为什么“科比地铁站〞会临时出现在洛杉矶?〔选自英国播送公司BBC News〕一.学情分析学习对象为我高二文科班学生,性格开朗,阳光有活力,热衷于组织的各项文艺汇演和体育运动,尤其热衷于篮球比赛。

整体身体素质不错,但是比拟娇气,缺乏吃苦精神,整体学习劲头缺乏,文化成绩相对滞后。

英语平均分大概在80分左右〔总分值150分〕,优势在于听力和语感较好,但是词汇量较小,喜欢对着词汇表孤立的记单词。

二.教学素材分析1.该文章取自于英国播送公司,属于高考中的新闻题材类。

里面有不少高考词汇,难度符合我班学生的认知水平。

2.我们学生很少触碰到地道的英文文章,因此有新鲜感和挑战欲,加上话题和人物是大家感兴趣并相对熟悉的,所以容易激起学生的求知欲。

作为高中艺体生,能读懂原版的英文题材,他们也将更有学习英语的兴趣和信心。

三.教学目标1.英语知识目标1)能掌握并运用新闻里出现的一些实用的考纲词汇,如:score, universally等〕。

2)能通过对篇章结构的理解来读懂新闻里讲述的科比篮球职业生涯华美谢幕的相关内容,提高阅读能力,尤其是查找细节的能力。

4 V. 自学阅读 ( 附加题 ) Extra Reading Halloween is very popular in western countries. On October 31st, dozens of children dressed in costumes(节日服装)knock on their neighbors' doors and yell "Trick or Treat" when the door opens. Pirates and princesses, ghosts and popular heroes of the day all hold bags open to catch the candy or other goodies that the neighbors drop in. As they give each child a treat the neighbors exclaim over the costumes and try to guess who is under the masks. Today school dances and neighborhood parties called "block parties" are popular among the young and the old. More and more adults celebrate Halloween. They dress up like historical or political figures and go to masquerade parties(化妆舞会). In larger cities, costumed children and their parents gather at shopping malls early in the evening. Stores and businesses give parties with games and treats for the children. Teenagers enjoy costume dances at their schools and the more outrageous the costume the better! Certain pranks(恶作剧)such as soaping car windows and tipping over garbage cans are expected. But partying and pranks are not the only things that Halloweeners enjoy doing.
