摘要

猪场废水中含有大量的有机污染物、氨氮、磷及病虫卵等疾病,不处理就直接排入河流、湖泊,高浓度有机物会分解消耗大量在水中的氧气,所以水中鱼和其他水生物大死亡。同时,猪废水随意排放容易造成浅层地下水污染,严重影响了使用地下水作为生活用水群众该地区的健康。对水体造成严重的污染。对于工艺和设计的改良是人们关心的内容,另外,由于养猪是微利行业,所以污水的处理的费用不能过高,最好处理后能够产生一些效益。

本设计采用厌氧-好氧-氧化塘组合工艺处理高浓度的养猪废水。该工艺具有高效、运行稳定、占地面积小等优点。工艺各个构筑物和设备费用计算合理,处理后的水质能达到设计要求。

Abstract

Swine wastewater contains large amounts of organic pollutants, ammonia nitrogen, phosphorus and eggs disease and other diseases, does not deal directly into rivers, lakes. High concentrations of organic matter will decompose consume large amounts of oxygen in the water, so the water big fish and other aquatic organisms died.Meanwhile, the pig is likely to cause indiscriminate discharge of waste water

of shallow groundwater pollution, seriously affecting the use of groundwater as a domestic water masses in the area of health. For process and design improvements that people care about, in addition, because the pig is a low-profit industry, so the cost of sewage treatment is not too high, the best treatment can produce some benefits.

This design uses anaerobic - aerobic - oxidation pond combined process of high concentrations of pig waste. The process is highly efficient, stable, small footprint and so on. Process to calculate the various structures and equipment costs reasonable, the treated water can meet the design requirements.
