八年级英语月考二质量分析报告
这次月考题考查了下册1-8单元的基本内容，难易程度适中。
然而分数的距离越来越大，说明班内英语的两级分化越来越明显，需要我不断反思自己的英语教学。
现把基本的试卷及学生答题情况分析如下：
一、得分情况
我所代八年级2个班，共93名学生，及格11人，及格率为26.19%，人均分为50.93分，优秀1人，优秀率为2.38%，最高得分93分，最低得分21分，现将英语检测得分情况具体分析如下：
70～100分人数：仅1人，巫鹏（93分）
65～69分人数： 2人，赵雅婷（69分）樊娜（66分）
60～62分人数： 8人
50～59分人数： 8人
40～49分人数： 1人
30～39分人数： 11人
20～29分人数： 11人
从以上数据可知：英语成绩较好学生所占比例很低；只能基本运用英语的学生占24%（60～69分）；对英语略有识记和运用能力的学生占23%（40～59分）；对英语完全只稍微有被动识记而没有运用能力的学生占52%（20～39分）。
与同级相比，无论是人均分、及格率、优秀率都不好，虽然及格人数多一点，但有8人都是刚好勉强及格，有些人的成绩还是四舍五入进上来的，农村学生英语学习由于缺乏英
语环境、氛围的影响，学习意识淡泊，兴趣不浓，基础很差，不想开口交流，不愿上英语课，作业完任务，英语教学难度较大。
二、试题分析
试题注重考查学生在一定语境下对语言基础知识的掌握情况和综合运用英语的能力。
语言基础知识的考查重点突出、覆盖面广；情景设置合理，避免了纯知识性的死记硬背题；词汇和语法的测试充分注意了语言的真实性、趣味性和实践性；注重语感。
本次试题分六大题。
第一大题属于单词变形，英汉互译、以及用所给单词正确形式填空类型的，知识点零碎，分值小，总体得分不高，25分的题平时认为好的学生才在13分左右。
第二大题为单选题，期中考试之后的内容只占到不到一半。
共20小题每个一分，大多数人在8分左右。
通过对单项选择试题的分析，可以发现，单项选择题已经由传统的单纯考查语法知识逐渐向英语实际应用能力的方向发展，体现了英语的交际功能。
考查重点也由集中到分散，考查的知识点多。
但难度不大。
题干设计简洁，情景清楚，考点不偏不怪，考查范围广。
本题学生失分的原因表现在知识积累太少，对一些词的习惯性用法掌握不够，这可能与平时练的少有关。
教师应引导学生不要花大量的时间抠语法知识，而将更多的精力放在语言能力的培养上。
第三大题完形填空，完形填空是一段小故事，只是挖去其中的10个单词，学生几乎都感觉出文章大致意思都懂，但做题自信心不强，
有60-70%的学生得分4分左右。
第四大题阅读短文都很简单，都是一眼能看出答案的文章，而学生失分最严重，30分仅仅得到8、10、12分离及格还差的很远。
只有一个同学得了满分。
阅读短文主要考查学生对阅读材料的分析理解能力、推理判断能力和概括归纳能力。
失误原因是部分学生不能根据上下文猜测词义，对于常见用语掌握的熟练程度不够，基本功不扎实，知识掌握不到位。
第五大题为句型转换，只有五个问题，都是平时练习，并且强调了的，但是还有20%的人得了4分，没有完全做对的。
第六大题为作文写一篇英语感恩征文稿，根据学生的写作结果分析，能写成英文句子的就个别人，考生在书面表达中所反映的问题主要有：基础不扎实，语言表述不清楚。
主要表现在：语序混乱、语法结构错误、基本句型没掌握、单词拼写错误、时态错误等。
最突出的一点是字不成句,仅仅只会单词的罗列或课本中句子的生搬硬套。
三，失分原因。
1、学生的基础知识不够牢固，单词有些人记住了，但是记得快忘得更快，笔记也记了，但运用不够准确，灵活性较差。
这在做题中体现了出来。
2、基本语法概念模糊。
在单项选择中体现了这一点。
3、学生的知识面狭窄，句子的基本结构把握不好，语言的综合运用能力不强。
4、学生平时做的题型少，比如说阅读理解，学生在平时几乎没做过
这方面的练习。
５、平时我只注重基础知识的提高，而对于有一定难度的题，讲解不多。
四、今后的工作措施
1、加强师生情感的培养。
学生的学习热情，在一定的意义上取决于老师，如果老师与学生的关系相处得融洽，那么学生就对你教的学科感兴趣，对你的学科感兴趣就有可能把你所教的学科学好。
常言道：“亲其师，才能信其道。
信其道，才能学其术。
”
2、新的题型要经过训练学生才能掌握，否则很难得分。
应该组织编辑或选择一些同步练习题，加强学生的技巧训练，提高学生题型的适应和应变能力，培养良好的心理素质。
3、自我反省提高课堂的教学效益，多增强情景性、趣味性、渐进性、过程性，让更多的学生真正走进英语学习的殿堂。
4、一定要做到对同学们抓中间促两头。
只有抓住了中间才能带动两头，从而大面积提高教学质量。
5要重视对学生解题习惯的培养：做单选题时要重视语境和上下文；做完形填空时要先通读全文，掌握文章大意后才开始解题；做阅读理解时，首先要选择性的跳读，然后再仔细浏览，做书面表达时要仔细审题。
五、今后在教学中应该注意的问题
强化英语学习兴趣的培养，强调孩子们对我们英语教学的关注。
我们不要只管上课，备课，改卷，改作业，我们应该思考，有多少孩
子参与我们的英语课堂，有多少孩子是积极参与我们的课堂，有多少孩子能够持续的参与我们的课堂，有多少个孩子认真完成我们的英语作业，我们的作业是不是太多了，孩子们做这样的作业是巩固那一项语言知识。
俗话说兴趣是最好的老师，没有兴趣我们的课堂效率就低下，就没有全体同学成绩的提高。
同时教师应该强调对孩子作业的和课堂笔记的检查力度，强调阅读笔记和认真作业是提高成绩，巩固语言知识的最有效途径，语言知识是需要强化记忆的，语言能力的培养分成口头语言能力和书面语言能力，课堂强调孩子参与，大胆张口说英语，课下强调孩子们的认真阅读。
总之，成绩的取得无论高低，都是学生辛苦努力的结果，今后只有师生共同努力，全身心投入到英语教与学中，踏踏实实走好每一步，最后一定能取得辉煌的成就。

八年级月考英语成绩分析钟敏本次月考测试已经结束，从整个年级的情况来看，考试成绩比较上学期略有提升但整体效果并不理想。
一试卷分析：试卷总分值为120分，其中听力部分25分，笔试部分95分。
题型比较全面，题型灵活，难易程度适中，比较全面考查了学生的听说读写能力。
单项选择题学生答的比较理想，失分少，说明学生对词汇，句型及交际运用掌握较好。
写作部分学生所学内容有限，而内容体现了生活应用文的运用，多数学生完成的不错，扣分现象比较少二存在的问题：本次月考试题中较为不理想的地方为听力填写单词与阅读理解两大部分。
整个年级在单词填空题上所对的学生数稀少，总体出现空题现象。
原因主要为平时听力训练不够，还有对单词拼写的不熟悉。
阅读理解方面，个别学生做的不太好。
而且从不同学生的试卷中看出，每个学生之间的悬殊比较大。
大部分学生可以接近满分，但还存在着几分，十几分的低分段人群。
阅读理解是一个需要长期坚持训练的题型。
学生平时缺少这方面的训练或者坚持的力度不够，对语感的理解能力较差从而影响着做题的速度。
学生缺少这类题型的解题方法也是一个关键性因素，不能把握住细节，提升应变能力。
从这两部分题型中反映出来的问题，都需要我们在今后的教学中加强练习。
三解决措施：1.过好单词关。
单词是基础，三会四会的单词一定要掌握。
在今后的教学中需要我们加强对单词拼读规则的指导。
2.过好阅读关。
阅读理解是一个考查学生全面知识的考题，教会学生把单词，短语，句子和短文作为一个整体，在实际学习中运用起来，提高学生的综合能力也是一个关键性环节。
3过好检测关。
对当天所学知识任务做到事事毕。

二、试卷分析：本试题设计合理、题量和试题的难易程度适中，没有偏题、怪题和难题，知识的难度小，但灵活性强。
能力部分的试题以大纲为依据，紧扣教材。
尽力寻求学生所学知识与实践运用能力的切合点，着眼于考查学生语言知识的综合运用能。

三、语言知识运用：第一节语法和词汇本节考查内容紧扣八年级教材，突出考查了学生对重点、难点的掌握和灵活运用，本部分比较理想。
因为大多数被荣没有离开课本内。
出错较多的是感官动词see sb. do/doing sth ,学生掌握不熟练，或者没有记住这个用法造成的。
需要加强对一些固定搭配的记忆和训练。
第二节完形填空本节属于中等难度题。
短文以日常生活中的问题为主题，在我们生活中的作用，综合考查了学生的阅读能力和语言知识的运用能力。
从学生的答题情况反映出学生对某些知识掌握不够牢固，多数是死记硬背，不会灵活运用，因此以后在教学中要注重多做题，让学生能够灵活地运用所学知识。
第三部分阅读理解本部分从内容方面看，内容具有很强的实用性，贴近生活，题目设计也比较灵活，难度不大。
但学生在本题上做得不够理想，说明平时训练较少。
