一、教学目标
1. 能够听懂、会说表示家庭成员的六个词汇：father, mother, brother, sister, grandfather和grandmother。
2. 能够借助图片用已经学过的句子This is my ... 介绍家庭成员。
3. 能够跟随录音大胆模仿说唱歌谣。
二、教学建议
A. Look, listen and chant.
1. 导入
教师引导学生观察A项情境图，引出本单元主题family。
然后引导学生指认主线人物Joy，并尝试猜猜其他家庭成员分别是谁。
2. 呈现新的学习内容
(1) 播放A项歌谣，让学生整体感知新语言。
(2) 再次播放歌谣，聚焦感知本课新词：教师跟随录音依次指出相应的人物图片，或引导学生跟教师一起指出相应人物图片，帮助学生理解和关注本课的关键词汇，初步建立词汇音、义之间的联系。
Tip:此处歌谣只作为呈现语言的一种手段，不要求学生马上输出，只让学生
借助情境整体感知一下新的语言即可。
3. 词汇学习和操练
(1) 引导学生听新词汇的录音，第一遍只听不读，第二遍跟读。
(2) 教师出示单词卡片讲解单词含义，并带领全班学生认读，再请学生分别读。
Tips:
1. 教师带读时，要引导学生注意字母的发音规律。
2. 正音的难点是th的发音，舌头要放在上下齿之间。
3. 还可让学生观察六个词的共同特点，如：5个都以ther结尾，体会其中father与grandfather, mother与grandmother的区别及联系。
(3) 听词举卡片：教师说单词，让学生举起相应的单词卡片并跟读，进一步巩固单词音、形、义之间的联系。
(4) 游戏：Who’s missing?教师在黑板上呈现本课的单词卡片，让学生逐一说出单词。
接着，请学生闭上眼睛，将其中的一张卡片拿走，然后请学生睁开眼睛，说说少了哪张。
B. Role-play and say.
1. 引导学生听B项录音并认真观察活动场景图片，理解角色扮演活动的操作方法。
2. 教师邀请部分能力较强的学生模仿B项进行角色扮演。
3. 小组活动：让学生四人一组，一人扮演，其他三人听；每人轮流扮演。
教师要引导学生认真倾听同伴发言。
C. Listen and chant again.
1. 听歌谣，举卡片说唱：让学生一边听歌谣的录音，一边依次举起听到的单词所对应的小卡片，并跟录音大声说唱歌谣。
Tips:
1. 如果学生跟不上，可以第一遍边听边按顺序摆卡片，第二遍边听边举。
2. 根据学生的学习情况可适当调整此环节，如果学生对歌谣掌握得较好，
可以尝试让学生不跟随录音，直接举卡片齐说歌谣。
2. 结对活动：按上一活动的形式，两人轮流依次举起卡片并说唱歌谣，一人唱一人听。
唱完后互换角色再唱。
教师要引导学生认真倾听同伴说唱。
