1吨度价： 元/吨度（人民币）2、总金额：RMB元，人民币大写：三、 实物重量、品质及水分1实物重量：双方同意以连云港货物堆放地出库榜单计量为准 ；装货时堆场出具的过磅单作为最终重量结算依据，2、 品质：具体品质以本合同条款一所述规格为准，并作为最终结算依据。
3、 水分：水分按装车时双方共同取样送中华人民共和国连云港出入检验检疫局检验（以下 简称连云港商检局），以连云港商检局出具的水分检验报告为最终水分结算依据。
四、 运输汽车车板，乙方自提，运杂费由乙方承担。
五、 付款及开票方式合同签订后，乙方在两个工作日内以银行现汇的形式付货款 元（人民币大写）•给甲方。
甲方受到货 款后将货权转移给乙方， 货款根据实物重量为准， 多退少补。
货款转移十天后，货权所有人 自付港口堆存费。
甲乙双方确认最终对账单后，根据帐单 税税率为 17%。
锰矿购销合同 甲方： 100%货值开具增值税发票，增值六、解决合同的争议及纠纷方式任何由本合同或因执行本合同而引发的议应通过友好协商方式解决，如双方协商未果，需在合同签约地的人民法院起诉、仲裁。
七、保密条款甲乙双方对本合同一切内容不得向第三方以任何形式透露，若一方违约，则另一方有权追究其违约责任，并寻求相应的损失，赔偿。
八、风险条款由于意外事故，人力不可抗拒事故,如地震、海啸、泥石流、自然灾害等，造成合同不能如期完成，双方不予追究法律责任。
九、补充条款：本合同如未尽事宜，经方协商后作为补充条款以书面形式付合同中，补充条款具有同等法律效力。
十、本合同经甲乙双方签字盖章后生效（传真件有效）。
