二、工程概况与环境影响概述秀丽河堤围综合整治工程第四期第I标段工程位于高明城区,包含沅江路和23号路。

阮江路起于港湾路,向南经过23号路,终于观澜路。

道路长约552米,红线宽度56米和36米,含一座长度100米桥梁。

23号路起于沅江路,向东经过榕荫路,终于荷富路。

道路长约827米,红线宽度26米,含一座长度30米桥梁。

本项目主要有道路工程(路基、基层、面层)、排水及消防工程、桥涵、交通标志标线、机电电气工程、绿化工程等。

本标段工程施工期环境影响有以下特点:1、施工期大气及噪声污染对周边居民基本不产生影响(周边住户较远,且人烟稀少),主要影响于施工人员;水环境污染对周边农地的影响也不大。

因此,环境保护的重点是防止对秀丽河的污染和对当地生态环境的保护。

2、本标段工程工期为10个月,施工期的环境影响是短暂的、可逆的,随着施工期的结束而终止。

即便如此,我公司仍将严格按照国家《环境保护法》、地方法规和行业、企业要求及本工程相关环保要求进行污染防治,并加强监督管理,使本标段工程施工对周边环境的影响限制在最低限度。

三、环境保护目标、保证体系及过程管理1、环境保护目标认真落实有关环境保护工作的具体要求,树立全员环保意识,采取有效措施,控制对大气、对水污染及噪音、废弃物污染,合理使用自然资源,最大限度地减少对环境的污染和影响,营造文明、和谐、安全、环保的施工环境。
