我们可以依托原版英文绘本,或改编、或复制把绘本引入课堂,在生动有效的阅读活动中,让学生学会获取信息、建构意义,发展他们的跨文化理解,促进多元思维,获得审美体验。
我们要寻找正确的绘本教学的打开方式,形成生动高效的英语课堂,带学生进行深度绘本学习,让英语核心素养落地生根。
【关键词】小学英语;绘本教学;深度学习新修订的英语课程标准最大的变化,就是突出强调了学科育人,进一步凸显了英语课程工具性和人文性的双重性质,强调语言与思维、语言与文化的密切关系。
课标同时提出,英语学科核心素养包括语言能力、思维品质、文化品格和学习能力四个方面。
实现学科育人的关键需要教师很好地抓住学科内容,挖掘内容的意义、内涵和育人价值,使对学生语言能力、文化品格、思维品质和学习能力的培养落实于学科教学中。
我们可以依托原版英文绘本,或改编、或复制把绘本引入课堂,在生动有效的阅读活动中,让学生学会获取信息、建构意义;在学习和运用语言中,使学生保持纯真、快乐和勇气,同时发展他们的跨文化理解,促进多元思维,获得审美体验。
(一)用“喜悦的心”去读绘本,让绘本教学充满诗意不管是日本久负盛名的绘本阅读的推广者松居直,还是美国教育心理学家杰洛姆·布鲁纳,他们一致认为:教师得先为儿童读故事。
绘本中有许多语言优美、抒情味浓,而故事性不太强的作品,对于这类绘本我们可以指导学生进行赏读。
因为绘本是通过优美的语言和图画表现出来的,当教师把绘本所表现的最好的语言用自己的声音、用自己的感受来讲述时,这种快乐、喜悦和美感才会淋漓尽致地发挥出来,绘本的体验才会永远地留在孩子的记忆当中。
教师除了为学生读故事,还可以适时选择精彩句段开展多种形式的赏读:图文对照读、想象读、表演读等,在赏读中品味语言表达,感受绘本的魅力;也可以让学生自主选择绘本中自己特别喜欢的句段与画面细细地品读。
