How can you keep fit according to your own experience?As far as I know, there are two ways to stay healthy, eating right and exercise. Eating is very important. Many people eat and drink excessively/overmuch(过度的), and that actually damages their health. Typically, people who eat fast food a lot will be extremely bad for their health. So, I rarely go toKFC/McDonalds. At weekend, I do some exercise, such as, jogging, swimming, and so on.5. How often do you exercise?I do exercise almost every weekend, my school P.E. teacher asks us to do exercise daily in school. But I don’t have much time, as you know, I am Grade 5 student and I am very bust from Monday to Friday, I have to try my best to study harder and harder to get great scores for each subjects. Anyway, I really enjoy running/swimming when I do exercise on weekends.6.
