二类:RGTR系列行星滚柱丝杠
RGTR系列行星滚柱丝杠由主丝杠、螺母和滚柱组成,滚柱安装在辊道和确保滚柱间距离的保持架上。 主丝杠的螺纹为单头和双头,齿形为三角形。螺母内螺纹的齿形与主丝杠相同。
当主丝杠和螺母旋转时,滚柱轴向放置于螺母内,每旋转1周,螺母端部的两个凸轮使每个滚柱都回到初始位 置。由于外形小加工精密,多用在机床等高精度定位场合。导程可以设计计算为整数或者小数,导程最小可 以做成0.3mm。
由于导程与行星滚柱丝杠的节距成 函数关系,所以导程可以设计为整数或 者小数。而滚珠丝杠的导程受到滚珠的 直径限制,因而导程将是标准的。

如右侧图所示: 行星滚柱丝与滚珠丝杠的结构相
似,区别在于行星滚柱丝杠载荷传递的 元件为螺纹滚柱,而非滚珠。优势在于 有众多的螺纹线来支撑负载。
行星滚柱丝杠设计结构中的滚柱为 非循环式,所以它的旋转速度是滚珠丝 杠的2倍。而滚珠丝杠的设计是滚珠为循 环式,所以在高速旋转时,滚珠会发生 碰撞。
