新治疗性单抗Prolia(denosumab)注射剂使用说明书一般描述:Prolia (denosumab)是一种人IgG2单克隆抗体,对人RANKL(receptor activator of nuclear factor kappa-B ligand,即核因子κB配体受体激活剂)有亲和力和特异性。

4.禁忌证:低钙血症(4.1,5.1)5. 警告和注意事项:1)低钙血症:开始用Prolia前必须纠正。

特别是肾损伤患者可能恶化。

充分补充患者钙和维生素D(5.1)。

2)严重感染包括皮肤感染:可能发生,包括那些导致住院。

Use ultra-pure water or an aqueous buffer to dissolve the materials (see Directions for Use for suggested volumes).Allow the unopened vial to reach ambient temperature and tap on a solid surface to ensure that most of the material is at the bottom of the vial. Gently remove the cap, add the desired volume of ultra-pure water or aqueous buffer, re-cap and mix thoroughl y to redissolve all the material. Page 1 of 2 ColiComplete ®AOAC Official Method 992.30General DescriptionColiComplete ® contains 5-bromo-4-chloro-3-indolyl-ß-Dgalactopyranoside (X-Gal) and 4-methyl umbelliferyl-ß-D-glucuronide (MUG). Discs are added to LST inoculated with selected dilutions of samples. Samples are incubated at 35–37 °C and examined after 24 and 48 ±2 h for confirmed total coliforms and after 30 ±2 h for confirmed E. coli results. ß-Galactosidase, from coliforms present in samples, cleaves X-Gal into 5-bromo-4-chloro-indoxyl intermediate which undergoes oxidation to yield water-insoluble blue dimer, visually detectable on disc or in surrounding medium as confirmed positive result for total coliform activity. ß-Glucuronidase, from E. coli present in samples, cleaves MUG into glucuronide and methyl umbelliferone which fluoresces under long wave UV light (366 nm) as confirmed positive result for E. coli presence.NOTE : As E. coli O157:H7 does not produce ß-glucuronidase, ColiComplete ® is not suitable for the detection of E. coli O157:H7.A. InoculationInoculate LST tubes with appropriate sample dilution series selected to determine MPN levels or presence/absence of total coliforms and E. coli in sample. Aseptically add a single ColiComplete ® disc to each tube. Incubate at 35–37 °C.C. Reading ColiComplete ®a. For total coliforms — After at least 24 h incubation, examine each tube for visually detectable blue color on disc or in surrounding medium. Presence of blue color indicates confirmed positive result for total coliforms.NOTE: A wide range of blue color intensity may be expected, depending on sample composition and microflora. All blue reactions are positive regardless of intensity of color.Reincubate at 35–37 °C. After additional 24 ±2 h re-examine. 宝丽操作说明:1 冲机开机1 检查冲机曹里的药水DEVELOPER(彩显) BLEACH(漂定)STABILIZER(稳定)药面是否到了流出的费药水口面。

(如果底于费药水口面就会导制药水不会加温)2 盖好冲机过桥盖。

3 打开稳压电源开关。

4 打开冲机后面电源开关。

5 等一分钟,看前面控制面板上的电源指示灯由绿色变成红色时按下控制面板上的ON 按钮打开冲纸机。

开机等待冬天大约要1小时到1个半小时的机器升温时间。

夏天大约要半小时到1小时的机器升温时间。

2打开空压机。

3打开ups电源。

电脑会自动启动。

注:用户名:administrator 密码:poli4 启动冲印软件:Lmagelab v5启动好该软件的工作界面:注:DEVELOPER(彩显) 设定温度:37.8度BLEACH(漂定)设定温度:34度STABILIZER(稳定)设定温度:34度Drier (风箱) 设定温度:75度确定彩显和漂定温度显示是否到达设定温度。

温度到了值会是白色底显示。

如果温度没到会是红色底显示。

前面两个温度到了温度设定值后就可以做早调。

如过开机后温度长时间都没到达设定的温度,表示机器没有加温。

打开冲机打印软件界面右上脚冲机状态按钮查看药水补充液位是否过低。

弹出冲机状态对话窗口。

如下图:上图有两个红色的框表示彩显液和稳定液低手动补充药液。

点击对应的手动补充液按钮。

补充完成后等待温度到达做早调。

5早调前检查1 检查机器里装的是什么纸。

点击打印软件界面上的早调按钮() 弹出窗口:检查纸通道是否和装的纸是一样的。

2 检查冲机设置是否正确。

3 点击打印软件的工作界面右下脚Setup 冲机设置弹出设置窗口如下图:注意:彩显补充量:120 漂定补充量:180 稳定补充量:300特别说明:富士绒面纸和乐凯绸面纸输出时传动速度设置:为82柯达金属纸输出时传动速度设置:为42(解决金属纸两头有严重偏蓝色的问题这样基本可以解决)其他设置不变6 早调1如果是新装上的纸箱在打试条前先打张纸头。

【药品名称】通用名称:吸入用丙酸倍氯米松混悬液商品名称:宝丽亚【主要成份】本品主要成分为丙酸倍氯米松,化学名称为:16β-甲基-11β,17α,21-三羟基-9α-氯孕甾-1,4-二烯-3,20-二酮-17,21-二丙酸酯。

【成份】分子式:C28H37ClO7 分子量:521.05
【性状】本品在耐压容器中的药液为白色或微黄色混悬液,揿压阀门,药液即呈雾粒喷出。

【适应症/功能主治】因本品局部用于肺无明显全身作用,可用气雾吸入法以缓解哮喘症状和过敏性鼻炎的治疗,本品有治疗和预防作用。

【规格型号】2ml*20支
【用法用量】成人一般一次喷药0.05-0.1mg(每揿一次约喷出主药0.05mg )一日3~4次。

重症用全身性皮质激素控制后再用本品治疗,每日最大量不超过1mg。

儿童用量按年龄酌减每日最大量不超过0.8mg。

症状缓解后逐渐减量。

【不良反应】气雾剂对个别人有刺激感,咽喉部出现白色念球菌感染。

但吸后立即漱口可减轻刺激感,并可用局部抗菌药物控制感染。

无钠水潴留作用。

偶见声嘶或口干,少数可因变态反应引起皮疹。

【禁忌】对本品过敏者禁用。

【注意事项】
1.本气雾剂适用于轻症哮喘,急性发作时应加用其它平喘药。

2.用药后应在哮喘控制良好的情况下逐渐停用口服皮质激素,一般在本气雾剂治4-5天后才慢慢减量停用。

3.当药品性状发生改变时,禁止使用。

【儿童用药】婴儿慎用。

【老年患者用药】尚不明确。

【孕妇及哺乳期妇女用药】孕妇慎用。

【药物相互作用】 1.本品可能对人甲状腺对碘的摄取、清除和转化率有影响。

2.胰岛素能与本品产生拮抗作用,糖尿病患者应注意调整用药剂量。

【药物过量】本品用量过大(>0.8mg/d),可出现糖皮质激素的一系列全身性不良反应。

【药理毒理】丙酸倍氯米松为人工合成的强效外用肾上腺皮质激素类药物。

丙酸倍氯米松气雾剂外用具有。

(1)抗炎、抗过敏、止痒及减少渗出作用,能抑制支气管渗出物,消除支气粘膜肿胀,解除支气管痉挛。

(2)可以减轻和防止组织对炎症的反应,能消除局部非感染性炎症引起的发热、发红及肿胀,从而减轻炎症的表现。

(3)免疫抑制作用:防止或抑制细胞中介的免疫反应,延迟性过敏反应,并减轻原发免疫反应的扩展。

(4)本品局部应用,对钠潴留及肝糖原异生作用很弱,也无雄性、雌性及蛋白同化激素样的作用,对体温和尿也无明显影响,吸入给药对支气管喘息的疗效比口服更有效。

【药代动力学】本品亲脂性较强,易渗透,约吸入量的25%到达肺部。

【贮藏】密封。

【包装】每盒20支。

【有效期】24 月。
