英语作文howlhavechangedWhen I look back on the person I was just a few years ago, I hardly recognize myself. The changes I have undergone, both internally and externally, have been profound and transformative. It's as if I've shed an old skin and emerged as a completely different individual, one who is more confident, more self-aware, and more in tune with the world around me.One of the most significant changes I've experienced is in my level of self-confidence. In the past, I was plagued by self-doubt and insecurity, constantly second-guessing myself and worrying about what others thought of me. I would shy away from challenges and opportunities, afraid of failure or of not being good enough. But over time, through a combination of personal growth, positive experiences, and a shift in my mindset, I've developed a much stronger sense of self-worth and belief in my own abilities.I now approach life with a sense of determination and resilience that I never possessed before. When faced with obstacles, I no longer see them as insurmountable barriers, but rather as opportunities to learnand grow. I've learned to embrace failure as a necessary part of the learning process, and to use it as a stepping stone towards success. This newfound confidence has allowed me to take on more ambitious goals and to pursue my passions with a level of enthusiasm and commitment that was previously lacking.Another significant change has been in my worldview and perspective on life. In the past, I tended to be quite narrow-minded and insular, focused primarily on my own immediate concerns and experiences. But through exposure to new ideas, cultures, and experiences, I've developed a much broader and more nuanced understanding of the world around me.I now see the interconnectedness of all things, and how our individual actions and choices can have far-reaching consequences. I'm more attuned to the struggles and perspectives of others, and I strive to approach the world with empathy and compassion. This shift in perspective has also led me to become more socially and politically engaged, as I've come to recognize the importance of using my voice and my actions to contribute to positive change in the world.Perhaps the most profound change, however, has been in my relationship with myself. In the past, I was often highly critical and judgmental of myself, constantly berating myself for my perceivedflaws and shortcomings. But through a process of self-reflection and self-acceptance, I've learned to be kinder and more forgiving towards myself.I now recognize that I am a complex and multifaceted individual, with both strengths and weaknesses, and that it's okay to not be perfect. I've learned to celebrate my accomplishments and to treat my failures as opportunities for growth, rather than as sources of shame or self-loathing. This shift in my self-perception has had a profound impact on my overall well-being and has allowed me to cultivate a deeper sense of inner peace and contentment.Of course, the journey of personal growth and transformation is an ongoing one, and there is always more work to be done. But I feel incredibly grateful and fortunate for the changes I've experienced thus far. They have not only made me a stronger and more resilient individual, but they have also enriched my relationships with others and my overall sense of purpose and meaning in life.As I look to the future, I am excited to continue on this path of self-discovery and growth, and to see what other changes and transformations await me. I know that there will be challenges and setbacks along the way, but I am confident in my ability to navigate them with courage and grace. After all, if I've been able to come thisfar, I know that I have the strength and the resilience to keep moving forward, no matter what life throws my way.。

九年级英语作文个人变化命题立意How I've Changed Over the YearsHey there! My name is Sam and I'm in 9th grade now. Mrs. Thompson asked us to write about how we've changed and grown as people over the years. At first I wasn't sure what to write about, but then I started thinking back and realized - wow, I've changed a ton! When I was a little kid back in elementary school, I was really shy and quiet. I can still picture my 5-year-old self on the first day of kindergarten, clinging to my mom's leg and not wanting her to leave. I was terrified to be away from her and around all those other kids I didn't know.My shyness stuck with me for a few years after that. I didn't like raising my hand or reading out loud in class because I was afraid everyone would stare at me. Recess was my worst nightmare - I'd usually just find a quiet corner of the playground and sit there by myself rather than try to join any of the other kids' games.I also used to be a huge goody-two-shoes as a little kid. I always followed every single rule to a T, whether it was at school or at home. My parents could just give me "the look" and I wouldinstantly stop whatever I was doing wrong. I remember getting so stressed out if I accidentally broke a rule, even a tiny insignificant one. I'd feel guilty for days!I was also kind of a crybaby back then. If someone was mean to me or if I got in trouble, I'd burst into tears at the drop of a hat.I was just really sensitive about everything. Even something as small as not being able to get the Lego creation I wanted to work would make me cry. So embarrassing to think about now!Another big thing was how picky I was with food. My poor parents had such a hard time getting me to eat anything other than chicken nuggets, french fries, and pizza. I refused to even try new foods because I was convinced I wouldn't like them. Veggies? No way, not for this kid! My mom always jokes that she's amazed I grew up somewhat normal since all I ate was junk food.Looking back, I think a lot of those traits stemmed from just being a shy, anxious little kid who was uncomfortable stepping out of my comfort zone. But thankfully, I've grown and changed a lot since those days! Now in 9th grade, I'm pretty much the opposite of my elementary school self. I've really come out of my shyness shell and have a whole group of awesome friends. We're alwayschatting, joking around, and getting into silly antics together. I'm definitely no longer that quiet kid sitting alone on the playground!I'm also way more relaxed about rules and structures now. Of course, I still follow rules and do what I'm supposed to - I'm not a total rebel or anything. But I don't freak out if I accidentally break a small rule here or there. I know the bigger rules are what really matter in life, not all the tiny little details.Speaking of not freaking out, I've also finally grown out of my crybaby phase, thank goodness! These days, it honestly takes a lot to make me cry. I've got a tougher skin and most things just roll right off my back. My friends still tease me about it sometimes though, bringing up embarrassing stories from when we were kids and I'd cry over the littlest things. My eating habits have also done a major 180. These days, I'll try just about any food and I've discovered I actually like a ton of different foods I used to refuse to eat as a kid - veggies, seafood, you name it. My parents are so relieved that I'm finally a normal, non-picky eater. Mom says she'll cry tears of joy if I ever ask for a second helping of broccoli.Overall, I've just become a lot more confident, easygoing, and willing to try new things compared to my childhood self. Abig part of that was getting older and more mature, of course, but I also consciously worked on putting myself out there more rather than staying stuck in my shell.Like, I forced myself to raise my hand more in class, even if I was nervous. Or I made an effort to join conversations with kids at recess rather than sitting off by myself. Anytime I felt that urge to be shy or scared, I'd push through it instead. It was hard at first, but it got easier the more I did it, and now it's just second nature to be more confident and outgoing.I also went out of my way to try new foods, activities, experiences - anything that expanded my horizons beyond the tiny little world I had as a kid. Turns out things I thought I'd hate, like playing sports or going camping, actually ended up being really fun once I gave them an honest try.So yeah, long story short - I've changed a ton over the years! I'm way more outgoing, relaxed, adventurous, and willing to try new things now compared to the shy, picky, rule-following crybaby I was back in elementary school. Life's too short to stay in your comfort zone all the time.Of course, I'm sure I've still got a ton of growing and changing ahead of me as I get through high school and everything else. Maybe by college I'll be some weird health nutwho meditates every morning and only eats vegan cronuts or something. Who knows? I'm just excited to see how else I'll change and improve in the years to come. But for now, I'm pretty proud of the progress I've made so far!Alright, I think that's enough rambling from me. Thanks for reading, Mrs. Thompson! I'll see you in class on Monday. Maybe I'll even raise my hand to answer a question :)。

假设今年暑假你回到了三年前就读过的小学,发现学校已经发生了很大的变化。

In the past, the teaching buildings were old. Now some new tall teaching buildings have been built there. We used to do some activities only in front of the teaching building. Now there is a big playground with lots of trees around it. Students can relax themselves there after class. We could only study in the classrooms all day in the past. Now there are computer classrooms, art classrooms and music classrooms… I hope the school will become better and more beautiful.上周你班开展了一次“告别陋习,走向文明”的主题班会,主要谈论了一下身边同学的变化。

How I've changed
Time past quickly. I’ve changed a lot with the time going.
When I was young, I only know the most interesting thing in the world is playing. I played games with my friends day and night. I wasted a lot of great time.
But when I was a little older, I not only know playing. I realize learning is as important as playing, even much more important. I spent my whole day to study, study and study. But at that time, I do not know what "stress" means.
Then, two years later, I understood. I was going to graduate from primary school and, I need to pass a special test for the entrance of junior high school. I have no time to play. I have no time to have fun with my good friends.
After I had passed the examination, I felt more nervous than any time I was. Everybody was smart and I didn't have the great position. But I don't know what “give up" is. I spent more time on the subject I was not good at. So I won the first position later.
That's how I've changed. My life becomes harder and harder, but I am not scared. I try my best to let my life become more interesting.。
