尊敬的各位领导，各位老师：大家下午好！在 3.21~3.25 日，我和张 xx 老
师作为英语教研组的代表赴 xxxx 中学进行了为期一周的学习交流。今天我很
荣幸能作为英语学科的代表站在这里，和大家分享我们在 xx 中学的学习所
得。我们通过与教研组长座谈了解；参加备课组例会；深入课堂听评课；观
摩骨干教师示范课等形式对 xx 中学的英语教研组、备课组的整体教学、教研
情况进行了细致全面的了解。经过和张老师交流汇总，我们将相关情况在此
简单向大家做一个汇报。一、教研工作：通过参加一次备课组会，以及和教
研组长、备课组长的深入交流，我们了解到备课组工作有以下突出特点：务
实高效。xx 中学的活动给人感觉都是“以教学为中心”。当备课组会召开时，
所有老师都已经提前扎实的备好了课，就算还没完全备好的，对于本课也有
了自己的理解。所以当开会时，主备教师陈述自己的整个教学设计，其它老
师做好记录，然后大家再共同探讨。探讨过程实际上是一个思想争鸣、资源
共享、疑难解决的过程。比如年轻教师在多媒体资源上比较擅长，他们就拿
出自己扩展的资料，课件等，给大家参考，但是上课时课件不同；在课堂经
验上，教学重难点上老教师有比较高的认识，他们也会毫无保留的告诉年轻
教师。虽然是集体备课，但是并不意味着每个人的思路都要一样。每个人都
可以有自己的独立设计，这个设计是每个人在备课组会后，根据相关知识重
难点，授课方法等综合意见而生成的。也就是说，备课组会只是在某一课授
课时给出大家一个指导，但不强求整齐划一。我所见到的教案：相识，认
真，完整，每课时都有教学目标，每个教学活动都有目的备课组成员互相合
