摘要

随着计算机软硬件技术和企业管理技术的高速发展，使广域范围的信息交换和信息处理有了新的变革，改革陈旧的串行手工审批模式，转变为基于网络的一站式审批体制，是适应集团化企业大区域公司职能转变的一项重要的管理措施，是运作管理机制的范式转变，反映了企业物资的管理决策方式的革新，有利于销售前沿和终端单位与管理部门可以运用最现代化的信息传递方式，建立直接、同时的沟通渠道。

vfp物资管理系统以物资管理流程为基础，建立了企业物资系统的数据模型及信息平台，实现了全企业的物资信息共享和集成。系统将企业内物资退入、物资入库、物资的出库等功能由本系统实现.

关键词：物资管理、数据库、管理信息化。

Abstract

The high speed developing on soft and hardware in calculatoring technique make new changes of the information commutation and handles on wide area scope, and reform the old approval mode of the serial handicraft, and change into one-station approval system of the network, this innovation is an important management to adapt to change performance of enterprise, it is the type innovation to carries to manage the mechanism, reflect reform of the manage decision about enterprise supplies , which is benificial to the sale along with terminal unit and manage the section can make use of most modern of the information delivers the way, establishing direct, contemporary communication.

Vfp supplies management system is on the base of manages the process for foundation, established data model and information terraces of the business enterprise supplies system, realizes the supplies information of the whole business enterprise share and integrate,The system implement the supplies inside the business enterprise, the supplies stores inlet,and the supplies of outlet etc.
