首先是say:之后要有说的内容，如He said nothing.

Speak：后一般加语言名称，如He can speak Chinese.

talk:交谈，如：He often talks with me during lunchtime.此时talk也可改为chat （闲谈）

call：一般用于打电话中，如：He will call me later.

tell:告诉，如：He is talling me an interesting story.
