1.3实现的功能“药品冷藏箱自动控制系统”是杭州翔泰电器某公司采用AT89C51单片机开发板模拟药品冷藏箱工作环境，且模拟设定药品冷藏箱各项参数，以研究药品冷藏箱温控器的工作原理及设计。
研究的内容主要包括以下方面：（1）液晶显示的工作原理，且通过液晶将各项数据显示在药品冷藏箱外；（2）温度控制器原理，制冷原理，自动控制药品冷藏箱工作使其通过制冷达到所设定的温度；（3）智能检测药品冷藏箱工作电压是否正常，避免压缩机烧坏；（4）继电器工作原理，模拟对压缩机的通/断电操作；（5）单片机C程序编程语言。
它所实现的功能和要求为：（1）系统采用单片机控制，控制对象为法国泰康公司的SZ1340D型压缩机，功率115W，启动绕组16.5Ω，运行绕组16.5Ω；（2）分别对冷冻室，冷藏室作不同的温度调节；（3）能实现参数显示和在线参数修改；（4）系统故障时能进行声光报警和显示；（5）多种抗干扰措施保证温度稳定性。
2系统总体设计2.1系统技术指标通过液晶显示所设定的温度，温度能随意调节，能自动控制药品冷藏箱工作，使其通过制冷达到所设定的温度。
冷冻室温度能够在-15℃～-3℃范围内对多个点进行精度为0.5℃的温度测试量，冷藏室温度能够在4℃～6℃范围内对多个点进行精度为0.1℃的温度测量。

1.操作程序：

血液制品应按品种、规格等分别存放。
严禁存放任何杂物。
2.维护保养：

2.2每周：每周五用500mg/L含氯消毒液擦拭消毒，使用专用的擦拭器具和毛巾。
由当日主班人员负责实施并记录。

为了确保冷藏箱的正常运行和存储物品的安全使用，制定本操作规程。
二、操作规程1. 电源接通前的准备工作a. 清洁箱体内部，确保箱内无不必要的物品和污物。
b. 检查冷藏箱的温度控制和安全设备是否正常运行。
c. 确保电源线路和插头无损坏现象，接通电源前查看电源指示灯是否正常。

医用冷藏箱标准操作程序
海尔HYC-940型医用冷藏箱标准操作程序（SOP）1目的规范冰箱使用操作程序，正确使用冰箱。
2 应用范围用于检测试剂和待检样品的保存。
3 职责实验室操作人员必须严格按规程操作，并负责实验室工作区的清洁及实验室设备的正确使用及常规维护，设备出现故障时，由操作人员向实验室设备主管提交维修申请，经授权人审批后，由商家专业人员检修。
4 操作步骤初次启动和连续运转的时候请遵守以下规程4.1 将保存箱与一个专用插座（电源为220V/50Hz）相连接，此时不要往冰箱内放物品。
4.2 当第一次接通电源的时候，要先打开电源开关，再打开电池开关，声音报警器可能会响。
这是正常的。
按下蜂鸣器键，以消除报警声。
声音报警器持续工作，直到温度监测瓶传感器达到5℃±2℃范围。
4.3 确保两个监测瓶内装好10%的甘醇溶液。
4.4 本保存箱出厂前已被预设为在（2-8℃）下运行，无需设定温度。
4.5 保存箱运行数小时后，保存箱温度才能够稳定在设定温度下。
一旦保存箱内温度达到稳定，请检查监测瓶温度是否与设定点温度相一致。
4.6 打开灯开关，确保箱内照明灯正常运行。
4.7 完成对保存箱运行的彻底检查以后，开始逐渐的往箱内放入物品，但请注意一次不要放入过多的高温物品。
4.8 温度传感器简单校准：将电池开关及电源关闭，按住“校准确认”按键上电蜂鸣器鸣一声，显示“CL”10s后进入正常温度显示，此时打开电源，再打开电池开关，表示温度传感器简单校准成功。
5 维护保养警告：在进行修理、维护或者检查的时候请拔掉保存箱电源插头，以避免触电或受伤。
维护的时候请注意不要吸入保存箱周围的浮尘和粉尘，他们可能是有害的。
5.1 每月清洁一次。
5.2 使用干布擦掉保存箱外部和内部及其附件上的少量灰尘。
如果很脏的话，就使用弱性洗涤剂擦洗。
5.3清洁以后，用干净的抹布蘸清水将保存箱残留的清洁剂彻底擦掉。
5.4 不要往保存箱上或保存箱内部倒水。
这样做的话可能损坏绝缘材料并导致运行故障。

用途
血液冷藏箱主要用于医疗、卫生、科研等部门冷藏血液之用。
结构及特点

●箱体采用聚氨酯整体发泡,重量轻,保温性能好。
●采用进口电脑温度控制器,数码显示,控温精度高,且有超温及声光报警功能。
●具有箱温自动显示功能,随时了解箱内温度。
●全封闭制冷系统匹配合理,降温速度快。
●制冷系统冷量传递采用强制空气循环,箱内温度均匀性好。
●箱门设有二层门,取放血液冷量损失小,箱内温度变化小。
●冷藏箱的门玻璃就是特殊加工的中空玻璃,有良好的保温性能,便于观察。
●采用新型全封闭压缩机,运转平稳,噪音低。

使用条件
●电源:单相交流220V 50HZ
●环境温度:10～38℃。
●环境湿度:相对湿度不大于75％。
使用说明与注意事项
●冷藏箱必须有独立的电源插座及可靠的地线,电压允许波动范围:240V±10％。
●冷藏箱放置时需调整底座,使之平稳。
●冷藏箱应远离热源,避开日照、粉尘,防止潮湿。
●冷藏箱应距离墙壁150mm,以便通风散热,提高制冷效率,减少耗电,便于维修。

温度设置:

按键功能:
◆查瞧参数设定模式(非设置姿态下):
☆按▲键,显示设定上限,2s后显示当前温度;
☆按▼键,显示设定下限,2s后显示当前温度;
☆按R键,无效。
◆参数设定模式:
☆按住Set键,3s进入参数项选择模式,设置指示灯亮;LED显示上次调整的参数项;
☆按Set键或Rst键,进行参数项选择(F1……F6),参数项选定后,按Set 键,显示相应参数项的参数设定值;
☆按住Set键,同时按▲键或▼键即可设定参数值,按住▲键或▼键不放,参数值动快速增或减;
☆一个参数项参数值设置完成后,按▲键或▼键选择其它参数项,重复以上步骤进行参数值设置;
☆所有参数设置完成后,按Rst键确认并复位,设置指示灯灭。
若无任何按键操作,30s后机器也自动确认存储并复位,设置指示灯灭。
◆温度校正:
若控制器测量显示值与实际温度有误差时,可使用温度校正功能进行校正。
按住Set键3s进入设置状态,按▲键或▼键调整到LED显示F3
此时,同时按住Set键与▲键或▼键,在±5℃范围内选定一合适值即可。
校正后显示值=校正前显示值+校正值。
延时保护
◆机器通电后,延时3min才会进入制冷状态;
◆机器通电状态下,制冷继电器两次吸合之间≥3min。
◆超温限报警:
本控制器温限报警设置范围为0～20℃。
当感温探头测量值≥上限值+温限报警设定值或≤下限值-温限报警设定值时,温控器报警,蜂鸣器响,数码管闪烁。
按任意键消除报警音,如不按,则持续报警至温度回到范围内。
另:F1、F2两个参数的出厂值就是参照国家标准设定的,故用户无需再做调整。
启动运动:
接通电源开关,温度显示窗口显示箱温,代表首次开机或运转中曾经停过电,可按任一键,即恢复到当前箱内温度的显示状态,运行等不断闪烁,表示压缩机正处于延时状态(次现象只有首次通电时才有),3分钟后压缩机启动,运行灯恒亮,整机进入制冷运行。
当箱温降至设置温度-温差2℃时,压缩机停机,运行灯灭。
当箱温再度回升至设置温度+温差2℃,同时压缩机停机超过3分钟,运行灯亮,压缩机启动,又一次制冷周期开始,如此周而复始。
最高及最低温度记录:
当温度到达设定温度时,开始记录温度曾经到达之最高或最低温度,随时可切换观瞧箱内温度曾到达之最高或最低温度。
报警功能:
1、首次通电,即发出声光报警,指示灯闪烁,可按任意键取消报警,并显示箱温。
2、当箱温超过8℃时,发出声光报警。
3、当箱温低于2℃时,发出声光报警。
制冷原理
冷藏箱制冷就是在封闭的制冷系统中进行。
压缩机从低压端将蒸发器内
低压气体制冷剂吸入,同时压缩成高温、高压气体送至冷凝器,通过散发热量,冷凝为高压液体,流经干燥过滤器,除去水份,滤掉杂质,再经毛细管节流液体进入蒸发器。
此时由于压力骤然降低而液体迅速沸腾蒸发吸热,使得箱内温度降低。
经蒸发的低压气体制冷剂再被压缩机吸回,如此循环,周而
复始。

1压缩机不运转
●电源接通,显示屏有显示。
压缩机就是否处于延时启动时间,电压就是否在规定的范围内。
●检查电路就是否有接触不良现象。
若温度控制器、电动机、启动器与过载保护器有故障,必须由专业维修人员检修。
2压缩机运转,箱内温度不能达到设置要求时
●磁性门封不严,应作调整,若年久老化无法调整应更换。
●冷凝器散热不好,应按使用说明改善散热条件,定期清扫散热间的尘埃。
●箱内物品放置过多过紧,应取出一部分,并摆放均匀,使箱内冷风循环良好。
●制冷管路慢漏,制冷剂不足;制冷管路有部分堵塞,流通不畅。
●冷藏箱使用年久,压缩机效率低或箱体保温效果下降;这些故障都应由专业维修人员修理。
3压缩机运转不制冷
●制冷剂完全泄露,制冷管路完全堵塞,压缩机不升压,这些故障都应由专业维修人员修理。
4噪音大
●底脚不平,应调平。
●螺丝松动,应拧紧;制冷系统撞击,应分离。
●压缩机内部噪音大,因素较多,应由专业维修人员拆机修理或更换。
(冷凝器的灰尘应每六个月清理一次)
5冷藏箱降压不停车
●温控器控制失灵,应由专业维修人员修理。
产品保修期
●在用户正常保管与使用的条件下,自售货起保修一年。
