You know, we are what we eat. Therefore, it's very importa nt for us to form healthy eating habits.The best way to mak e sure that we will feel and look fine is to develop health y eating habits.
We ought to learn more about our body and the fuel it needs to keep fit.Only in that way will webe ready for the chal lenges and opportunities in life. However, bad eating habi ts are still very common among us. Some of us often go to w ork without breakfast; some like to have snacks; some other s are particular about food; and still some eat or drink to o much. All these bad habits will surely do harm to their h ealth.
To keep fit, we should have various healthy diets, which ge nerally include proper amounts of fish, meat, vegetables, f ruit as well as main food. Besides, we'd better have meals regularly. In my opinion, we should try to develop healthy eating habits to
