1．如发现到货规格、性能不符，品质次劣、残破、短少及其他与合约规定不符等国外发货人的责任时，请立即申请当地商检局出证以正副本各一份至迟于索赔期满前七天寄达订货公司向外索赔，并寄我副本一份否则应将情况电告订货公司要求国外延长索赔期。
