The practitioner takes into account the patient’s unique needs, preferences, and circumstances when developing a treatment plan. This can lead to more effective treatment outcomes because the patient is more likelyto be invested in their own health. Finally, holistic medicine often incorporates a variety of healing methods, such as acupuncture, massage, meditation, and yoga. These treatments can help reduce stress and promote relaxation, which can in turn improve overall health and well-being.51.
