Tom and Mary are middle school students. They are in the same class. Tom is good at Math while Mary does well in English. One day day Mary had some difficulty in Math class. In English class, Tom didn’t completely understand what the teacher said. After school, Tom and Mary helped each other to solve the problems they had in class.
Tom and Nick are friends. Spring is coming. One day, Tom asked Nick to go climbing with him. And they would both try to be the first to reach the top of the mountain. At first, Tom climbed very fast and Nick fell behind. Tom was very happy and thought, “Nick won’t catch up with me even if I have a rest and eat something.” And he did so. But to his surprise, when Tom finally got to the top, he found Nick was already there.
One day, Jimmy took the underground home after school. At the subway station, he found a wallet lying on the ground. He picked it up and gave it to a policeman there. The policeman thanked him and praised him. After a few minutes, a man came and it seemed that he was looking for something. He asked the policeman whether he had seen a wallet. Then the policeman returned the wallet to the man.
Jimmy likes playing football very much. Last night, Jimmy was still watching a football game on TV at 11:30 pm. He didn’t go to bed until 1:00 am. This morning, he was still sleeping in bed when it was 7:45. So he was late for school. When his classmates were having lessons, Jimmy went into the classroom through the back door. But twenty minutes later, he fell asleep again. What did he do in his dream? He played football of course.

One day there were many people in the queue at the bus stop. Suddenly, a lady came hurriedly. She wanted to jump the queue. It made the people in the queue angry. They told her to go to the end and not to cut in line. The lady felt ashamed. She went to end of the queue.
We had a 7-day holiday during the National Day. My family made a self-driving trip. On the first of October, we set off. When we got tired, we stopped to eat and have a rest. Then we continued on our trip. We listened to music and talked happily in the car. When we arrived at the destination, we got off the car and had a picnic. How happy we were!
One day, Mary wanted to do some shopping. She asked her husband Tom to look after the fire. A moment later, Tom’s friend called him. He talked with his friend so happily that he forgot the fire. When Mary got home, there was a terrible smell. She rushed into the kitchen and turned off the fire immediately. She shouted angrily, “What are you doing?”
Ann has a pet dog. She likes the dog very much. She often walks the dog in the park. One day, she found the dog was not as active as before. She thought it might be sick. So she took it to a pet hospital. It was examined carefully. Fortunately, it was nothing serious.
Last Sunday, Vivian and her parents went to a park. In the park, they saw a man throwing the banana peel on the ground. Vivian picked it up and threw it into the rubbish bin. She ran towards the man and told him not to throw rubbish on the ground. The man felt ashamed. What a good girl! We should learn from the girl. It is our duty to protect our environment.
Peter is a middle school student. One day, Peter went home by bike after school. He rode the bike so fast that it hit a car. He fell off the bike. The driver got off the car immediately. Fortunately, Peter was not badly injured. The police came and tell them to obey the traffic rules.
