汽车吊与随车吊安全守则

所有的汽车吊、随车吊使用人员:

为保证现场汽车吊、随车吊的安全使用，您在工地的任何时间都必须严格遵守下列安全守则。同时，本要求并不能免除您遵守当地相关法律及法规的义务。

以下汽车吊、随车吊安全守则必须牢记并严格遵守：

1.进入现场的汽车吊、随车吊必须具备有效的PMA证书，并将PMA证书张贴在车窗

上。

2.进入现场的汽车吊、随车吊必须具备安全载荷指示装置、起吊限位装置、倾斜仪。

3.汽车吊、随车吊的操作员必须具备有效的操作证书。

4.汽车吊、随车吊的挂钩必须有可用的安全锁。

5.必须使用合格且强度足够的吊具；严禁使用破损的吊具。

6.起吊工作开始之前，必须取得有效的《起吊许可证书》，并将其张贴在车窗上。

7.起吊开始之前，需要将起吊区域与周围区域隔离开，并挂上“正在起吊”的标识

牌。

8.汽车吊、随车吊必须把所有支腿完全伸出。严禁出现单侧支腿、不完全支腿等情

况。汽车吊驾驶室下方的支腿（如果有），也必须支起。

9.汽车吊、随车吊的支腿必须支撑在足够强度的钢板上，或是硬化的地面上。

10.起吊工作开始之前，必须先使汽车吊、随车吊保持车身水平。

11.起吊过程中，荷载上需要有必要的控位绳防止荷载转动或摆动。

12.起吊过程中，操作人员要缓慢操作，并密切注意安全载荷指示装置、起吊限位装

置、倾斜仪的指示。

13.起吊过程中，严禁任何人员站立在荷载和吊臂下方。

14.在电线周围起吊时，必须注意保持吊臂、吊绳及起吊物与电线至少1.5m的距离。

15.雷雨天气时应该停止作业，并将吊臂放低。

16.随车吊仅可用于装载或卸下其自身的货物，不得用于其他目的的工作。

Safety Rules of Mobile Crane & Lorry Crane To all the workers:

In regard to ensure the safety operation of mobile crane/ lorry crane on site, you must strictly comply with following safety rules at any time. This requirement will not free of your obligations to follow focal statutory stipulations our safety and health as and when required when they apply.

Basic Mobile Crane/ Lorry Crane Safety Rules Must Be Remembered and Complied With:

1.Only the mobile crane/ lorry crane that with available PMA is allowed to enter the site.

Photo copy of the PMA must be displayed on the window of the crane.

2.There must be available safe load indicator, hoist limit switch and incline meter on the

mobile crane/ lorry crane.

3.Operators of mobile crane/ lorry crane must have available certificate, and the

certificate must be display on the window of the crane.

4.There must be safety latch on the hooks of mobile crane/ lorry crane.

5.All lifting gear used for lifting must be in good condition and with adequate

capacity for the lifting work.

6.Permit To Lift must be approved and displayed on the crane before any lifting work

starting.

7.All area that may be affected by the lifting work must be segregated, the signage of

“CAUTION! LIFTING IN PROGRESS” must be displayed.

8.All outriggers of the mobile crane/ lorry crane must be fully extended. If there is

outrigger under operation room of mobile crane, it also must be applied.

9.Before lifting on soil ground, Mobile crane/ lorry crane’s outrigger must stand on steel

plates which are strong enough.

10.Mobile crane/ lorry crane must be set horizontal before lifting work starting.

11.When lifting work is on going, tag line should be applied to prevent load from slewing

or swinging.

12.When lifting work is on going, operator should keep slowly operating, and pay high

attention to the Safe load Indicator, Hoist limit switch and incline meter.

13.When lifting work is on going, operator must make sure no any person is under

the load and crane beam.

14.When working near electrical wire, operator must keep beam, wire pore and loader are

1.5m away from the electrical wire.

15.Any mobile crane/ lorry crane must stop working before thunderstorm weather. The

lifting beam must be drawn back and kept low.

16.Lorry crane is only designed to load and unload materials of itself, it is not allowed to

be used for other purpose.
