传说中的CPFR—供应链管理新技术
1 概念
CPFR （Collaborative Planning， Forecasting and Replenishment），即：协同计 划、预测与补货。是一种协同式的供应链库存管 理技术，能同时降低销售商的库存量，增加供应 商的销售量。其最大优势是能及时准确地预测由 各项促销措施或异常变化带来地销售高峰和波动， 从而使销售商和供应商都能做好充分地准备，赢 得主动。
启动 2001年，摩托罗拉的手机部门开始利用CPFR 同零售商一道来改进销售表现。在开始实施CPFR 之前，移动产品部门的销售额是高度可变的，而且 与客户需求并不同步。摩托罗拉对产品的可视性只 持续到零售商的配送中心，从零售商配送中心到商 店的可视性则缺失了。预测的错误率非常高，导致 缺货现象非常多。摩托罗拉公司意识到他们需要提 高与客户间的协同性和预测能力，以便在这个高度 价格敏感的市场上进行有效的竞争。曾经在摩托罗 拉北美地区短信业务部主管过CPFR实施的杰里.赛 德隆，被指派负责这个项目。
