一、高中体育中加强体能训练的必要性1、有利于促进高中体育教学发展高中体育教学活动的主要内容包含了田径赛跑、拔河比赛、篮球、足球、健美操、排球、兵乓球等，有的高中还会有比较特殊性的课程，比如游泳、滑冰、攀岩等相对较为特色的体育教学活动。
当前体育教学活动比较重视技巧，在进行体育教学活动的过程中，体能的训练相对不足。
体能是学生学习体育的基础，学生的体能会影响到体育教学的效果。

日举办了第一届广东省中小学班主任工作论坛，根据论坛
内容设计（详见粤德研〔2012〕2号文件），征集班主任工
作相关文章进行评选。
本次征文共收到文章500余篇，经
过专家组的评选，评出一等奖68篇、二等奖229篇、三等
奖112篇（名单见附件）。
