Good morning/afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, my name is xxxx, I am very glad to stand here to deliver my speech, the title of my speech is ----the beginning.
The end, of another year.
The last year was the new beginning for me, cause I finished my student life, and had the honor of taking part in Jiangsu oilfield. It was really meaningful.
But as a newcomer, when I stepped into Jiangsu Oilfield, a new chapter in my life opened. New people, new environment, new relationship, I do not know what I will face with, everything is unknown. When you exposure to a new place, will you feel nervous? My answer is sure. The first day I entered my workplace, I had not well prepared for this new role in my life. Just feeling a normal student I still was, complicated mood made me uncomfortable and confused.
At this moment, the family culture of my company showed me its grand power. The attention from the leaders, the aid from colleagues appeared all the time when I felt puzzled, depressed or frustrated. As this feeling of home, I had the sense of belonging and gradually adapted to my new life.
