二、活动中显现的问题1）活动通知和举行时刻比较紧，整个演讲竞赛显得预备不够充分。

2）部份同窗不够重视这次竞赛，乃至连竞赛的制度都不明白，制度在竞赛之前已经给列位选手看过。

3）竞赛当天院里有职业计划大赛，在时刻上咱们处于劣势，很多同窗也是因为那个缘故没有前来观看咱们的竞赛，致使竞赛很冷清。

三、活动体会总结这次活动咱们大伙儿仍是有专门大收成的，英语就在咱们的日常生活中，用第二种语言进行交流咱们会觉察更多的乐趣，也丰硕的大伙儿的课余时刻。

学生会是一个学生组织，在这学期里，我们着重加强了对学生会干部队伍的建设，进一步完善了组织机构，能更好的开展工作，进一步促进的各项工作的有效落实，也更好的培养了广大学生会干部务实、高效的工作作风。

本学年也进行了多次干部培训，进一步落实主席团每周例会制度，加强学生会与团委、德育处等学校各部门的联系，进一步提升了干部们的管理和服务水平。

二、注重日常管理工作，狠抓落实。

本学期我们继续配合好学校中心工作，大力度抓好校风校纪的建设，在校园纪律维护、卫生检查、废品回收、两操督促等方面不遗余力。

工作安排精密，部署仔细，落实到位，为学校各项工作的稳步推进保驾护航。

三、精心组织策划，开展丰富多彩的校园（户外）活动。

学生会积极组织开展各种学校文化活动，多渠道、多侧面大力宣传我们学生会是一个学生组织，最根本宗旨是为同学服务。

各项工作得到了全校师生的高度赞扬。

加大学校和学生会组织的宣传，也让主席团的骨干成员参与国旗下讲话，让全体师生更好的了解学生会，支持学生会。

协助开展了校运会征文、校运会精彩瞬间摄影展，联系广医志愿者进校急救培训，我们的骨干成员还担任元旦晚会的司仪、相声演出，志愿者服务队更是师生同台演出，将晚会推向最高潮。

此外，我们也成功组织了好多次全校学生会干部、成员一起参加校外拓展活动，进一步增强了组织凝聚力。

四、系统化、规范化志愿者服务队，提升服务质量。

传承我校志愿者服务队的优良传统，本学年我们注重队伍进一步的系统化、规范化的管理，志愿者部门发挥了更重要，更突出的作用。

在这学期学校开展的各项活动中，如校体育运动会，元旦晚会，无不活跃着志愿者们忙碌的身影，元旦晚会上台前幕后，他们无疑都是活动的最亮色。

成绩是喜人的，但我们学生会的工作也存一下几点不足：一、我们完全没有解决历史遗留的问题，学生会在各年级的影响力不均匀，学生会值日过程中与同学发生矛盾的事情仍有发生。

我们要树立学生会良好形象。

二、学生会各部门间沟通和交流还不够，部分成员的大局观念仍需加强，部分学生会成员的时间、纪律观念，责任意识、主动性不强。

主席团的每周例会应加强交流，各个部长要定时召开部员交流会，找出工作存在的不足，增强组员的交流沟通，提高工作的效率。

三、主要干部还没能很好的创造性开展工作，“等、靠、要”的情况依然突出，希望以后能得到改善。

但我们相信通过我们的努力，扬长避短，开拓进取，我们的工作一定会取得更加辉煌的成绩，为构建和谐泗南江奉献我们应有的力量。
