▲不得将液体或其他导电颗粒注入仪表内,以防仪表损坏和触电。

▲本产品非经技术监督部门授权,不得擅自开启铅封,不破坏铅封不能标定。

◆为保证仪表显示清晰和使用寿命,仪表不宜放在阳光直射下使用,放置地点应较平整。

AMC4030三轴控制卡使用软件操作教学驱动安装接线上电打开软件并连接控制器设置相关参数并保存开始实现控制手动控制手动控制编程自动控制一、驱动安装二、接线上电●按照接线视频(网址为/article/cpjxsp.html 技术支持—产品教学视频—模组接线视频)完成控制器,驱动器,模组,电源及其它相关设备器件的接线●在电脑对应COM端口上接入与控制器相连的USB线●上电三、打开软件并连接控制器1.启动软件2.连接控制器如图所示,初次使用请按照这样的流程连接控制器(显示出连接状态)点击手动操作开启手动控制四、设置好相关参数并保存1. 如图所示,初次使用请按照这样的流程点击参数设置修改三轴参数点击参数保存2. 关于参数设置的部分(如图所示的)附加说明 脉冲当量的说明1. 脉冲当量的含义:控制器发一个脉冲给驱动,驱动驱使电机转动并使得滑台前行的距离。

因此,若脉冲当量设置错误,则会出现控制距离错误的情况。

2. 每运动距离:电机转一圈,滑台前行的长度。

若为丝杆直线,则填对应的导程。

若为皮带模组,则填齿轮周径(80皮带为165,60皮带为135)。

3. 行程:填写对应模组的有效行程。

4. 导程和行程在哪里看?如图:我们每个模组上都有这样一个标签。

2024年磁力仪测量安全操作使用规定1、为一种精密的测量仪器,磁力仪应该放在干燥阴凉的仪器房内,以确保仪器的电子不受潮。

2、仪器通电前注意电源电压,对于磁力仪,最重要的是对拖曳电缆和探头的维护。

3、注意检查各接头的连接,特别是水下探头接头要严格密封。

一定要注意连接在绞车上的接头,防止接头被绞车擦坏。

开动绞车前要断开仪器电源。

4、保证电源电压的正常,收放电缆时务必断开仪器电源。

5、探头不容许有任何磁性污染,收回探头后要用清水冲洗,探头外壳螺丝只能用铜制的,不能用其他螺丝代替。

6、探头时一定要有专人在船尾指挥,尤其是探头在靠近船尾时,以防探头被碰坏,电缆、探头不宜放在阳光下曝晒,应存放在阴凉处。

7、对于G-881磁力仪,上线时要按开始记录按钮。

8、密切注意仪器模拟记录,如果记录曲线放生明显变化,应立即查明是仪器本身问题还是外部干扰(如无线电通讯、磁暴、、地磁扰动等),抑或海底地形地貌、地质体等因素引起的。

9、海上测量时,一条测线应力求一次做完,若分段测量,则应尽量将连接点选择在平静的磁场区。

10、查线的布设垂直于主测线,应选在磁场比较平稳的地区,用于平定测量的精度。

11、G-881探头应在水下一定深度,以消除涌浪、海浪引起的海涨磁,即要根据实际情况注意控制船速,在作业前进行水深校正。

12、在磁暴和强磁扰期间,应该停止野外磁测工作,避免那些严重的地磁扰动覆盖在地磁异常上。

13、日变站应设在周围磁场稳定、无外在干扰(如有外物移动、远离交通、附近无高压电源电线等)、周围地势平坦开阔且阴凉的地方,要早于开工前1h启动,晚于手工1h关闭。

14、做船磁方位实验时,应根据外业实际观测情况在工区选取一平静场区,确定一中心点,做8个方位试验。

注意一定要保证船的航向。

而且要选在晚上进行,以防止较大的日变、磁扰或磁暴的影响。
