Ⅱ、Important Remarks

Basic information

1、Factory Y is one of the main suppliers of Trading Company X.

They have a stable cooperation relationship since 2003.

2、Factory Y is under the Y Group. The Group was established in 1995,and currently has five companies in

Foshan, including Factory Y.

3、Factory Y was established in the year 1999. It was four workshop buildings and one dormitory building. The

factory also has another injection workshop located in another address. It is one kilometer away.

4、The factory’s main customer are the chain supermarkets in china. The peak season is before and after the

Chinese spring festival .That is January to March.

18、One important issue that needs to be confirmed in advance is whether the transfer printing effect on the “soft

touch” surface is acceptable and workable, and also testing if this printing is same fast as printing on the normal hard material.

According to the findings on site, if the above problem is not settled, the printing procedure might be the bottle neck of the whole production.

19、If the order is confirmed in the coming few weeks, it could be estimated that the delivery schedule might

meet with the peak season of factory. Production supervision is very important t ensure the timely delivery.

20、A quality control before shipment is recommended because the factory has the possibility to outsource the

some production to other factory. And this would easily cause quality difference in the same shipment.
