education and awareness. We must also hold our elected officials accountable to the principles and values of democracy, and demand transparency, honesty, and integrity in governance. We must resist attempts to undermine the rule of law, and protect the independence and integrity of our institutions, from the judiciary to the media to the civil service. And we must promote policies and practices that promote social and economic equity, and ensure that all individuals have the opportunity to participate fully in our democracy. In closing, I urge all of us to recommit ourselves to the values and principles of democracy, and to work together to create a future that is just, equitable, and democratic. We owe it to ourselves, to our children, and to the generations that will follow, to protect andstrengthen this precious and fragile system. Let us honor the memory of those who fought for democracy before us, by continuing their work, and ensuring that democracy thrives for generations to come. Thank you.5. 演讲稿五Dear graduates,As you stand here today, on the cusp of a new chapter in your lives, I want to reflect on the importance of perseverance and resilience. Between the challenges of the past year and the uncertainties of the future, it is easy to feel discouraged, overwhelmed, or lost. But it is precisely in these moments of difficulty and adversity that our true strength and character are revealed.Perseverance is not just about gritting your teeth and pushing through tough times, although that is certainly part of it. Perseverance is about having a clear sense of purpose, and a deep commitment to your goals, even when the road is rocky or the destination seems far away. It means being flexible and adaptable to change, and being willing to learn and grow from setbacks and failures.Resilience is not just about bouncing back from adversity, although that is certainly part of it. Resilience is about having a strong sense of self, and a deep belief in your own worth and potential, even in the face of challenges or criticism. It means cultivating positive relationships and support networks, and drawing on your strengths and resources to overcome obstacles and achieve your goals.Together, perseverance and resilience are the foundation of success and fulfillment. They enable us to overcome the obstacles that stand in our way, and to achieve our dreams and aspirations. But they are not just individual traits – they are also collective values, that we can cultivate and support in each other, as friends, family members, colleagues, and members of a larger community. As you move forward to the next phase of your lives, I encourage you to reflect on your own values, goals, and aspirations, and to cultivate your own sense of perseverance and resilience. Surround yourself with people who support and challenge you, and seek out opportunities to learn and grow. And remember that setbacks are not the end of the road – they are just temporary detours on the journey of life.In closing, I want to congratulate you on your achievements, and to wish you all the best in your future endeavors. May you continue to persevere and thrive, and may you make a positive difference in the world. Thank you.。
3分钟英语演讲稿【10篇】
3分钟英语演讲稿【10篇】1.3分钟英语演讲稿Dear parentsgood afternoon.First of all, on behalf of all the teachers and students of class 3, let me extend a warm welcome to you and thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to participate in this parents’ open day, which makes us feel your understanding and support for our work and your concern for the growth of children. It is with your trust, understanding and support that our work can be carried out smoothly. Here, we would like to express our heartfelt thanks to all of you with warm applause!Time flies. In a twinkling of an eye, your child has spent day after day in the kindergarten. In a moment, your child has traveled back and forth between kindergarten and home countless times.Thank you for sending your children to our class, so that we can meet and know each other in this vast world and among all living beings. This is fate! It is children who bringus this fate.We also want to return silent and selfless love to our children. Our job is to educate children and change every child in the class.Looking back on the work of the previous semesters, there are both the joy of success and the loss of fragments: happy memories and sad scenes. No one is perfect. Our work is inevitably negligent, with all kinds of deficiencies and deficiencies.Just as there can be no clouds in the sky, there are also colorful clouds and dark clouds in our work.It is hoped that parents, like the sun, will illuminate the teachers and children in our class, help, understand and support our work, help us disperse the dark clouds, see the blue sky, white clouds and birds...In fact, we have also received the tolerant support of all parents; Open-minded help and meticulous care. This semester is the last semester for children to go to kindergarten.Children will go to primary school soon next semester. Most parents are worried that their children can’t keep up with school. They especially want to feed their children some knowledge in advance duringthe period before school, so as to prevent their children from losing at the starting line.Unlike their parents, primary school teachers find that what is missing between kindergarten and primary school is not knowledge, It is the cultivation of habits and the ability to adapt to environmental changes, which is also the direction of our teachers and parents’ joint efforts.thank you.2.3分钟英语演讲稿hello everyone! My XXXX name is XXXX, with light eyebrows, small eyes, big ears, a small hair, like a small hedgehog. As soon as I laughed, my eyes narrowed into a slit, which was as lovely as a crescent moon!I’m not tall or short, fat or thin, with a standard body shape. When I walk, I’m windy and unrestrained! My nature is bold and unrestrained, and I don’t haggle over trivial matters.I remember once, someone accidentally knocked me down and broke my head.Although it hurt, I was not angry. As the saying goes, “the primeminister can prop a boat in his belly.” I became the prime minister and forgave him.I listened carefully in class, answered questions actively, and took the initiative to help my classmates after class.Others said I was a good student who was willing to help others. My heart was as sweet as honey after listening to it.I have a wide range of hobbies, such as playing football, basketball, learning English and so on.I am good at singing and dancing, and proficient in piano, chess, calligraphy and painting.I like calligraphy best.Every afternoon, I insist on practicing calligraphy.Every time I practice calligraphy, I concentrate on it and reach the selfless level.I don’t even feel itchy when mosquitoes bite me.Every time when I go downstairs, many parents praise me that “XXXX is a good child who studies well, has excellent calligraphy and is sensible”.After listening to these words, my heart was happy, and my parents’ faces were also full of bright smiles. This is me, fresh me, fresh me, energetic me!thank you.3.3分钟英语演讲稿hello everyone! There is a worker whose factory efficiency is getting worse and worse, and he is about to enter the track of “death”.Most of the workers in the factory are watching and waiting, hoping for the worst to come. After careful consideration, he decided to resign. He wants to fight once.He doesn’t give himself a way back.He wants to see how much survivability he has.He used the one-time seniority allowance to open a small business. He was not afraid of hard work and did work that others did not want to do; He is honest, does what he says, and never deceives customers. His shop is remembered by many ordinary people.Sometimes people would rather walk a few more steps than go to his shop to buy things. His business was getting better and better, and he opened a branch in high spirits. He also opened a branch with his reputation.A few years later, he became a model for laid-off workers. The factory where he used to work closed down. Those wait-and-see workers also fell into the miserable fate of the factory closure, because at thistime, the factory could not even take out any money.People, including other animals, release huge self-saving energy at the moment of life crisis.Almost everyone knows the “frog experiment” done by American scientists: slowly heat it with a warm fire at the bottom of the pot, and the frog drifts leisurely in the water. When the water is too hot to bear, the frog can no longer jump out; On the contrary, throw a frog into the boiling water, but it can jump up quickly and escape. If you don’t leave a way out, you’ll give yourself a way out.As long as you have the spirit of leaving no way back, you will wholeheartedly face what is happening in front of you, and you will have unexpected gains.People often consume themselves in slow waiting. In the meaningless waiting, in the slow adaptation, what dissipates is talent, ability and confidence, and finally only helplessness and melancholy.Like a frog in the slowly heated water, he buried himself unconsciously. The frog that was thrown into the boiling water just jumped gently and gave itself a way to live.thank you.4.3分钟英语演讲稿Dear leaders and colleagueshello everyone!I think there are no bad jobs, only people who don’t work hard.In the same work, the quality of each person’s completion does not depend on the difficulty of the work, but on whether he has intention. No matter how difficult the work is, as long as you work hard and do it with your heart, you will achieve something. As long as you pursue, you have a goal, and you have the hope of success. How to be attentive and how to “work attentively”?1. Responsibility is the cornerstoneA person’s sense of responsibility determines his attitude in work and determines the quality and success of his work.Only when we regard the post as a responsibility and work as a career can we seriously think and work hard; Will complete the task on time, with high quality and quantity, and successfully solve the problem.2. Enterprising is the guaranteeNever do “almost” in daily work, set a high standard in work standards, strive for first-class things, take the initiative to learn all aspects of knowledge, strengthen and improve their own quality, self pressurize, and always require their own excellent work performance.Set high standards and set high goals at all times, everything and everywhere.Make the best preparations for writing, organizing activities, and preparing for meetings.Try your best to keep enterprising, full of passion, devote yourself to work, always think about how to improve, be a good adviser and assistant of leaders, and let leaders rest assured and satisfied.3. Carefulness is the keyDetails determine success or failure.Establish the concept that there is no trivial matter in the work, be meticulous, rigorous and meticulous, deliberate every document drafted word by word, sentence by paragraph, and take every punctuation seriously; Think and improve every activity and meeting you participatein, and strive to make every work perfect without defects. If you work hard, you will benefit from yourself; The victims of perfunctory work must also be themselves.Only by working hard can we continuously expand the space for personal growth and progress and constantly reflect our own values.Thank you!5.3分钟英语演讲稿hello everyone! The dream of birds is to fly to the blue sky, the dream of fish is to swim in the sea, the dream of flowers is to bloom in spring, and the dream of grass is to break the ground. What is my dream? When I was a child, I had many dreams. My dream is to be a teacher and cultivate more talents for the country. My dream is to become an entrepreneur, so that my family can live a happy life.My dream is to become a calligrapher and a celebrity who can be loved by the world...My childhood dreams are countless, because Iwant to be happy, to do what I think is right, to do what others can’t do, because I thought “I can do it”since I was young, and I think I can do everything well.Until I grew up, I became an excellent junior high school student, but at the same time I found that I changed.I’m no longer the ignorant child before, and I always think I’m the best; I am no longer as naive as I used to think.I think I can do everything well and do better than others.I changed my dream, because I know that I am not better than others, and even many people are better than me.My dream is to be a soldier.Yes, I want to be a soldier to defend my country. From this moment on, I have my own dream.I still have a long time to prepare for, overcome and realize, because we are still in the spring of life. For this dream, I will try, try, try again. No, only better, I will surpass myself and realize my dream.Let’s work together for qingxxx!thank you.6.3分钟英语演讲稿hello everyone!Integrity is gold! Mom often says to me!: “No matter what a person does, he should do what he says, and be honest in everything he does.” after reading my extracurricular books, my mother promised me to buy two more.I’m very happy to hear that! Because I know that my mother said so and did so.As long as my mother promised me, I will do it.Today is no exception.I’ve been thinking about buying books in my heart, so I’ve been following my mother. My mother seems to see my mind and say, “mom knows your careful thinking! Don’t worry, I’ll take you after work, and you can choose by yourself”.I happily kissed my mother on the face and said, “thank you, mom, I’m waiting for you.”The bookshelf of the bookstore displays all kinds of books, including Chinese, foreign, fairy tale books, story books, and technical books, etc...too many, I want to hold all the books in my arms! But I can only choose two! Choose! Choose! I think every book is very good! Which one should I choose? Now I know how difficult it is to make a choice! Finally, a “Gulliver’s travels” deeply attracted me, just it! In order to write a good composition in the future, I chose a“winning composition for primary school students”.With these two books, I’m happier than my baby.My mother came home from work, read it, and said, “yes, I’ve chosen a very good book, but I must read it well, and write good reading notes and feelings after reading it.” I promised, because my mother can do what she said, and I must do what I said.Read carefully, take notes carefully, and write your feelings after reading! Now be a pupil with integrity, and grow up to be an adult with integrity.A person with integrity will be trusted by others, and then he will walk wider and wider on the road of life!thank you.7.3分钟英语演讲稿Dear leaders, colleagues and judgeshello everyone! First of all, I want to thank you for your trust and support, which provided such a platform for me to make this speech. As an employee working in the front desk, I deeply understand that service is everything, and service is the life of the enterprise.I also deeply know that only by paying attention can we do a good job in service. The business front desk is the window of bank service, and it is also our most direct display of the image of rural commercial banks. But work is like a glass of water, there are always ripples, so we should do our best to serve.Any mistake will bring unnecessary trouble to customers and the work of all links. In the process of “attentive” service, if you are enthusiastic, patient, but not careful enough, it is likely to backfire and do wrong with good intentions; If you are careful, but not enthusiastic, and impatient, even if you can solve the problem, how can a cold face be affirmed by users? If enthusiasm and patience are candlelight to light up a smile, then carefulness is the candlestick to support silently. With the continuous development of the financial industry, the competition among commercial banks is becoming more and more fierce. The service quality andservice level of banks have gradually become the focus of competition among commercial banks, so service has become the lifeline of banks. What our enterprise needs is the market, and what customers need is service, but the bridge connecting customers and enterprises is integrity. In order to improve the quality of service, we are strict with ourselves and go to work on time every day.In the process of service, we insist on using civilized language and receive every customer actively, actively and warmly.Thank you!8.3分钟英语演讲稿Dear teachers and studentshello everyone! Two hungry people were lucky to get a gift from an elder: a fishing rod and a basket of fresh fish. One of them asked for fish and starved to death after eating it; The other asked for a fishing rod and went to the sea, but it was a long way.He walked to the beach for several days and was hungry before he could go fishing.Fish can satisfy hunger temporarily, but it can’t solve the long-term livelihood problem; Fishing rods can be used to solve the livelihood problems in the future, but they can’t do anything about the current hunger. From this point of view, only by combining the two can we completely solve the immediate and long-term livelihood problems.Only when two people cooperate, enjoy this basket of fresh fish together, and go to the sea together, can they be saved at the same time. But unfortunately, they refused to cooperate, and finally ended up with a tragic ending of both lives. This story vividly confirms a famous saying: a single person may die, and two people together may be saved.Of course, it means that two people work together to create a miracle of life, but if you knock your Gong like the above two people, and I sing my play, it will only end in a double defeat. In today’s world, with the rapid development of science and technology, the social division of laboris becoming more and more detailed, but people’s intelligence and knowledge are always limited, which requires people to have a strong sense of cooperation and cooperative habits. As middle school students in the new century, they should be good at cooperation.Cooperate with teachers and listen to their teachings, and you will grow rapidly; Cooperate with your classmates and explore in the ocean of knowledge, and you will gain infinite wisdom; Cooperate with your parents and be good at listening to their nagging, and you will feel boundless happiness. My speech is over, thank you!9.3分钟英语演讲稿hello everyone! To be fair, no one wants his life to be constantly honed.Even if it can increase the beauty of youth, no one will cheer and say, “I like suffering.” People always want to be flat and safe, but the reality is often unsatisfactory.Youth is beautiful because of exercise. When challenges come, it’s useless to be nervous. This is what you have to do, which is to go all out with full courage to meet challenges and bravely accept new challenges.Untrained youth, youth that does not know how to cherish, will not shine, how can we succeed without training!Youth is a sketch without coloring. We need to decorate it with the color of our hearts. If you can meet the training with a smile, when you look back on the past after the training, your youth will become more wonderful, because I understand that everything will pass, and a beautiful rainbow will appear.Who says that birds don’t sing anymore, that flowers don’t fragrance, and that youth can’t be brilliant.Training may be the most beautiful arc and the most brilliant memory in youth!A flower withered and barren can’t waste the whole spring, and a setback can’t waste the whole life.A trial makes youth more beautiful!Thank you.10.3分钟英语演讲稿Dear teachers and studentshello everyone! My name is XX.Today, I am running for the Committee of literary and sports with an excited heart.Although I know that the elites in my class are competing with me, I want to believe in myself that with my strength and confidence, I will succeed.I have great advantages in running for this position.First, I have a loud voice.Second, I have participated in school activities many times.Third, I am cheerful and lively and willing to serve my classmates.I also have many interests and hobbies, such as singing, dancing and badminton.I am good at everything, and I usually get along well with my classmates, and I am also the teacher’s capable little assistant.I believe that with the above advantages, I will be qualified for this position and will not disappoint the students. If I run for the Committee of culture and sports,I will try my best to serve you, enrich your extracurricular life, and make your extracurricular time colorful and do some meaningful activities. If I run for the Committee of culture and sports, I will be strict with myself, lenient to others, not afraid of difficulties, and dare to try until I succeed.I will also establish everyone’s sense of unity, let those discordant notes disappear in the class, and let class 54 become a warm family.Since it is a flower, it should open; 英语演讲稿3分钟(精选20篇)英语3分钟篇1INTRODUCTION1. Tomorrow,we celebrate our 38th year of independence.62 years is a short history for any country. But we have come a long way. 62 years ago,we were a poor country trying to create as many jobs as we could to feed our people. There was no Changi Airport,no multinational corporations or financial centre,no defence capability of our own. Only 60% of our people were literate. Only 11% of our students progressed beyond secondary school. Few people thought we could succeed,or even survive. But we overcame the odds. By working hard, finding our own solutions and tying our futures together as a people,we transformed Singapore into what it is today.2. We now face renewed challenges as a nation. Terrorism isa real and continuing threat. Our economy has also been hit by the global economic slowdown, and more recently by SARS. Even after our economy recovers,we will face formidable competitors, especially in China and India.3. We can overcome these challenges. We have faced up to many challenges before, especially when independence was first thrust upon us. We are in a stronger position today than in 1965. We have a skilled population,a world-class infrastructure, and the confidence of international investors. Most importantly,we are a united people, determined to meet challenges together.THE FOUNDATION OF SUCCESS:ONE UNITED PEOPLE4. A strong nation is not just made up of individuals, however talented. It rests on our collective efforts as one people.5. Our experience with SARS is a good example of how wecan overcome great challenges if we work together. All Singaporeans played a part in fighting SARS - the doctors and nurses in our hospitals, defence engineers working on the thermal scanners, the cleaning staff in our buildings and food centres, and everyone of you in our schools.6. Our schools can take pride in how we stood up to the challenge of SARS. It has been a massive task to monitor the well being of more than half a million pupils and give their parents confidence in the safety of our schools. Our principals, teachers and other school staff rose to the challenge, calmly and meticulously. As pupils, you played your part well,by taking your temperature daily and exercising responsibility to prevent the spread of the disease. Even our Primary 1 and 2 pupils learnt how to take their own temperatures with the guidance of their teachers. The fact that a very large majority of parents sent their children back to schools as soon as we reopened them was a major vote of confidence, especially in our teachers.英语演讲稿3分钟篇2The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life.Attitude to me is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what the other people think, say,or do.It is more important than the appearance, the giftedness or skill. It will make or break a company,a church ,a home. The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day, regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day.We cannot change our past.We cannot change the fact thatpeople will act in a certain way.We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one stage we have. And that is our attitudes.I am convinced that life is ten percent what happens to me ,and ninety percent how I react to it.And so it is with you.We are in charge of our attitudes.英语演讲稿3分钟篇3When George was thirty-five, he bought a small plane and learned to fly it. He soon became very good and made his plane do all kinds of tricks.George had a friend. His name was Mark. One day George offered to take Mark up in his plane. Mark thought, "I've travelled in a big plane several times, but I've never been in a small one, so I'll go."They went up, and George flew around for half an hour and did all kinds of tricks in the air. When they came down again, Mark was very glad to be back safely, and he said to his friend in a shaking voice, "Well, George, thank you very much for those two trips in your plane."George was very surprised and said, "Two trips?""Yes, my first and my last," answered Mark.英语演讲稿3分钟篇4We all have a common home. she provides us with enough food, enough water and enough living room.We get everything from the nature to live better, but we donnot do anything to protect her. how the air is polluted;the earth is poisoned; water is unsafe to drink and rubbish is burying the civilization that man owns. Our environment is being polluted faster than nature and man's present efforts can prevent. time is bringing us morepeople, and more people will bring us more industry. So many trees will be cut down, and more large cities will be set up. lots of waste material, in return,is produced and harms the environment.so some experts declare that the balance of nature is being upset,so that the very survival of man is in danger. How can we solve this problem?the answer is that we must control the speed of growing people, forbid everyone to cut down trees and pour waste water into rivers and so on.If we achieve this, the environment will turn very clean, and our future will be full of happiness.英语演讲稿3分钟篇5a man who lived in a block of apartments thought it was raining and put hishead out the window to check. as he did so a glass eye fell into his hand.he looked up to see where it came from in time to see a young woman lookingdown."is this yours?" he asked.she said, "yes, could you bring it up?" and the man agreed.on arrival she was profuse in her thanks and offered the man a drink. asshe was very attractive he agreed. shortly afterwards she said, "i'm about tohave dinner. there's plenty. would you like to join me?"he readily accepted her offer and both enjoyed a lovely meal. as theevening was drawing to a close the lady said, "i've had a marvelous evening.would you like to stay the night?"the man hesitated then said, "do you act like this with every man youmeet?""no," she replied, "only those who catch my eye."英语演讲稿3分钟篇6Good afternoon ladies and Gentlemen,I believe that humanism is about kindness and caring for people in need.I believe the role of humanism in today’s technological world is to guide technological development to respond to human need in a benevolent way.In 20xx I was in Yushu during that terrible earthquake. I experienced the full horror of buildings falling and people being trapped. I witnessed the quick response from modern technology when people inside yushu called people outside for help with their mobile phones. Very soon the whole world was responding whole heartedly. After only 5 hours, there was another sound- this time it was helicopters bringing doctors, medical supplies, and the facilities to evacuate the wounded to hospital.Recent advances in earthquake detection and rescue technology have been developed in response to the need to save lives quickly.Consider advances in green food technology, guided by the need for clean natural food and to protect the environment;Advances in water conservation and purification, guided by the need for clean drinking water and for crops and livestock;advances in delivering education to everyone, especially the use of video and the internet for distance learning;advances in medicine, especially affordable medicine for AIDS sufferers in Africa;and advances in building technology guided by the need to keep people safe and warm. All these are the result of responding to human needs with kindness and caring and guiding technology for the benefit of mankind. When I think about the world of advanced technology today,I think of my home, the remote and harsh environment of the Tibetan Plateau, and farmers living in tents with solar energy that they use to power their lights, TV, computers and to improve their lifestyle. I think of farmers talking on their mobile phones, discussing the weather patterns, the cost of food, community news and events. They even talk about Steve Jobs. The train to Lhasa, itself a wonderful engineering feat, brings modern medicine and education to these remote areas. The communities are now interlinked and connected, one of the most basic human needs.Human beings have a need to be connected, to be safe to be cared for in times of trouble and hardship. The development of technology must be guided by these needs. If this is not so, then the development of technology is in the hands of mean and, greedy people. The focus of technological development would be wars and weapons, fraud the misuse of information, and the exploitation of people, such as cheap labor. It can only be humanism which provides the guidance we all need for a better world. And it is you, who have the responsibility to use the technology wisely, to spread the kindness and caring.英语演讲稿3分钟篇7In the world, I am sure that no one dare say he hasn't met any trouble allhis life. So we must face failure. In fact, failure is not fearful, butimportant thing is how to face it correctly. Facing failure, people will nevertake their fate lying down. They will try their best to work harder and harderuntil at last they succeed. Not being courageous to face setbacks, people have no chance to enjoy thepleasure of success. So they have nothing todo but feel sad and empty all dayand all night. In fact, they lose the chance of success themselves. My friend, whenever in troubl e, please remember, “Failure is the mother ofsuccess.”Twists and turns in life are unavoidable and are not always bad. We shouldhave a more optimistic view on life and try to make the most of it and drawlessons from the bumps and turns along the way.If there is any single factor that makes for success in living, it is theability to profit by defeat. Every success I know has been achieved because theperson was able to analyze defeat and actually profit by it in his nextundertaking. Confuse defeat with failure, and you are doomed indeed to failure. For it isn't defeat that makes you fail: it is your own refusal to see in defeatthe guide and encouragement to success. Defeats are nothing to be ashamed of.They are routine incidents in the life of every man who achieves success. Butdefeat is a dead loss unless you do face it without humiliation, analyze it andlearn why you failed.Defeat, in other words, can help to cure its own cause. Not only doesdefeat prepare us for success, but nothing can arouse within us such acompelling desire to succeed. If you let a baby grasp a rod and try to pull itaway, he will cling more and more tightly until his whole weight is suspended. It is this same reaction which should give you new and greater strength everytime you are defeated. If you exploit the power which defeat gives, you canaccomplish with it far more than you are capable of.英语演讲稿3分钟篇8on my birthday two years ago, many special things happened on me. and i wouldremember them forever.that morning, i rode my bike to school happily as usual. on my way to theclassroom, i saw some of my classmates. but when they saw me, they rushed away. that made me confused. because they would talk to me or play jokes on me before. but it was strange today.when i came into the classroom, i found the atmosphere was quite strange.everybody looked at me and laughed loudly. suddenly they all said in good order,“happy birthday to you!” then they began to sing “happy birthday to you~~~~~~” that made me moved.i never told anyone about my birthday, how did they know? i believed they must have done a lot of things. at that moment, i found nothing to say but thanks instead!after school, a thing coming as a surprise happened on me on my way back home. when i was riding suddenly a crowed of people rushed out to stopped my bike.i recogized them at once. they were my senior classmates. they all comlained to me,“why don't you tell us about your birthday? don't you fear that we will let you stand treat? this time you owe us.” then each of them gave a gift and a card with best wishes to me. i was deeply moved again. i suggested having a dinner together. but they all refused because of the time. then they left me saying we would ask you to pay us another day!when i got back home, i thought of everything happened today. suddenly i felt so happy because i had such great friends around me. i thanked them from the bottom of my heart. i would value the precious friendship forever!i have so many feelings through that special day. the only rose without thorns in the world is friendship. a true friend issomeone who reaches for your hand and touches your heart. truly great friends are hard to find, difficult to leave, and impossible to forget. one friend in a lifetime is much, two are many, three are hardly possible. stick to make friends, forlife without friends is like life on a desert island. to find one real friend in a lifetime is good fortune, to keep him is a blessing.thank you for your attention!英语演讲稿3分钟篇9As you slowly open your eyes, look around , notice where the light comes into your room; listen carefully, see if there are new sounds you can recognize; feel with your body and spirit, and see if you can sense the freshness in the air.
