PEP小学英语第五册Unit5活动课案例设计一、活动案例设计1.话题:本单元的话题是My new room., 教学内容都是围绕房间里的物品和摆设展开的,笔者设计的案例是第五单元Part A 中Let’s talk及talk and draw 部分内容。

2.课题说明:我们学校学生从一年级开始学英语,一、二年级所采用的教材是美国儿童英语《彩虹与风筝》,三、四年级学习的是老人教版的《PEFC小学英语》,现在五年级刚刚开始接触《PEP小学英语》。

而且一开始就学的是PEP第五册,由于教材的频繁变更,学生由于没有学过PEP第一册至第四册的内容,要接着学第五册明显有很大困难。

3.课时说明:因为我校五年级英语每周五课时,有两个早自习,每单元基本上都有十个课时完成,笔者设计的案例是第五单元的第三课时,即在完成了Let’s learn 部分的四会单词及句子的教学后的一个课时。

4.学生情况说明:我校五年级的学生从一年级开始学习英语,应该说起步比较早,听说能力都不错。

可是由于教材不固定,前后衔接不到位的原因,五年级学生因为前面学的教材和PEP第五册不配套,尤其表现在书写上跟不上,几乎所有的内容对他们而言都是新的,前面几册要求听、说、认读的单词他们都没接触过,一下子过渡到第五册要求听、说、读、写四会,无论对教师还是对学生而言难度都相当大。

二、教学详案1.课题名称: PEP小学英语第五册Unit 5 Part A: Let’s talk & Talk and dra w ( Page 59).2.教学目标:(1)知识与技能:能够简单描述家具陈设的名称及色彩。

如There is a big clo set . There are blue curtains. 能够运用There be 句型。

能够听、说、认、读房间里的物品,并能熟练掌握Let’s talk 部分句型,并能在此基础上有所拓展,能交流和表达简单信息。

(2)情感态度:培养学生观察和热爱自己房间的情感,并有兴趣用英语表达思想,能够积极参与活动,在活动中和做事情中学习英语。

学生学习了三年的英语,对英语已获得一定基础的感性认知,积累了不
少常用单词和句型,学习积极性较高,兴趣浓厚。但是由于他们的年纪小,
所以在英语词汇、句型的掌握上将不可避免的出现一些问题。另外,还有部
分学生认读能力不够强,在记忆四会单词方面有一定的困难。因此,在学习
第五册教材时,要根据课程改革的精神,在教给学生知识的同时叫给他们自
主学习的方法和技能,注重培养学生对英语的综合运用能力,教学不求快,
但求扎实,使全体学生共同进步,以避免学生对英语学习的兴趣和水平产生
两极分化的现象。

二、教材分析

1、本学期学习的新标准英语第五册,共十个模块外加一个复习模块,要求三会
掌握96个单词,四会掌握40多个单词,以及每个模块所体现的基本语法形式,
看图说话、课文故事训练,以及供若干任务型练习,它包括歌谣、小诗、歌曲等,
培养学生的语感和节奏感;提高学生发音的正确性;通过学习熟悉一些西方文化。
2、本册教材虽然难度不算太大、但内容较第四册教材来说明显增多,而且内容前
后的联系性较小,给学生的记忆和交际都带来了很大的困阻。教学中,要根据实
际的情况灵活运用教材,取其精华,重点练习,使其更加适应学生的实际的理解
水平和接受能力,尤其是过去时态和一般现在时态的掌握是个重点知识。
3、本册教材中,将进一步学习如何描述人、物品、动物的特征,以及如何运用名
词的复数形式、询问、回答要去什么地方、„在哪儿、„用英语怎么说?等。

三、教学目的要求

1、基础知识:能正确运用每个模块要求掌握的重点句型、单词,并灵活运用旧知识与
新知识的结合;能充分发挥Let’s practice 的练兵场作用, 正确运用每个单元要求掌握
的词组、句型自由会话,能正确流畅的表演课文、理解课文,能准确书写每个单元的四
会内容。
2、教材运用:正确处理知识与技能、学得与习得、听说与读写、输入与输出、功能与
结构等关系,为学生的外语学习的长期可持续发展打下良好的基础。
3、贯彻教材的理念宗旨:以题材为纲,功能、结构、运用任务为目的,着重培养学生
运用英语的能力,以运用英语的任务为载体,重视利于儿童身心的可持续发展和终身学
习能力的形成。

四、提高教学质量措施

1、运用讲故事、虚构角色、真实人物、歌曲、等方式创设环境,呈现语言,帮助
学生理解课文内容。
2、通过小组比赛、夺红旗、强答赛、游戏、歌曲、表演等形式吸引学生的注意力,
调动学生兴趣,营造一种和谐、轻松的学习氛围。
3、练习方式多样化,全体读、小组读、个人读、小组讨论、互帮互学,多角度练
习句型和句子
4、贯彻跨文化教育思想,培养学生对西方文化的了解与对中华文化的热爱,养成
合理的跨文化心态。
5、重视为学生创设较好的英语语言环境,通过多种方法强化学生的英语理念、意
识、兴趣认真学习英语。
6、充分运用多种教学手段适时播放录象片段、听录音、模仿、跟读、情景小品等,
训练学生正确的语音语调,让学生说一口流利而纯正的英语。
7、重视学生口语交际能力的培养,避免“哑巴英语”的出现。为学生创设把英语
运用于实践的机会,大力练习口语。针对五年级的教学特点加大音标练习和书写
基础的训练,为学生进入初中后的英语学习奠定良好的基础。
