摘要

当今社会节能观念的深入,在科学技术迅猛发展的今天,中国制造业正在慢慢转型。在陶瓷企业中,由传统的高耗能、高污染粗放化也逐步变为现代自动机械化,以达到经济环保的要求。然而,在陶瓷厂里,工业窑炉更是耗能的重头,因此,如何设计出符合陶瓷工厂各项所需的窑炉是我们目标。本人本科毕业设计课题为《日产19500M2内墙釉面砖素烧辊道窑设计》。我国正大力推行文化创新产业,生产过程自动控制程度高、燃料清洁的高端日用陶瓷及艺术陶瓷是未来的发展趋势。对一开始数据的仔细研究和探讨,日产19500M2内墙釉面砖素烧辊道窑的长258米宽2.61米。该素烧辊道窑的烧成温度是一千一百四十九摄氏度。与一般辊道窑体的区别在于窑顶上的材料不同,相对密集,也相对错落的布置是事故处理口的布置的特点。并且依靠棍棒的平稳转动保持直线运动轨迹且不与旁边的砖碰撞。靠辊棒的转动使陶瓷产品从窑头传送到窑尾,经过预热带,烧成带,冷却带,由多成分黏土坯体经各种氧化还原反应玻化成瓷,设挡墙和挡板是为了提高冷热交换效果,和有效的加强内部气体的滞留。首先窑顶是采用耐热钢穿轻型吊顶砖的吊顶结构,另外窑顶镶嵌上一层铝制材料,从而增强辐射能力。相对密集,也相对错落的布置是事故处理口的布置的特点。设挡墙和挡板是为了提高冷热交换效果,和有效的加强内部气体的滞留。另外一方面,为了能够充分利用烟气的热量,可以在窑炉前段采用集中排烟方式。所以本次设计日产19500M2内墙釉面砖素烧辊道窑设计不仅仅是为了创新,更是为了节能。
