3. 第五周至第八周：逐渐独立承担一部分课堂教学工作，负责备课、授课和评价学生学习情况。
针对学生的不同能力水平，采用不同的教学方法和教学手段，提高学生的语言水平和学习兴趣。
4. 第九周至实习结束：总结实习经验，反思自己的不足之处，向实习指导教师请教和反馈。
与学生和家长进行交流，了解他们对我的教学的评价和建议。
四、实习收获1. 熟悉了教育教学的实际操作过程，了解了教学日常管理工作的重要性。
2. 学习了实践应用教育理论和方法，提高了自己的教学能力和教学技巧。
3. 培养了与学生沟通和相处的能力，建立了良好的师生关系。
4. 对自己未来从事英语教师工作有了更加深入的认识和理解。
五、思考与建议通过这次实习，我不仅学到了很多实践经验，还发现了自己在教学方面的不足之处。
我需要进一步提升自己的语言表达能力和教学方法，尤其要注重学生的个性差异，采取个性化的教学策略，帮助每个学生发挥他们的潜力。
此外，我还要深入研究教育理论和教育技术，不断更新自己的教学知识和教学技能，以提高自己的教学水平。

Internship report Ⅰ. Purpose I undertook my professional practice as a student teacher from April7, 2015in the Light Industry Vocational College. Now it is a medium of career technical college who obtains engineering coursed, finance, and art major eight of which has been list in national light industry as important major. Since the establishment of the Institute, it adheres to the correct direction of positive teaching and fully implements the party's education policy to the service industry. It aims at serving the local economic and social development. Basing on light and facing Henan, the Light Industry Vocational College goes with the development of the road to build a higher level college. Education in the largest sense is an act or experience that has a formative effect on the mind, character or physical ability of an individual. In technical sense, education is the process by which society deliberately transmits its accumulated knowledge, skills and values from one generation to another. . From this experience, on the one hand, I wanted to test my knowledge learnt in classes and from certain kinds of books. So I returned to my previous middle school to be an English teacher with the purpose to know about my shortcomings which I would learnt from and made progress by correcting them. I wanted to learn from this practice. On the other hand, I am always interested in teaching, especially in English teaching. As the result of this interest, I wanted to learn more about teaching methods and nature of students from experienced and respected English teacher Ms. Wang. With these two purposes, I fulfilled my internship very carefully and patiently. I took notes in every detail and I would finish my internship report based on it.
Ⅱ. Content The moment we got here, we received a comprehensive training about this filed, our responsibility and how to make ourselves competent enough to fill this position. The leader Mr. li arrange us to different class and as for me, I will teach four class and every class has two classes in one week. All my work during this period can be divided into three parts according to my different roles. First of all, I acted as a student by attending Ms. Wang’s classes and getting on with students. In the following part, I will tell every detail of these three parts of my job. As a student, I attended English class. I wanted to learn different teaching methods from different teachers. Of all the lessons I attended, English was of the most importance to me.
At Light Industry Vocational College, teachers and leaders wanted to improve the self-discipline and abilities to learning by themselves of students. So they created a new method which was used for the students to preview the following lessons by themselves. This method focuses on a paper which lists main questions of the new lessons for students to find right answers during the process of previewing. The students can learn from this process of finding answers to the questions and gain new knowledge by themselves. If they have questions, they can also write them down on this paper. Teachers will check the paper and take notes of the questions to explain them during classes. Then the students can summarize main points of this lesson. During the classes, teachers talk and write less than before while kids can communicate their collected main points more with each other. This paper is called “Daoxuean” in Chinese which I translate into “leading-into-class paper”. From my perspective, this method is of great usage. I usually finished the paper the day before I would attend the next day’s lessons. I could know a lot of information about the new lessons. If I had questions, I wrote them down and other students could help me find the answers. If none of the students knew the answers, this question would be very helpful. Because this question was the one which could make all of the students gain new knowledge and make progress. The teacher will deal with the question with other teachers and then explain to the class in every detail. As a student, I found this paper was very great. It was a bridge between teachers and students. From my point of view, this paper has two main functions. On the one hand, students can learn the new lessons by themselves with the help of “leading-into-class paper”. It can help improve their ability to study by themselves. As we all know, Chinese students are really weak in this point. It is a fact that education is a life-long task even without others’ supervising. So learning by oneself is of great significance. On the other hand, teachers can know about the difficult points and questions of the new lessons. It can help them to know where they should explain very patiently and carefully. It can save those lots of time and energy. Of course this paper also has its shortages. And I will talk about them in the last part of my internship report.
