切纸工岗位职责/安全操作规程
一、工作职责
1、遵守厂里制定的各项规章制度，对工作具有严格的责任心，及时、高效、准确地
完成任务。
2、按《印刷产品排工单》要求领取纸张，并且根据工艺要求裁切纸张，明确所需纸
张的名称、克重、开数、数量等，如有疑问及时向制单人或门市主管联系。
3、印刷成品要经过检查验收并盖上产品验收章后方可出厂。
4、搞好切纸机周围现场环境卫生工作，及时将废纸边送至废纸库。
5、做好设备定期保养和每日常规检查工作，确保机器正常运行。
6、服从车间主管的工作安排，及时完成车间主管或厂长布置的其他工作任务。
二、切纸机安全操作规程? ?
1、开机前应先检查机器，做好清洁工作，每个油孔加满润滑油。

2、开机后首先检查光电保护开关是否正常、可靠，再试空刀三次，观察有无回刀，
如发现问题，应及时排除。

3、?当机器运行时，严禁将手伸入机器内，若发生故障时严禁用手抢纸，应立即停机，
在切纸刀没有回位停稳时，禁止伸手取纸，以防伤手或意外。

4、切纸机禁止二人同时操作。
开料或切成品时严禁超高操作，核对尺寸无误后方可
下刀，当刀片刀口用钝后，应立即更换刀片，不可断续使用，以免机器负荷过重造成机器损坏。

6、设备保养要求：黄油孔导轨等活动处最少半月加黄油一次，每天必须擦拭机器表

7、提高安全生产意识，及时清除消防隐患。
节约用电，切纸机没有进行任何操作时
须关闭电源。
8、每天下班时须完成工作场地周围环境卫生工作，值日人员负责进行全面安全检查，关闭所有机器设备电源和关好门窗后方可离厂。
