一、学校基本情况 顺德区梁銶琚职业技术学校创办于1988年，有3个校区，总占地面积12万平方米（184.4亩），建筑面积9万平方米。教职工278人，学生4232人。专任教师中有副教授、高级工程师、技师、一级教师、工程师、讲师等中级职称教师79人。还从高等院校、职业教育研究所、企业里聘请了一批教授、研究员、专业技术人员作为学校专业咨询委员会顾问或兼职教师。 学校现在开设有数控技术应用、模具设计与制造、机电技术应用、电子技术应用、计算机软件、计算机及应用、烹饪、商务英语、工艺美术、会计和电子商务等11个专业。其中数控专业是国家中等职业学校示范专业（点），烹饪专业是广东省中等职业学校重点建设专业。 学校是首批全国重点中等职业学校、全国重点建设职业教育师资培训基地、广东省职业与成人教育师资培训中心、广东省高技能人才实训基地、国家职业技能鉴定所、广东省特种职业人员安全技术培训定点单位；广东省中等职业学校机电专业研究中心；佛山市顺德区退伍军人岗前培训基地。 学校先后获得全国职业教育先进单位，全国中小学德育工作先进集体、顺德区文明学校、顺德区先进集体、顺德区精神文明建设文明学校标兵、佛山市文明学校、佛山市先进集体、广东省教系统先进集体、广东省职业教育先进单位、广东省中小学教师继续教育工作先进单位等荣誉。
二、机电技术应用专业建设情况 我校的机电技术应用专业的前身是电气运行与控制专业，电气运行与控制专业是我校于1992年开办的。由于学校的高度重视，在建设方面给予倾斜，因此，电气运行与控制专业有比较好的基础。但为了将学校的发展与顺德作为制造业城市定位更好的融合，也为了与我校 3
国家级示范专业——数控技术应用专业更为紧密的结合，我校在调查市场人才需求和企业用人要求的基础上，于2002年开始做专业转换的准备，2003年9月，学校正式将原电气运行与控制专业转换为机电技术应用专业。 该专业招收初中毕业学生，学制为三年、现有8个学历班、学生总数为427人。 机电技术应用专业是我校的主干专业,是学校前一阶段和当前重点建设的专业。现将该专业自我评价报告如下。
（一）专业培养目标及人才规格 培养德、智、体全面发展的，掌握机电一体化技术的中级技能型人才。本专业毕业生应具备相应的实践技能以及较强的实际工作能力，能进行普通机电设备、自动机电设备、自动生产线和数控机床的安装、调试、维护与维修等工作，也可从事机电产品的营销与技术服务等相关的工作。 （二）师资队伍建设情况 该专业有一支素质比较高的教师队伍。有16位专任教师，15人学历为本科，6人具有高级教师职称.13人考取了高级(技师或高级技师)技术资格，其中4人是广东省维修电工职业技能鉴定高级考评员。6位实训指导教师全部具有高级（或技师或高级技师）资格证书。 该专业的学科带头人韩亚兰是广东省职业教育学会机电专业教学指导委员会副主任；佛山市职业教育学会教学指导委员会主任；广东省中等职业学校课程改革专家组机电技术应用专业教学指导方案编制的负责人；三省市（广东、广西、新疆、北京）电工教材编写组副主编，参与编写了专业规划教材《电工基础实验》；主持的国家“十五”规划课题（01BZX052）的子课题“基于校园网的专业课程教学模式研究于2006年3月顺利结题；参与研究的“软件兰领培养模式研究” 4
（课题编号RL0210-03）于2006年5月顺利结题；参与研究的“顺德制造业与职业技术教育的研究”课题于2008年5月顺利结题，并获得广东省教育学会科研二等奖；他还是佛山市教育科学“十一五规划课题“工学结合、半工半读”人才模式研究”（课题编号FS06072）的课题主持人。他撰写的论文《理论-实践一体化教学的探索与实践》荣获广东省职业教育学会2007年教学管理优秀论文二等奖，论文《中等职业学校教师配置研究》荣获全国职业教育学会师资工作委员会2008优秀论文一等奖。 韩亚兰和王泽春老师本人及辅导的学生参加2007年全国中等职业教育专业技能大赛，双双囊括了机电一体化设备安装与调试项目教师组和学生组的第一和第二名，王泽春老师还曾获2006年广东省第二届教师机电专业技能竞赛个人第一名。梁秋霞老师辅导学生何铭益曾获广东省2005年中等职业学校学生机电专业技能竞赛个人第一名。 该专业的专业教师还一直担任国家级和广东省师资培训课程和技师培训课程的授课。他们的敬业精神、业务素质、实践能力和教学质量均受到教育部和教育厅领导、送培学校和受训教师的普遍好评。我校机电技术应用专业教师队伍情况见附表1。 附表1 机电技术应用专业教师一览表

合计 480 940 该专业的建设和发展一直得到学校的大力支持和帮助，现建有专业实训室10间、共有实训工位480个。实训设备的先进程度与当今企业主流技术应用相适应，能满足中级、高级、技师技术和高级技师资格的实训与考核。设备总价值约940万元。专业教学的实验和实训的开出率为100%。 （四）教学管理 本专业已实行了学分制的管理。 本专业依据国家教育部和广东省教育厅机电技术应用的教学指导方案，结合本地企业要求和学学校实际，制定了实施性教学计划、课程大纲和=实践教学大纲。实施性教学计划、教学大纲、实训大纲经过专业教师充分讨论，专业组长审核，教学部门审定，经主管校长审批后才下发执行。 教师学期授课计划、实习实训计划等教学文件资料完备率达100%； 本专业各年级实验指导书、实习实训计划齐全，编写规范，审批严格，着重体现学生基础技能的培养。 教务处按照教学副校长签署的实施性专业教学计划和课程安排表统一每学期的教学安排。严格按章执行学校的教学管理制度。坚持集体备课，每学期分别在第七周和第十四周进行教学检查。严格教学进度表制度，对教学计划更改、调课、调整严格履行审批程序，严格考试命题管理制度，实施考试方案审批制度，对教学和管理工作中出现的差错事故能及时处理，及时纠正，保证了教学质量的有效监控。
