FMST空气采样式感烟探测器使用手册北京福莫斯特科技发展有限公司使用手册——FMST空气采样式火灾感烟探测器简介FMST空气采样式极早期烟雾探测系统采用了主动采样的探测方式、先进的激光探测技术以及功能强大的系统应用软件,相对于传统火灾探测报警技术产生了质的飞跃。

它是极其先进的新一代高灵敏度抽气式感烟侦测机。

侦测机由抽气泵、过滤器、激光腔(如下图所示)、控制电路等组成。

抽气泵通过PVC管或钢管所组成的采样管网从被保护区域抽取空气作为样品送入激光腔,在激光腔内利用激光照射空气样品,其中烟雾粒子所造成的散射光被两个接收器接收。

接收器将光信号转换成电信号后送到侦测机的控制电路,信号经处理后转换为烟雾浓度值,该数值以数字和可视发光图条的方式显示在面板上,指示被保护区域的烟雾浓度,并根据烟雾浓度及预设的环境参数,产生一个适宜的输出信号,从而发出各级报警。

FMST结合了我公司研发的“人工智能(AI)”它使探测能根据现场环境的变化而随时自我调整,使灵敏度和报警阈值最优化,并在任何环境中都能将误报减少到最低限度。

FMST能够独特地在各种不同的环境中不断地对报警阈值进行细微的调节以提供相同等级的保护。

FMST由于能够在“较复杂的”环境中探测到一般难以探测的电气过载火灾萌芽期的缓慢增长,已多次证明了其自身价值。

一.FMST四管机FMST四管机外观机身大小为宽400×高250×厚130㎜,采用工业级全钢外壳。

右侧配有安全锁,可以锁闭机箱,以防止无关人员误操作机器。

前侧外观如右图:系统接四根采样管,一般总管长200米,可以保护大约1000~2000㎡的空间范围,系统还可自动记录最长达半个月内烟雾曲线和多达255次所有开关机和报警、故障的事件记录能24小时不间断分析、判断现场背景烟雾浓度值,根据现场情况持续不断地调整四级报警阈值,使报警阈值随现场环境变化而变化,并保持一个非常高的相对灵敏度,使误报率几乎为零。

系统组成见系统图。

监测参数如下:烟气:so2、nox、o2、粉尘浓度、流量、温度、压力(监测点位于入烟囱前的烟道上)。

测量参数(so2,o2)同时可以为为脱硫系统(fgd)提供工艺控制参数及计算脱硫效率。

烟气监测(so2、nox、o2、粉尘浓度、流量、温度、压力)参数用于环保排放监测,其中气体组分(so2、nox、o2)采用一拖一方式。

即在入烟囱前的烟道上安装气体采样探头和采样管线,输送至分析机柜进行检测分析。

烟气其它参数(粉尘、流量、温度、压力)监测安装在烟道上直接测量,测量输出传到分析室电控柜进行数据采集。

烟气监测参数经过信号处理传输至分析室电控柜plc2。

das(数据处理系统)计算机与电控柜plc进行通讯(pc/ppi方式)采集到环保要求的数据。

通过pas-das软件对这些数据进行计算处理(按hj/t76标准),以实现环保数据的存储、打印、统计、传输的功能。

1.2气体监测烟气的气体分析(so2、nox、o2)采样方法采用直接抽取加热法。

气体分析器选用西门子公司生产的ultramat23多组分红外气体分析仪。

测量原理: so2,nox nrir不分光红外法o2 电化学法气体分析系统由采样探头、取样管线、样品预处理系统、气体分析器、分析仪表柜等组成。

1.3粉尘监测采用德国durag公司d-r216粉尘监测仪。

CF-901-Digital/230空气取样器设计用于环境中空气微粒和放射性碘的取样。

CF-901-Digital/230空气取样器的主要部件:二阶真空风机、SCR马达速度控制器、3相接地电源线、马达保险丝、电子可复位计时器和数字式流量显示单元。

5、操作说明
5.1 CF-901-Digital/230取样操作步骤
1、在取样头中安装上碘盒与滤纸。

2、将取样头旋转安装在取样器上。

3、设备电源线插入电源插座。

4、打开电源开关。

5、调节流量率控制旋钮到所需的取样流量率。

6、取样计时器清零复位后开始取样。

7、当取样时间完成,关闭设备并取走取样介质。

8、通过探测器探测过滤介质或取走取样介质,然后放入聚乙烯袋中,用于运
送到实验室/测试设备。

5.2 流量显示单元操作说明: “DSP”按钮
按按钮一次显示最大流量率。

“MAX ”将在显示屏左侧显示。

再次按按钮显示最小流量率。

“MIN ”将在显示屏左侧显示。

再次按按钮显示累积流量。

“TOT ”将在显示屏左侧显示。

再次按按钮返回到正常流量率显示。
