摘要

机械原理是机械类学科的核心课程,关于机械原理的学习直接影响该机械类学生对于整个机械系统的掌握。所以,在思考如何将机械原理课程的教学变得更加有效,让学生对于枯燥空洞的理论知识理解更加充分时,教具的使用就变得尤为重要。

纵观现如今机械类教具的市场,大多为简单的模型类教具,虽然可以直观的观察典型机构的具体构造,但对于知识点的展示不够充分,很难让学生在观察中深刻理解体会知识点如何运用,把理论联系到实际操作。

所以,本次毕业设计的目的是以机械原理为基础,设计一套紧贴教材与习题的多功能教具。在设计时要保证方便教师的教学,并且轻便好携带。整套教具包含平面机构平台,平面四杆机构平台,凸轮机构平台,传动机构平台及轮系机构平台几个方面。各个平台之间要做到相互联系,既能整合成一个整体,又可以进行拆分进行单独讲解。

我在整个系统中完成的是平面机构的结构分析平台和平面四杆机构曲柄存在条件探究平台的设计,主要包括虚约束和自由度的讲解,铰链四杆机构展示和曲柄摇杆机构展示。论文首先系统综述了国内外关于教具设计应用的概况,并提出了设计新型教具的方案,根据方案,设计了本套教具的传动方式和空间结构,并为以后本套教具的应用提出方案。现已完成的工作位:任务说明说的撰写,平面机构的结构设计平台和平面四杆机构曲柄存在条件探究平台的装配图及零件图,部分机构的三维建模及其动画演示。

Abstract

Mechanical principles are mechanical core curriculum subjects, learning about the direct impact of the mechanical principles of students in mechanical control for the entire mechanical system. So, in thinking about how to mechanical principle course teaching more effective, so that students theoretical knowledge for boring holes when more fully understood, the use of teaching aids becomes particularly important.

Looking now mechanical aids market, mostly simple model class teaching aids, although you can visually observe the specific structure typical organization, but for showing insufficient knowledge points, it is difficult for students to observe a profound understanding of the knowledge experience how to use, the theory to practice.

Therefore, the purpose of this design is based on mechanical principles, based on the design of a multi-function close to teaching aids and exercises. Designed to ensure that teachers' convenience, and good light to carry. Aids package contains plane mechanism platform, flat platform four institutions, the cam mechanism platform, transmission platforms and train mechanism platform aspects. To do interlinkages between the various platforms, both integrated into a whole, and can be split individually to explain.

I finished the entire system structural analysis platform plane bodies and plane crank four-bar mechanism design platform to explore the presence, including explanation of the virtual constraint and freedom, hinged four-bar mechanism and a crank rocker mechanism showcase display. Firstly, systematic review of the domestic and international overview of teaching aids design applications, and proposed solutions to design new teaching aids, according to plan, design and spatial structure of the transmission mode of this set of teaching aids, and a proposal for the future application of this set of teaching aids. Bit of work has been completed: the mission statement said, writing, design platform plane bodies and plane crank four-bar mechanism to explore the presence of platform assembly drawings and part drawings, 3D modeling and animation parts of the organization
