三年级英语下册教学计划一、班级基本情况：英语对于小学三年级所有学生来说，都是从同一水平开始学习。
教师应从激发学生学习英语的兴趣入手，培养学生学习英语的积极性，使他们建立初步的学习英语的自信心，初步了解中西文文化的差异。
二、教材分析：《义务教育课程标准实验教科书英语(PEP)》供三年级起使用，是人民教育出版社与加拿大Lingo.Media国际集团合作编写的一套全新的中小学衔接的英语教材。
这套教材是根据教育部制定的《国家英语课程标准》和《小学英语教学基本要求》编写而成的。
全册教材的重点难点本册教材的重点为字母教学，会话教学和词汇教学，其中字母教学是重中之重，因为它是英语学习的基础，对学生今后的发音拼读和记忆单词都至关重要。
每单元均出现5-6个字母，每个字母均配有两个以该字母为首的例词。
本教材的难点在于字母的读音和书写，要让学生分辨易于混淆的发音和学会用正确的书写体形式来书写字母；教材的会话教学也是难点之一，要使学生能在相应的情景下学会说相应的话来。

四、教学方法（一）会话教学（Let’s talk/Let’s play）本教材的会话部分设计了各种真实自然的情景，并以连环画的形式出现。
其目的在于分散教学难点，循序渐进，便于表演。
三年级儿童的特征就是爱玩，好表现自己。
因此，用表演和游戏的形式来进行交流，学习语言、运用语言是最恰当的，在会话教学中，注意融会话教学于情景表演之中（Let’s talk），让学生在表演中练，在交际活动中用，而不要将会话教学变成跟老师念，跟录音读，集体、小组、个人读的枯燥无味的形式。
